| 16:17 | Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. |
| 16:18 | Because, those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple. |
| 16:19 | Because, your obedience has become known to everyone. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil. |
| 16:20 | And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. |

| 16:19 | For your obedience is come abroade among all: I am glad therefore of you: but yet I woulde haue you wise vnto that which is good, and simple concerning euill. |
| 16:20 | The God of peace shall treade Satan vnder your feete shortly. The grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with you. |

| 16:18 | For they yt are suche serve not ye Lorde Iesus Christ: but their awne bellyes and with swete preachinges and flatteringe wordes deceave the hertes of the innocetes. |
| 16:19 | For youre obedience extendeth to all men. I am glad no dout of you. But yet I wolde have you wyse vnto yt which is good and to be innocetes concerninge evyll. |
| 16:20 | The God of peace treade Satan vnder youre fete shortly. The grace of oure Lorde Iesu Christ be with you. |
| 16:21 | Thimotheus my worke felow and Lucius and Iason and Sopater my kynsmen salute you. |
