10:1	Now those that sealed were, Nehemiah the Tirshatha the sonne of Hachaliah, and Zidkiiah,
10:2	Seraiah, Azariah, Ieremiah,
10:3	Pashur, Amariah, Malchiah,
10:4	Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
10:5	Harim, Merimoth, Obadiah,
10:6	Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,
10:7	Meshullam, Abiiah, Miiamin,
10:8	Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the Priests.
10:9	And the Leuites: both Ieshua the sonne of Azaniah, Binnui, of the sonnes of Henadad, Kadmiel;
10:10	And their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodiiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,
10:11	Micah, Rehob, Hashabiah,
10:12	Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,
10:13	Hodiiah, Bani, Beninu,
10:14	The chiefe of the people. Parosh, Pahath-Moab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,
10:15	Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,
10:16	Adoniiah, Biguai, Adin,
10:17	Ater, Hizkiiah, Azzur,
10:18	Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai,
10:19	Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,
10:20	Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,
10:21	Meshezabeel, Zadok, Iaddua,
10:22	Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,
10:23	Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,
10:24	Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek,
10:25	Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,
10:26	And Ahiiah, Hanan, Anan,
10:27	Malluch, Harim, Baanah.
10:28	And the rest of the people, the Priests, the Leuites, the Porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselues from the people of the lands, vnto the Law of God, their wiues, their sonnes, and their daughters, euery one hauing knowledge, and hauing vnderstanding.
10:29	They claue to their brethren their nobles, and entred into a curse, and into an oath to walke in Gods law, which was giuen by Moses the seruant of God, and to obserue and doe all the commandements of the Lord our Lord, and his Iudgements, and his statutes:
10:30	And that we would not giue our daughters vnto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sonnes.
10:31	And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the Sabbath day, to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the Sabbath, or on the holyday, and that wee would leaue the seuenth yeere, and the exaction of euerie debt.
10:32	Also we made ordinances for vs, to charge our selues yeerely, with the third part of a shekel, for the seruice of the house of our God,
10:33	For the shew-bread, and for the continuall meate-offering, and for the continuall burnt offering, of the Sabbaths, of the new moones, for the set-feastes, and for the holy things, and for the sin-offerings, to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the worke of the house of our God.
10:34	And we cast the lots among the priests, the Leuites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed, yeere by yeere, to burne vpon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the law:
10:35	And to bring the first fruits of our ground, and the first fruites of all fruit of all trees, yeere by yeere, vnto the house of the Lord.
10:36	Also the first-borne of our sonnes, and of our cattell (as it is written in the lawe) and the firstlings of our heards, and of our flockes, to bring to the house of our God, vnto the priests that minister in the house of our God:
10:37	And that we should bring the first fruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all maner of trees, of wine and of oile, vnto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithes of our ground vnto the Leuites, that the same Leuites might haue the tithes, in all the cities of our tillage.
10:38	And the priest the sonne of Aaron, shall be with the Leuites, when the Leuites take tithes, and the Leuites shal bring vp the tithe of the tithes vnto the house of our God, to the chambers into the treasure house.
10:39	For the children of Israel, and the children of Leui, shall bring the offering of the corne, of the new wine, and the oyle, vnto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuarie, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers, and we will not forsake the house of our God.

10:28	And the rest of the people, the Priestes, the Leuites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all that were separated from the people of the landes vnto the Lawe of God, their wiues, their sonnes, and their daughters, all that coulde vnderstande.
10:29	The chiefe of them receiued it for their brethren, and they came to the curse and to the othe to walke in Gods Law, which was giuen by Moses the seruant of God, to obserue and doe all the commandements of the Lord our God, and his iudgements and his statutes:
10:30	And that we would not giue our daughters to the people of the lande, neither take their daughters for our sonnes.
10:31	And if the people of the lande brought ware on the Sabbath, or any vitailes to sell, that we would not take it of them on the Sabbath and on the holy dayes: and that we would let the seuenth yeere be free, and the debtes of euery person.
10:32	And we made statutes for our selues to giue by the yeere the thirde part of a shekel for the seruice of the house of our God,
10:33	For the shewbread, and for the daily offring, and for the daily burnt offring, the Sabbaths, the newe moones, for the solemne feastes, and for the thinges that were sanctified, and for the sinne offrings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the worke of the house of our God.
10:34	We cast also lottes for the offering of the wood, euen the Priestes, the Leuites and the people to bring it into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, yeerely at the times appointed, to burne it vpon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the Lawe,
10:35	And to bring the first fruites of our land, and the first of all the fruites of all trees, yeere by yeere, into the house of the Lord,
10:36	And the first borne of our sonnes, and of our cattel, as it is written in the Lawe, and the first borne of our bullockes and of our sheepe, to bring it into the house of our God, vnto ye Priests that minister in the house of our God,
10:37	And that we should bring the first fruite of our dough, and our offrings, and the fruite of euery tree, of wine and of oyle, vnto the Priests, to the chambers of the house of our God: and the tithes of our lande vnto the Leuites, that the Leuites might haue the tithes in all the cities of our trauaile.
10:38	And the Priest, the sonne of Aaron shall be with the Leuites, when ye Leuites take tithes, and the Leuites shall bring vp the tenth parte of the tithes vnto the house of our God, vnto the chambers of the treasure house.
10:39	For the children of Israel, and the children of Leui shall bring vp the offerings of the corne, of the wine, and of the oyle, vnto the chabers: and there shalbe the vessels of the Sanctuarie, and the Priestes that minister, and the porters, and the fingers, and we will not forsake the house of our God.


10:1	The sealers were: Nehemiah (that is) Hathirsatha the sonne of Hachaliah and Zedekia,
10:2	Saraia, Asariah, and Ieremy,
10:3	Phashur, Amaria, Malchia,
10:4	Hatus, Sebaniah, Malluch,
10:5	Harim, Merimoth, and Obadia,
10:6	Daniel, Ienthon, & Baruch,
10:7	Mesulam, Abia, and Miamin,
10:8	Maasia, Belgai and Semeia, these were preastes.
10:9	The Leuytes were: Iesua the sonne of Azania, Benui amonge the chyldren of Henadad and Cadmiel.
10:10	And their brethren: Sechania, Hodia, Celita, Pelaia, Hanan,
10:11	Micha, Rehob, and Hasabiah,
10:12	Sachur, Serebia, Sabania,
10:13	Hodia, Bani & Beninu.
10:14	The heades of the people were: Phares, the captayne of Moab, Elam, Zathu, and Bani,
10:15	Boni, Asgad, Bebai,
10:16	Adonia, Begoai, Adin,
10:17	Ater, Hezekia, Asur,
10:18	Hodia, Hasum, Bezai,
10:19	Harip, Anathoth, & Nebai,
10:20	Magphias, Mesulam, Hesir,
10:21	Mesesabel, Zadoc, Iaddua,
10:22	Phalatia, Hanan, Anaia,
10:23	Hosea, Hanania, Hasub,
10:24	Halohes, Phaleha, Sobek,
10:25	Rehum, Hasebna, Maasia,
10:26	Ahia, Hanan, & Anan,
10:27	Malluch, Harim & Baana.
10:28	And the other people, the preastes, Leuites, porters, syngers, Nethinims, & all they that had separated them selues from the people in the landes vnto the lawe of God, wt their wiues, their sonnes, and their daughters, and as many as coulde vnderstonde,
10:29	& theyr lordes that had rule of them, receaued it for theyr brethren. And they came to sweare, and to bynde them selues with an ooth to walke in Gods lawe, whych was geuen by Moses the seruaunt of God, and that they wolde obserue & do accordynge vnto all the commaundementes, iudgementes & statutes of the Lord our God:
10:30	and that we wolde not geue oure daughters vnto the people in the londe, nether to take their daughters for our sonnes.
10:31	And yf the people of the lande broughte ware on the saboth, & all maner of vitayles to sell, that we wolde not take it of them on the saboth & on the holy dayes. and that we wolde let the seuenth yeare be fre, concernynge all maner of charge.
10:32	And we decreed a statute vpon oure selues to geue yearly the thyrde parte of a sycle to the mynistracion in the house of oure God,
10:33	to the shewbred, to the daylye meatofferynge, to the daylye burntofferynge of the sabothes, of the newe mones, and feast dayes, & to the thynges that were sanctifyed, & to the offerynges of attonement, to reconcyle Israel wyth all, and to all the busynes in the house of oure God.
10:34	And we cast the lot amonge the preastes, Leuites and the people, for offerynge of the wood to be brought vnto the house of or God from yeare to yeare, after the houses of oure fathers that it myght be brent at tymes appoynted, vpon the aultare of the Lorde God, as it is wrytten in the lawe:
10:35	and to bryng the fyrstlinges of oure land, & the fyrstlynges of oure frutes of all trees, yeare by yeare, vnto the house of the Lorde:
10:36	and the fyrstlinges of oure sonnes, and of oure catell, as it is wrytten in the lawe: and the fyrstlinges of oure oxen & of oure shepe, whych we shulde bring to the house of oure God, vnto the preastes that mynister in the house of oure God:
10:37	and that we shuld bryng the fyrstlynges of oure dowgh, and of oure heueofferynges, and the frutes of all maner of trees, of wyne also and of oyle, vnto the preastes to the chestes of the house of oure God. And the tythes of our lande vnto the Leuites, that the Leuytes myght haue the tithes in all the cyties of oure minystracyon.
10:38	And the preast the sonne of Aaron shall wyth the Leuites haue also of the tithes of the Leuites, so that the Leuites shal brynge vp the tythes of theyr tithes vnto the house of oure God, to the store houses and to the treasure houses.
10:39	For the chyldren of Israel & the chyldren of Leui shall brynge vp the heueofferynges of the corne, wyne and oyle vnto the store houses, there as are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the preastes that minister, & the porters and syngers, that we forsake not the house of oure God.
