27:1	Iotham was twenty and fiue yeeres olde, when hee began to reigne, and hee reigned sixteene yeeres in Ierusalem: his mothers name also was Ierushah, the daughter of Zadok.
27:2	And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father Uzziah did: howbeit hee entred not into the temple of the Lord. And the people did yet corruptly.
27:3	He built the high gate of the house of the Lord, and on the wall of Ophel, he built much.
27:4	Moreouer hee built cities in the mountaines of Iudah, and in the forrests he built castles and towers.
27:5	He fought also with the king of the Ammonites, and preuailed against them. And the children of Ammon gaue him the same yeere an hundred talents of siluer, and ten thousand measures of wheate, and tenne thousand of barley. So much did the children of Ammon pay vnto him, both the second yeere, and the third.
27:6	So Iotham became mightie, because he prepared his wayes before the Lord his God.
27:7	Now the rest of the actes of Iotham and all his warres, and his wayes, lo, they are written in the booke of the Kings of Israel and Iudah.
27:8	Hee was fiue and twentie yeeres olde when he began to reigne, and reigned sixteene yeeres in Ierusalem.
27:9	And Iotham slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of Dauid: and Ahaz his sonne reigned in his stead.


27:1	Iotham was fiue and twentie yeres olde when he began to raigne, and he raigned sixteene yeres in Hierusalem: His mothers name also was Ierusa, the daughter of Zadoc
27:2	And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lorde, in all poyntes as did his father Uzzia, saue that he came not into the temple of the Lorde: and the people did yet wickedly
27:3	He built the hie gate of the temple of the Lorde, and on the wall (where the house of ordinauce was) he built much
27:4	Moreouer, he built cities in the mountaines of Iuda, and in the wood countrey he built castels and towres
27:5	He fought with the king of the children of Ammon, and preuailed against them: And the children of Ammon gaue him the same yere an hundred talentes of siluer, & ten thousand quarters of wheate, and ten thousand of barlye: So much did the children of Ammon geue him the second yere, and the third also
27:6	So Iotham became mightie, because he directed his way before the Lorde his God
27:7	The rest of the actes of Iotham, and all his warres, & his conuersation, loe they are written in the booke of the kinges of Israel and Iuda
27:8	He was twentie and fiue yeres olde when he began to raigne, and raigned sixteene yeres in Hierusalem
27:9	And Iotham slept with his fathers, and they buryed him in the citie of Dauid: and Ahaz his sonne raigned in his steade

27:2	And hee did vprightly in the sight of the Lord according to all that his father Vzziah did, saue that hee entred not into the Temple of the Lord, and the people did yet corrupt their wayes.
27:3	He buylt the hie gate of the house of the Lord, and he buylt very much on the wall of the castle.
27:4	Moreouer hee buylt cities in the mountaines of Iudah, and in the forests he buylt palaces and towres.
27:5	And he fought with the King of the children of Ammon, and preuailed against them. And the children of Ammon gaue him the same yere an hundreth talents of siluer, and ten thousande measures of wheate, and ten thousand of barley: this did the children of Ammon giue him both in the second yeere and the third.
27:6	So Iotham became mightie because hee directed his way before the Lord his God.
27:7	Concerning the rest of the acts of Iotham, and all his warres and his wayes, loe, they are written in the booke of the Kings of Israel, and Iudah.
27:8	He was fiue and twentie yeere olde when he began to reigne, and reigned sixteene yeere in Ierusalem.
27:9	And Iotham slept with his fathers, and they buryed him in the citie of Dauid: and Ahaz his sonne reigned in his stead.
