| 52:2 | Shake the from the dust, aryse & stande vp, O Ierusalem. Plucke out thy neck from the bonde: O thou captiue daughter Sion. |
| 52:3 | For thus sayeth the Lord: ye are solde for naught, therfore shall ye be redemed also without eny mony. |
| 52:4 | For thus sayeth the Lorde God: My people wente downe afore tyme into Egypte, there to be straungers, and the kynge of the Assyrians oppressed them wythout anye cause. |
| 52:5 | And nowe what profyt is it to me (sayth the Lorde) that my people is frely caryed awaye, and brought in to heuynes by their rulers, & my name euer still blasphemed? sayeth the Lorde? |
| 52:6 | Therfore that my people maye knowe my name, therfore I say in that daye they shall knowe it, that I am he that do speake. I saye euen I. |
| 52:7 | O howe bewtifull are the fete of the Embassitoure, that bryngeth the message from the mountayne, & proclameth peace: that bryngeth the good tydynges, and preacheth health, and sayeth vnto Sion: Thy God is the kynge. |
| 52:8 | Thy watchmen shall lyft vp theyr voyce: with lowde voyce shall they preach of hym: for they shall se hym present, when the Lorde shall conuerte Sion. |
| 52:9 | Be glad, with thankes gyuynge. O thou desolate Ierusalem, & reioyce together for the Lorde hath comforted hys people, he hath delyuered Ierusalem. |
| 52:10 | The Lorde hath made bare hys holy arme, and shewed it forth in the syght of all the Gentiles, & all the endes of the earth hath sene the sauinge health of our God. |
| 52:11 | Awaye, awaye, get you out from thence and touche no vncleane thynge. Go oute from amonge soche. And be cleane, that beare the vessell of the Lorde. |
| 52:12 | For ye shall not escape by rennynge ner by flyenge awaye: but the Lorde shall go before you, and the God of Israel shall gather you together. |
| 52:13 | Beholde, my seruaunt shall deale wysely, therfore shall he be magnified, exalted & greatly honoured. |
| 52:14 | Lyke as the multitude shall wondre vpon hym, because hys face shalbe so deformed & not as a mans face, hys bewtye lyke no man: |
| 52:15 | Euen so shall the multitude of the Gentyles loke vnto hym, & kynges shall shut their mouthes before him. For they that haue not bene tolde of him, shall se hym, & they that herde nothynge of hym, shall beholde him. |

| 52:4 | For the Lord God seith these thingis, Mi puple in the bigynnyng yede doun in to Egipt, that it schulde be there `an erthe tiliere, and Assur falsli calengide it with out ony cause. |
| 52:5 | And now what is to me here? seith the Lord; for my puple is takun awei with out cause; the lordis therof doen wickidli, seith the Lord, and my name is blasfemyd contynueli al dai. |
| 52:6 | For this thing my puple schal knowe my name in that day, for lo! Y my silf that spak, am present. |
| 52:7 | Ful faire ben the feet of hym that tellith, and prechith pees on hillis, of hym that tellith good, of hym that prechith helthe, and seith, Sion, thi God schal regne. |
| 52:8 | The vois of thi biholderis; thei reisiden the vois, thei schulen herie togidere; for thei schulen se with iye to iye, whanne the Lord hath conuertid Sion. |
| 52:9 | The forsakun thingis of Jerusalem, make ye ioie, and herie ye togidere; for the Lord hath coumfortid his puple, he hath ayenbouyt Jerusalem. |
| 52:10 | The Lord hath maad redi his hooli arm in the iyen of alle folkis, and alle the endis of the erthe schulen se the helthe of oure God. |

| 52:14 | As many men wondriden on hym, so his biholdyng schal be with out glorie among men, and the fourme of hym among the sones of men. |
| 52:15 | He schal bisprenge many folkis; kyngis schulen holde togidere her mouth on him; for thei schulen se, to whiche it was not teld of hym, and thei that herden not, bihelden. |
