Psalms - Chapter: 91

>
91:1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high: shall abide vnder the shadow of the Almightie.
91:2I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge, and my fortresse: my God, in him will I trust.
91:3Surely he shall deliuer thee from the snare of the fouler: and from the noisome pestilence.
91:4Hee shall couer thee with his feathers, and vnder his wings shalt thou trust: his trueth shall bee thy shield and buckler.
91:5Thou shalt not bee afraid for the terrour by night: nor for the arrow that flieth by day:
91:6Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darknes: nor for the destruction, that wasteth at noone-day.
91:7A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand: but it shall not come nigh thee.
91:8Onely with thine eyes shalt thou behold: & see the reward of the wicked.
91:9Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, euen the most High, thy habitation:
91:10There shall no euill befall thee: neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
91:11For hee shall giue his Angels charge ouer thee: to keepe thee in all thy wayes.
91:12They shall beare thee vp in their hands: lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
91:13Thou shalt tread vpon the Lion, and adder: the yong Lion and the dragon shalt thou trample vnder feete.
91:14Because he hath set his loue vpon me, therefore will I deliuer him: I wil set him on high, because hee hath knowen my Name.
91:15He shall call vpon me, and I will answere him: I will bee with him in trouble, I will deliuer him, and honour him.
91:16With long life wil I satisfie him: and shew him my saluation.

91:4Hee will couer thee vnder his winges, and thou shalt be sure vnder his feathers: his trueth shall be thy shielde and buckler.
91:5Thou shalt not be afraide of the feare of the night, nor of the arrowe that flyeth by day:
91:6Nor of the pestilence that walketh in the darkenesse: nor of the plague that destroyeth at noone day.
91:7A thousand shall fall at thy side, and tenne thousand at thy right hand, but it shall not come neere thee.
91:8Doubtlesse with thine eyes shalt thou beholde and see the reward of the wicked.
91:9For thou hast said, The Lord is mine hope: thou hast set the most High for thy refuge.
91:10There shall none euill come vnto thee, neither shall any plague come neere thy tabernacle.
91:11For hee shall giue his Angels charge ouer thee to keepe thee in all thy wayes.
91:12They shall beare thee in their handes, that thou hurt not thy foote against a stone.
91:13Thou shalt walke vpon the lyon and aspe: the yong lyon and the dragon shalt thou treade vnder feete.
91:14Because he hath loued me, therefore will I deliuer him: I will exalt him because hee hath knowen my Name.
91:15He shall call vpon me, and I wil heare him: I will be with him in trouble: I will deliuer him, and glorifie him.
91:16With long life wil I satisfie him, and shew him my saluation.

91:2I wyll saye vnto the Lorde: Thou art my hope, and my stronge holde, my God, in hym will I trust.
91:3For he shall delyuer the from the snare of the hunter, and from the noysome pestylence.
91:4He shall defende the vnder hys wynges, and thou shalte be safe vnder hys fethers: hys faythfulnesse and trueth shall be thy shylde and buckler.
91:5Thou shalte not be afrayed for any terrour by night, ner for the arow that flyeth by daye.
91:6For the pestilence that walketh in the darknesse, ner for the sicknesse that destroyeth in the noone daye.
91:7A thousande shall fall besyde the & ten thousande at thy ryght hand, but it shall not come nye the.
91:8Yee, with thyne eyes shalt thou beholde, and se the rewarde of the vngodly.
91:9For thou Lorde arte my hope, thou hast set thyne house of defence very hye
91:10There shall no euell happen vnto the, nether shall eny plage come nye thy dwellyng.
91:11For he shall geue his angels charge ouer the, to kepe the in all thy wayes.
91:12They shall beare the in theyr handes, that thou hurt not thy fote agaynste a stone.
91:13Thou shalt go vpon the Lyon and Adder, the yonge Lyon and the Dragon shalte thou treade vnder thy fete.
91:14Because he hath set hys loue vpon me, therfore shall I delyuer him: I shall set him vp, because he hath knowne my name.
91:15He shall call vpon me, & I wyll heare hym: yee I am with hym in trouble, I will deliuer hym, and brynge hym to honoure.
91:16With longe lyfe wyll I satisfye hym, and shewe hym my saluacion.
