Psalms - Chapter: 120

>
120:1The `title of the hundrid and twentithe salm. The song of greces. I reiside myn iyen to the hillis; fro whannus help schal come to me.
120:2Myn help is of the Lord; that made heuene and erthe.
120:3The Lord yyue not thi foot in to mouyng; nether he nappe, that kepith thee.
120:4Lo! he schal not nappe, nether slepe; that kepith Israel.
120:5The Lord kepith thee; the Lord is thi proteccioun aboue thi riythond.
120:6The sunne schal not brenne thee bi dai; nether the moone bi nyyt.
120:7The Lord kepe thee fro al yuel; the Lord kepe thi soule.

120:1A song of degrees. I called vnto the Lord in my trouble, and hee heard me.
120:2Deliuer my soule, O Lord, from lying lippes, and from a deceitfull tongue.
120:3What doeth thy deceitfull tongue bring vnto thee? or what doeth it auaile thee?
120:4It is as the sharpe arrowes of a mightie man, and as the coales of iuniper.
120:5Woe is to me that I remaine in Meschech, and dwell in the tentes of Kedar.
120:6My soule hath too long dwelt with him that hateth peace.
120:7I seeke peace, and when I speake thereof, they are bent to warre.
