Job - Chapter: 11

>
11:1Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said,
11:2Should not the multitude of words be answered? and should man ful of talke be iustified?
11:3Should thy lies make men hold their peace? and when thou mockest, shall no man make thee ashamed?
11:4For thou hast said, My doctrine is pure, and I am cleane in thine eyes.
11:5But, O that God would speake, and open his lippes against thee,
11:6And that he would shew thee the secrets of wisedome, that they are double to that which is: know therefore that God exacteth of thee lesse then thine iniquitie deserueth.
11:7Canst thou by searching finde out God? canst thou finde out the Almightie vnto perfection?
11:8It is as high as heauen, what canst thou doe? deeper then hell, what canst thou know?
11:9The measure therof is longer then the earth, and broader then the sea.
11:10If he cut off, and shut vp, or gather together, then who can hinder him?
11:11For, he knoweth vaine men: hee seeth wickednesse also, will he not then consider it?
11:12For vaine man would be wise; though man be borne like a wilde asses coult.
11:13If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him:
11:14If iniquitie be in thine hand, put it farre away, and let not wickednes dwell in thy tabernacles.
11:15For then shalt thou lift vp thy face without spot, yea thou shalt be stedfast, and shalt not feare:
11:16Because thou shalt forget thy misery, and remember it as waters that passe away:
11:17And thine age shalbe clearer then the noone day; thou shalt shine foorth, thou shalt be as the morning.
11:18And thou shalt be secure because there is hope, yea thou shalt digge about thee, and thou shalt take thy rest in safety.
11:19Also thou shalt lye downe, and none shall make thee afraid; yea many shall make suite vnto thee.
11:20But the eyes of the wicked shall faile, and they shall not escape, and their hope shall be as the giuing vp of the ghost.

11:1Then aunswered Sophar the Naamathite, and sayde
11:2Shoulde not he that maketh many wordes be aunswered? Shoulde he that bableth much be commended therin
11:3Shoulde thy lies make men holde their peace, and when thou mockest others shall no man make thee ashamed
11:4For thou hast sayde, my doctrine is pure, and I am cleane in thyne eyes
11:5But O that God woulde speake, and open his lippes against thee
11:6That he might shewe thee the secretes of wysdome, howe thou hast deserued double according to right: Know therfore that God hath forgotten thee for thyne iniquitie
11:7Art thou able to finde out the secretes of God? Or wilt thou attayne to the perfectnesse of the almightie
11:8It is hier then heauen, what art thou able to do? deeper then the hel, how wilt thou then knowe it
11:9The measure of it is longer then the earth, and broder then the sea
11:10Though he turne all thinges vpsyde downe, close them in, gather them together, who will turne hym from his purpose
11:11For it is he that knoweth vayne men, he seeth their wickednesse also, shoulde he not then consider it
11:12Yet vayne man would be wyse, though man newe borne is lyke a wilde asses coulte
11:13If thou preparedst thyne heart, and liftedst vp thyne handes towarde hym
11:14If thou wouldest put away the wickednes whiche thou hast in hande, so that no vngodlinesse dwell in thy house
11:15Then mightest thou lift vp thy face without shame, & then shouldest thou be sure and haue no neede to feare
11:16Then shouldest thou forget thy miserie, and thinke no more vpon it, then vpon the waters that runne by
11:17Then should thy lyfe be as cleare as the noone day, thou shouldest shine forth, and be as the morning
11:18Then mightest thou be bolde because there is hope, and take thy rest quietly, as compassed with a trenche
11:19Then mightest thou lye downe and none to make thee afrayde, yea many one should make suite vnto thee
11:20As for the eyes of the vngodly they shall faile, and they shal not escape: and their hope shalbe sorowe of minde

11:1Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and sayde,
11:2Should not the multitude of wordes be answered? or should a great talker be iustified?
11:3Should men holde their peace at thy lyes? and when thou mockest others, shall none make thee ashamed?
11:4For thou hast sayde, My doctrine is pure, and I am cleane in thine eyes.
11:5But, oh that God would speake and open his lippes against thee!
11:6That he might shewe thee the secretes of wisedome, howe thou hast deserued double, according to right: know therefore that God hath forgotten thee for thine iniquitie.
11:7Canst thou by searching finde out God? canst thou finde out ye Almighty to his perfection?
11:8The heauens are hie, what canst thou doe? it is deeper then the hell, how canst thou know it?
11:9The measure thereof is longer then the earth, and it is broader then the sea.
11:10If hee cut off and shut vp, or gather together, who can turne him backe?
11:11For hee knoweth vaine men, and seeth iniquitie, and him that vnderstandeth nothing.
11:12Yet vaine man would be wise, though man new borne is like a wilde asse colte.
11:13If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him:
11:14If iniquitie be in thine hand, put it farre away, and let no wickednesse dwell in thy Tabernacle.
11:15The truely shalt thou lift vp thy face without spot, and shalt be stable, and shalt not feare.
11:16But thou shalt forget thy miserie, and remember it as waters that are past.
11:17Thine age also shall appeare more cleare then the noone day: thou shalt shine and bee as the morning.
11:18And thou shalt bee bolde, because there is hope: and thou shalt digge pittes, and shalt lye downe safely.
11:19For when thou takest thy rest, none shall make thee afraide: yea, many shall make sute vnto thee.
11:20But the eyes of the wicked shall faile, and their refuge shall perish, and their hope shalbe sorow of minde.
