Psalms - Chapter: 91

>
91:1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
91:2I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
91:3Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
91:4He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
91:5Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
91:6Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
91:7A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
91:8Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
91:9Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
91:10There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
91:11For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
91:12They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
91:13Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
91:14Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
91:15He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
91:16With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

91:2I wyll saye vnto the Lorde: Thou art my hope, and my stronge holde, my God, in hym will I trust.
91:3For he shall delyuer the from the snare of the hunter, and from the noysome pestylence.
91:4He shall defende the vnder hys wynges, and thou shalte be safe vnder hys fethers: hys faythfulnesse and trueth shall be thy shylde and buckler.
91:5Thou shalte not be afrayed for any terrour by night, ner for the arow that flyeth by daye.
91:6For the pestilence that walketh in the darknesse, ner for the sicknesse that destroyeth in the noone daye.
91:7A thousande shall fall besyde the & ten thousande at thy ryght hand, but it shall not come nye the.
91:8Yee, with thyne eyes shalt thou beholde, and se the rewarde of the vngodly.
91:9For thou Lorde arte my hope, thou hast set thyne house of defence very hye
91:10There shall no euell happen vnto the, nether shall eny plage come nye thy dwellyng.
91:11For he shall geue his angels charge ouer the, to kepe the in all thy wayes.
91:12They shall beare the in theyr handes, that thou hurt not thy fote agaynste a stone.
91:13Thou shalt go vpon the Lyon and Adder, the yonge Lyon and the Dragon shalte thou treade vnder thy fete.
91:14Because he hath set hys loue vpon me, therfore shall I delyuer him: I shall set him vp, because he hath knowne my name.
91:15He shall call vpon me, & I wyll heare hym: yee I am with hym in trouble, I will deliuer hym, and brynge hym to honoure.
91:16With longe lyfe wyll I satisfye hym, and shewe hym my saluacion.
