| 36:2 | Suffer mee a little, and I will shewe thee, that I haue yet to speake on Gods behalfe. |
| 36:3 | I will fetch my knowledge from afarre, and will ascribe righteousnesse to my Maker. |
| 36:4 | For truely my words shall not be false: he that is perfect in knowledge, is with thee. |
| 36:5 | Behold, God is mightie, and despiseth not any: he is mightie in strength and wisedome. |
| 36:6 | He preserueth not the life of the wicked: but giueth right to the poore. |

| 36:11 | If they obey and serue him, they shall spend their dayes in prosperitie, and their yeeres in pleasures. |
| 36:12 | But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge. |
| 36:13 | But the hypocrites in heart heape vp wrath: they crie not when he bindeth them. |

| 36:15 | He deliuereth the poore in his affliction, and openeth their eares in oppression. |
| 36:16 | Euen so would he haue remooued thee out of the strait into a broad place, where there is no straitnesse, and that which should be set on thy table, should be full of fatnesse. |
| 36:17 | But thou hast fulfilled the iudgement of the wicked: iudgement and iustice take hold on thee. |
| 36:18 | Because there is wrath, beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great ransome cannot deliuer thee. |
| 36:19 | Will he esteeme thy riches? no not gold, nor all the forces of strength. |
| 36:20 | Desire not the night, when people are cut off in their place. |
| 36:21 | Take heed, regard not iniquitie: for this hast thou chosen rather then affliction. |
| 36:22 | Beholde, God exalteth by his power: who teacheth like him? |
| 36:23 | Who hath inioyned him his way? or who can say, Thou hast wrought iniquitie? |
| 36:24 | Remember that thou magnifie his worke, which men behold. |
| 36:25 | Euery man may see it, man may behold it afarre off. |
| 36:26 | Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his yeeres be searched out. |
| 36:27 | For hee maketh small the drops of water: they powre downe raine according to the vapour thereof: |
| 36:28 | Which the clouds doe drop, and distill vpon man aboundantly. |
| 36:29 | Also can any vnderstand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle? |

| 36:31 | For by them iudgeth he the people, he giueth meate in abundance. |
| 36:32 | With clouds he couereth the light, and commaundeth it not to shine, by the cloud that commeth betwixt. |
| 36:33 | The noise thereof sheweth concerning it, the cattel also concerning the Uapour. |
| 36:1 | Elihu also proceeded, and saide |
| 36:2 | Holde thee still a litle, & I shall shew thee what I haue yet to speake on gods behalfe |
| 36:3 | I wyll open vnto thee yet farre higher knowledge, and wil ascribe righteousnesse vnto my maker |
| 36:4 | And truely my wordes shall not be vaine, seeing he is with thee that is perfect in knowledge |
| 36:5 | Beholde, the great God casteth away no man, for he him selfe is mightie in power and wysdome |
| 36:6 | As for the vngodly he shall not preserue him, but shall helpe the poore to their right |
| 36:7 | He shal not turne his eyes away from the righteous, but as kinges shal they be in their throne, he shal stablish them for euer, and they shalbe exalted |
| 36:8 | But if they be layde in chaynes, or bounde with the bondes of trouble |
| 36:9 | Then wyll he shew them their worke, & their sinnes which haue ouercome them |
| 36:10 | He with punishing and nurturing of them, roundeth them in the eares, warneth them to leaue of from their wickednesse, and to amende |
| 36:11 | If they now wyll take heede & serue him, they shal weare out their dayes in prosperitie, and their yeres in pleasure |
| 36:12 | But if they wil not hearken, they shal go through the sworde, and perishe or euer they be aware |
| 36:13 | As for hypocrites in heart, they shall heape vp wrath for them selues for they call not vpon him, though they be his prisoners |
| 36:14 | Thus shal their soule perishe in foolishnes, and their lyfe among the fornicatours |
| 36:15 | The poore shall he deliuer out of his affliction, and rounde them in the eare when they be in trouble |
| 36:16 | Euen so would he take thee out of the straite place, into a brode place in the which there is no straitnes: yea, & make thy table quiet replenished with fatnesse |
| 36:17 | Neuerthelesse, thou hast commended the iudgement of the vngodly, and euen such a iudgement & sentence shalt thou suffer |
| 36:18 | And seeing there is wrath with God, beware lest he take thee away in thy wealth, & all that thou hast to redeeme thee can not deliuer thee |

| 36:20 | Spend not the night in carefull thoughtes, how he destroyeth some, and bringeth other in their place |
| 36:21 | But beware that thou turne not aside to wickednesse and sinne, which hitherto thou hast chosen more then affliction |

| 36:30 | Behold, he doth stretch his light vpon it, and couereth the bottome of the sea |
| 36:31 | For by these gouerneth he his people, and geueth them aboundance of meate |
| 36:32 | With the cloudes he hydeth the light, and at his commaundement it breaketh out |
| 36:33 | Which dashing vpon the next cloudes, shew tokens of wrath |
| 36:1 | Elihu also proceeded and sayde, |
| 36:2 | Suffer me a litle, and I will instruct thee: for I haue yet to speake on Gods behalfe. |

| 36:8 | And if they bee bound in fetters and tyed with the cordes of affliction, |
| 36:9 | Then will he shewe them their worke and their sinnes, because they haue bene proude. |

| 36:11 | If they obey and serue him, they shall end their dayes in prosperity, and their yeres in pleasures. |
| 36:12 | But if they wil not obey, they shall passe by the sworde, and perish without knowledge. |
| 36:13 | But the hypocrites of heart increase the wrath: for they call not when he bindeth them. |

| 36:19 | Wil he regard thy riches? he regardeth not golde, nor all them that excel in strength. |
| 36:20 | Be not carefull in the night, howe he destroyeth the people out of their place. |

| 36:30 | Beholde, he spreadeth his light vpon it, and couereth the bottome of the sea. |
| 36:31 | For thereby hee iudgeth the people, and giueth meate abundantly. |
