2:1Now these are the children of the prouince, that went vp out of the captiuitie, of those which had beene caried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the King of Babylon had caried away vnto Babylon, and came againe vnto Ierusalem and Iudah, euery one vnto his citie;
2:2Which came with Zerubbabel, Ieshua, Nehemiah, Saraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Biguai, Rehum, Baanah: The number of the men of the people of Israel.
2:3The children of Parosh, two thousand, an hundred seuentie and two.
2:4The children of Shephatiah, three hundred seuentie and two.
2:5The children of Arah, seuen hundred, seuentie and fiue.
2:6The children of Pahath-Moab, of the children of Ieshua and Ioab, two thousand, eight hundred and twelue.
2:7The children of Elam, a thousand, two hundred fiftie and foure.
2:8The children of Zattu, nine hundred fourtie and fiue.
2:9The children of Zaccai, seuen hundred and threescore.
2:10The children of Bani, sixe hundred, fourtie and two.

2:12The children of Azgad, a thousand, two hundred, twentie and two.
2:13The children of Adonikam, sixe hundred, sixtie and sixe.

2:16The children of Ater of Hezekiah, ninetie and eight.

2:33The children of Lod Hadid, and Ono, seuen hundred, twentie and fiue.
2:34The children of Iericho, three hundred fourtie and fiue.

2:36The Priests. The children of Iedaiah, of the house of Ieshua, nine hundred, seuentie and three.
2:37The children of Immer, a thousand, fiftie and two.
2:38The children of Pashur, a thousand, two hundred, fourtie and seuen.
2:39The children of Harim, a thousand and seuenteene.
2:40The Leuites. The children of Ieshua, and Kadmiel, of the children of Hodauia, seuentie and foure.
2:41The singers. The children of Asaph, an hundred twentie and eight.
2:42The children of the porters. The children of Shallum, the children of Ater, the children of Talmon, the children of Akkub, the children of Hatita, the children of Shobai, in all, an hundred thirtie and nine.
2:43The Nethinims. The children of Ziha, the children of Hasupha, the children of Tabbaoth,
2:44The children of Keros, the children of Siaha, the children of Padon,
2:45The children of Lebanah, the children of Hagabah, the children of Akkub,
2:46The children of Hagab, the children of Shalmai, the children of Hanan.
2:47The children of Giddel, the children of Gahar, the children of Reaiah,
2:48The children of Rezin, the children of Nekoda, the children of Gazzam,
2:49The children of Uzza, the children of Paseah, the children of Besai,
2:50The children of Asnah, the children of Mehunim, the children of Nephushim,
2:51The children of Bakbuk, the children of Hakupha, the children of Harhur,
2:52The children of Bazluth, the children of Mehida, the children of Harsha,
2:53The children of Barkos, the children of Sisera, the children of Thamah,
2:54The children of Neziah, the children of Hatipha.
2:55The children of Solomons seruants. The children of Sotai, the children of Sophereth, the children of Peruda,
2:56The children of Iaalah, the children of Darkon, the children of Giddel,
2:57The children of Shephatiah, the children of Hattil, the children of Pochereth of Zebaim, the children of Ami.
2:58All the Nethinims, and the children of Solomons seruants, were three hundred ninetie and two.
2:59And these were they which went vp from Tel-melah, Tel-Harfa, Cherub, Addan, and Immer: but they could not shewe their fathers house, and their seed, whether they were of Israel.
2:60The children of Delaiah, the children of Tobiah, the children of Nekoda: sixe hundred fiftie and two.
2:61And of the children of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Koz, the children of Barzillai, (which tooke a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name.)
2:62These sought their register among those that were reckoned by genealogie, but they were not found: therefore were they as polluted, put from the priesthood.
2:63And the Tirshatha said vnto them, that they should not eate of the most holy things, till there stood vp a priest with Urim & with Thummim.
2:64The whole Congregation together, was fourtie and two thousand, three hundred and threescore:
2:65Beside their seruants and their maids, of whom there were seuen thousand, three hundred thirtie and seuen: and there were among them two hundred singing men, and singing women.
2:66Their horses were seuen hundred, thirtie and sixe: their mules, two hundred fourtie and fiue:
2:67Their camels, foure hundred, thirty and fiue: their asses, sixe thousand, seuen hundred and twentie.
2:68And some of the chiefe of the fathers, when they came to the house of the Lord which is at Ierusalem, offered freely for the house of God, to set it vp in his place:
2:69They gaue after their abilitie, vnto the treasure of the worke, threescore and one thousand drammes of golde, and fiue thousand pound of siluer, and one hundred priests garments.
2:70So the priests and the Leuites, and some of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.

2:50The sonnes of Asnah, the sonnes of Meunim, the sonnes of Nephusim,
2:51The sonnes of Bakbuk, the sonnes of Hakupa, the sonnes of Harhur,
2:52The sonnes of Bazluth, the sonnes of Mehida, the sonnes of Harsha,
2:53The sonnes of Barcos, the sonnes of Sisara, the sonnes of Thamah,
2:54The sonnes of Neziah, the sonnes of Hatipha,
2:55The sonnes of Salomons seruantes: the sonnes of Sotai, the sonnes of Sophereth, the sonnes of Peruda,
2:56The sonnes of Iaalah, the sonnes of Darkon, the sonnes of Giddel,
2:57The sonnes of Shephatiah, the sonnes of Hattil, the sonnes of Pochereth Hazzebaim, the sonnes of Ami.
2:58All the Nethinims, and the sonnes of Salomons seruants were three hundreth ninetie and two.
2:59And these went vp from Telmelah, and from Telharsha, Cherub, Addan, and Immer, but they could not discerne their fathers house and their seede, whether they were of Israel.
2:60The sonnes of Delaiah, the sonnes of Tobiah, the sonnes of Nekoda, six hundreth and two and fiftie.
2:61And of the sonnes of the Priestes, the sonnes of Habaiah, the sonnes of Coz, the sonnes of Barzillai: which tooke of the daughters of Barzillai the Giliadite to wife, and was called after their name.
2:62These sought their writing of the genealogies, but they were not founde: therefore were they put from the Priesthood.
2:63And Tirshatha saide vnto them, that they should not eate of the most holy thing, tell there rose vp a Priest with Vrim and Thummim.
2:64The whole Congregation together was two and fourtie thousande, three hundreth and threescore,
2:65Beside their seruants and their maydes: of whome were seuen thousande, three hundreth and seuen and thirtie: and among them were two hundreth singing men and singing women.
2:66Their horses were seuen hundreth, and sixe and thirtie: their mules, two hundreth and fiue and fourtie:
2:67Their camels foure hundreth, and fiue and thirtie: their asses, sixe thousand, seuen hundreth and twentie.
2:68And certeine of the chiefe fathers, when they came to the house of the Lord, which was in Ierusalem, they offred willingly for the house of God, to set it vp vpon his fundation.
2:69They gaue after their abilitie vnto the treasure of the worke, euen one and threescore thousand drammes of golde, and fiue thousand pieces of siluer, and an hundreth Priests garments.
2:70So the Priests and the Leuites, and a certeine of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.

2:7the chyldren of Elam, a thousande, two hundred, and foure and fyftye:

2:9the chyldren Zaccai, seuen hundred, and thre score:

2:40The leuites. The children of Iesua, and Cadmiel of the children of Hodauia, foure & seuentye.
2:41The syngers, the children of Asaph, an hundred, and eyght & twentye.
2:42The children of the dore keper. The children of Sallum, the children of Ater, the children of Talmon, the children of Akub, the children of Hatita, the children of Sobai: all togeather an hundred, and nyne and thyrtye.
2:43The Nethinims, the children of Ziha, the children of Hasupha, the children of Tabaoth,
2:44the children of Ceros, the children of Sicha, the children of Padon,
2:45the chyldren of Lebanaa, the children of Hagabh, the chyldren of Akub,
2:46the chyldren of Hagab, the chyldren of Samlai, the chyldren of Hanan,
2:47the children of Giddel, the chyldren of Gahar, the chyldren of Reaia,
2:48the chyldren of Razin, the chyldren of Necoda, the chyldren of Gasam,
2:49the chyldren of Usa, the chyldren of Passeah: the chyldren of Bessai,
2:50the chyldren of Asna, the chyldren of Mehunim, the chyldren of Nephussim,
2:51the chyldren of Bacbuc, the chyldren of Hacuba, the chyldren of Harhur,
2:52the chyldren of Bazluth, the children of Mehira, the chyldren of Harsa,
2:53the chyldren of Barcom, the chyldren of Sisara, the chyldren of Thamah,
2:54the chyldren of Neziah, the chyldren of Hatipha.
2:55The chyldren of Salomons seruauntes, the chyldren of Sotai, the chyldren of Sophereth, the chyldren of Peruda,
2:56the chyldren of Iaala, the children of Darcon, the chyldren of Giddel,
2:57the chyldren of Sephatiah, the children of Hattil, the children of Pochereth Hazbaim, the chyldren of Ami.
2:58All the Nethinims and the chyldren of Salomons seruauntes, were all together, thre hundred and two and nyntye.
2:59And these went vp from, Thelmelah, and from Thelharsa, Cherub, Addon and Immer. But they coulde not discerne theyr fathers house and theyr sede, whether they were of Israel.
2:60The children of Delaia, the chyldren of Tobia, the chyldren of Necoda, syxe hundred and two and fyfty.
2:61And of the chyldren of the prestes. The chyldren of Hebaia, the chyldren of Hakoz, the chyldren of Berzilai, which toke one of the daughters of Berzilai the Gileadite to wyfe, and was called after theyr name:
2:62these sought theyr euidence amonge them that had the register of byrth, and were not founde therin, therfore were they put from the presthod.
2:63And Hathirsatha sayd vnto them, that they shuld not eate of the most holy, till ther rose vp a preste to weare Urim and Thumim.
2:64The whole congregacion together, was .xlij. thousand, thre hundred and threscore:
2:65besyde their seruauntes and maydens, of whom there were seuen thousand, thre hundred, and seuen and thyrtye. And there were amonge them two hundred syngynge men and wemen.
2:66Their horses were seuen hundred and syxe & thirty. Their mules, two hundred, and fyue and fourtye:
2:67and their camels, foure hundred and fyue and thirty. Theyr asses, syxe thousande, seuen hundred and twentye.
2:68And certayne of the chefe fathers, when they came because of the house of the Lorde at Ierusalem, they offered them selues wyllynge for the house of God, to sett in hys place,
2:69and gaue gold after their habilite vnto the treasure of the worcke, euen one and threscore thousande peces, and fyue thousande pounde of syluer, and an hundred prestes garmentes.
2:70So the prestes and the leuites, and a certayne of the people and the syngers, and the porters, and the Nethinims dwelt in their cyties, and all Israell in theyr cyties.
