Romans - Chapter: 6

6:1What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
6:2God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
6:3Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
6:4Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
6:5For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6:6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
6:7For he that is dead is freed from sin.
6:8Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
6:9Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
6:10For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
6:11Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
6:12Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
6:13Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
6:14For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
6:15What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
6:16Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
6:17But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
6:18Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
6:19I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
6:20For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
6:21What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
6:22But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
6:23For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

6:1What shall we say then? Shall we continue still in sinne, that grace may abounde? God forbid.
6:2Howe shall we, that are dead to sinne, liue yet therein?
6:3Knowe ye not, that all we which haue bene baptized into Iesus Christ, haue bene baptized into his death?
6:4We are buried then with him by baptisme into his death, that like as Christ was raysed vp from the dead to the glorie of the Father, so we also should walke in newnesse of life.
6:5For if we be planted with him to the similitude of his death, euen so shall we be to the similitude of his resurrection,
6:6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sinne might be destroied, that henceforth we should not serue sinne.
6:7For he that is dead, is freed from sinne.
6:8Wherefore, if we bee dead with Christ, we beleeue that we shall liue also with him,
6:9Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead, dieth no more: death hath no more dominion ouer him.
6:10For in that hee died, hee died once to sinne but in that he liueth, he liueth to God.
6:11Likewise thinke ye also, that ye are dead to sin, but are aliue to God in Iesus Christ our Lord.
6:12Let not sinne reigne therefore in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in ye lusts therof:
6:13Neither giue ye your members, as weapons of vnrighteousnes vnto sinne: but giue your selues vnto God, as they that are aliue from the dead, and giue your members as weapons of righteousnesse vnto God.
6:14For sinne shall not haue dominion ouer you: for ye are not vnder ye Lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15What then? shall we sinne, because we are not vnder the Law, but vnder grace? God forbid.
6:16Knowe ye not, that to whomsoeuer yee giue your selues as seruats to obey, his seruants ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of sinne vnto death, or of obedience vnto righteousnesse?
6:17But God be thanked, that ye haue beene the seruants of sinne, but yee haue obeyed from the heart vnto the forme of the doctrine, wherunto ye were deliuered.
6:18Being then made free from sinne, yee are made the seruants of righteousnesse.
6:19I speake after the maner of man, because of the infirmitie of your flesh: for as yee haue giuen your members seruants to vncleannes and to iniquitie, to commit iniquitie, so now giue your mebers seruants vnto righteousnesse in holinesse.
6:20For when ye were the seruants of sinne, ye were freed from righteousnesse.
6:21What fruit had ye then in those things, whereof ye are nowe ashamed? For the ende of those things is death.
6:22But now being freed from sinne, and made seruants vnto God, ye haue your fruit in holines, and the end, euerlasting life.
6:23For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord.

6:1What shall we saye then? Shall we continue in synne that there maye be aboundaunce of grace?
6:2God forbyd. How shall we that are deed as touchynge synne live eny lenger therin?
6:3Remember ye not that all we which are baptysed in the name of Iesu Christ are baptysed to dye with him?
6:4We are buryed with him by baptim for to dye that lykewyse as Christ was raysed vp from deeth by the glorye of the father: eve so we also shuld walke in a newe lyfe.
6:5For yf we be graft in deeth lyke vnto him: even so must we be in the resurreccio.
6:6This we must remeber that oure olde man is crucified with him also that the body of synne myght vtterly be destroyed that hence forth we shuld not be servauntes of synne.
6:7For he that is deed ys iustified from synne.
6:8Wherfore yf we be deed with Christ we beleve that we shall live with him:
6:9remembringe that Christ once raysed fro deeth dyeth no more. Deeth hath no moare power over him.
6:10For as touchynge that he dyed he dyed concernynge synne once. And as touchinge that he liveth he liveth vnto God.
6:11Lykewyse ymagen ye also that ye are deed concernynge synne: but are alive vnto God thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.
6:12Let not synne raygne therfore in youre mortall bodyes that ye shuld thervnto obey in the lustes of it.
6:13Nether geve ye youre members as instrumentes of vnrightewesnes vnto synne: but geve youre selves vnto God as they that are alive from deeth. And geve youre membres as iustrumetes of rightewesnes vnto God.
6:14Let not synne have power over you. For ye are not vnder the lawe but vnder grace.
6:15What then? Shall we synne because we are not vnder the lawe: but vnder grace? God forbyd.
6:16Remember ye not how yt to whom soever ye comit youre selves as servautes to obey his servauntes ye are to whom ye obey: whether it be of synne vnto deeth or of obedience vnto rightewesnes?
6:17God be thanked yt though ye were once the servauntes of synne ye have yet obeyed with herte vnto the forme of doctryne wher vnto ye were delyvered.
6:18Ye are then made fre from synne and are be come the servauntes of rightewesnes.
6:19 I will speake grossly because of the infirmitie of youre flesshe. As ye have geve youre membres servauntes to vnclennes and to iniquitie fro iniquitie vnto iniquitie: even so nowe geve youre membres servantes vnto rightewesnes yt ye maye be sanctified.
6:20For when ye were the servauntes of synne ye were not vnder rightewesnes.
6:21What frute had ye then in tho thinges wher of ye are now ashamed. For the ende of tho thynges is deeth.
6:22But now are ye delivered from synne and made the servauntes of God and have youre frute that ye shuld be sanctifyed and the ende everlastinge lyfe.
6:23For the rewarde of synne is deeth: but eternall lyfe is the gyfte of God thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.
