Ezekiel - Chapter: 41


41:1	And he bringeth me in unto the temple, and he measureth the posts, six cubits the breadth on this side, and six cubits the breadth on that side -- the breadth of the tent.
41:2	And the breadth of the opening `is' ten cubits; and the sides of the opening `are' five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side; and he measureth its length forty cubits, and the breadth twenty cubits.
41:3	And he hath gone inward, and measureth the post of the opening two cubits, and the opening six cubits, and the breadth of the opening seven cubits.
41:4	And he measureth its length twenty cubits, and the breadth twenty cubits, unto the front of the temple, and he saith unto me, `This `is' the holy of holies.'
41:5	And he measureth the wall of the house six cubits, and the breadth of the side-chamber four cubits, all round the house round about.
41:6	And the side-chambers `are' side-chamber by side-chamber, three and thirty times; and they are entering into the wall -- which the house hath for the side-chambers all round about -- to be taken hold of, and they are not taken hold of by the wall of the house.
41:7	And a broad place and a turning place still upwards `are' to the side-chambers, for the turning round of the house `is' still upwards all round about the house: therefore the breadth of the house `is' upwards, and so the lower one goeth up unto the higher by the midst.
41:8	And I have looked at the house, the height all round about: the foundations of the side-chambers `are' the fulness of the reed, six cubits by the joining.
41:9	The breadth of the wall that `is' to the side-chamber at the outside `is' five cubits; and that which is left `is' the place of the side-chambers that `are' to the house.
41:10	And between the chambers `is' a breadth of twenty cubits round about the house, all round about.
41:11	And the opening of the side-chamber `is' to the place left, one opening northward, and one opening southward, and the breadth of the place that is left `is' five cubits all round about.
41:12	As to the building that `is' at the front of the separate place `at' the corner westward, the breadth `is' seventy cubits, and the wall of the building five cubits broad all round about, and its length ninety cubits.
41:13	And he hath measured the house, the length `is' a hundred cubits; and the separate place, and the building, and its walls, the length `is' a hundred cubits;
41:14	and the breadth of the front of the house, and of the separate place eastward, a hundred cubits.
41:15	And he hath measured the length of the building unto the front of the separate place that `is' at its hinder part, and its galleries on this side and on that side, a hundred cubits, and the inner temple and the porches of the court,
41:16	the thresholds, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about them three, over-against the threshold, a ceiling of wood all round about, and the ground unto the windows and the covered windows,
41:17	over above the opening, and unto the inner-house, and at the outside, and by all the wall all round about within and without `by' measure.
41:18	And it is made `with' cherubs and palm-trees, and a palm-tree `is' between cherub and cherub, and two faces `are' to the cherub;
41:19	and the face of man `is' unto the palm-tree on this side, and the face of a young lion unto the palm-tree on that side; it is made unto all the house all round about.
41:20	from the earth unto above the opening `are' the cherubs and the palm-trees made, and `on' the wall of the temple.
41:21	Of the temple the side post `is' square, and of the front of the sanctuary, the appearance `is' as the appearance.
41:22	Of the altar, the wood `is' three cubits in height, and its length two cubits; and its corners `are' to it, and its length, and its walls `are' of wood, and he speaketh unto me, `This `is' the table that `is' before Jehovah.'
41:23	And two doors `are' to the temple and to the sanctuary;
41:24	and two leaves `are' to the doors, two turning leaves `are' to the doors, two to the one door, and two leaves to the other.
41:25	And made on them, on the doors of the temple, `are' cherubs and palm-trees as are made on the walls, and a thickness of wood `is' at the front of the porch on the outside.
41:26	And narrow windows and palm-trees `are' on this side, and on that side, at the sides of the porch, and the side-chambers of the house, and the thick places.


41:1	Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.
41:2	And the breadth of the door was ten cubits: and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.
41:3	Then went he inward, and measured the post of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.
41:4	So he measured the length thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.
41:5	After he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the house on every side.
41:6	And the side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which was of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.
41:7	And there was an enlarging, and a winding about still upward to the side chambers: for the winding about of the house went still upward round about the house: therefore the breadth of the house was still upward, and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the midst.
41:8	I saw also the height of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a full reed of six great cubits.
41:9	The thickness of the wall, which was for the side chamber without, was five cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side chambers that were within.
41:10	And between the chambers was the wideness of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.
41:11	And the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.
41:12	Now the building that was before the separate place at the end toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof ninety cubits.
41:13	So he measured the house, an hundred cubits long; and the separate place, and the building, with the walls thereof, an hundred cubits long;
41:14	Also the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the east, an hundred cubits.
41:15	And he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;
41:16	The door posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, over against the door, cieled with wood round about, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;
41:17	To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.
41:18	And it was made with cherubims and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces;
41:19	So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about.
41:20	From the ground unto above the door were cherubims and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple.
41:21	The posts of the temple were squared, and the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other.
41:22	The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD.
41:23	And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.
41:24	And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door.
41:25	And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without.
41:26	And there were narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and upon the side chambers of the house, and thick planks.


41:1	And he brought me to the temple and measured the pillars, six cubits wide from here, and six cubits wide from there, the width of the tent.
41:2	And the door was ten cubits wide. And the sides of the door were five cubits from here and five cubits from there. And he measured its length, forty cubits, and twenty cubits wide.
41:3	And he went inside and measured the pillars of the door, two cubits. And the door was six cubits, and the width of the door, seven cubits.
41:4	And he measured its length, twenty cubits, and the width, twenty cubits, to the face of the temple. And he said to me, This is the Holy of Holies.
41:5	And he measured the wall of the house, six cubits, and the width of each side room was four cubits all around the house.
41:6	And the side rooms were a side room over a side room, three stories, and thirty times. And they entered the wall of the house for the side rooms all around, that they may be fastened. But they were not fastened in the wall of the house.
41:7	And there was a widening and a winding upwards and upwards for the side rooms, for the winding around of the house went upward and upward, all around the house. On account of this the width of the house went up, and so from the lowest it went up to the highest by the middle story .
41:8	I also saw the height of the house all around, the foundations of the side rooms were a full reed, six cubits by joining.
41:9	The width of the wall which was for the side room to the outside was five cubits, and that which was left between the side rooms that were of the house.
41:10	And between the rooms was the width of twenty cubits circling the house all around.
41:11	And the door of the side room was toward the open space, one door northward, and one door southward. And the width of the place of the open space was five cubits all around.
41:12	And the building that was before the separate area at the end of the way of the west was seventy cubits wide. And the wall of the building was five cubits wide all around; and its length, ninety cubits.
41:13	And he measured the house, a hundred cubits long. And the separate area and the building and its wall were a hundred cubits long.
41:14	And the width of the face of the house, and the separate area toward the east, a hundred cubits.
41:15	And he measured the length of the building to the face of the separate area which was on its rear; and its gallery from here and from there was a hundred cubits, also the inner temple, and the porches of the court,
41:16	the thresholds, and the latticed windows, and the galleries all around, their three stories opposite the threshold, were paneled with wood all around, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered
41:17	to that above the door, even to the inner house, and outside, and to all the wall all around inside and outside by measure.
41:18	And it was made with cherubs and palm trees, and a palm tree was between cherub and cherub. And two faces were to a cherub,
41:19	the face of a man toward the palm tree from here, and a young lion's face toward the palm tree from there. It was made to all the house all around.
41:20	From the ground to above the door, cherubs and palm trees were made, and on the wall of the temple.
41:21	The temple doorposts were squared, and the face of the sanctuary, the appearance as its appearance.
41:22	The altar of wood was three cubits high, and its length two cubits. And its corners, and its length, and its walls were wood. And he said to me, This is the table that is before Jehovah.
41:23	And two doors were to the temple and the sanctuary.
41:24	And two doors were to each of the doors, two turning doors, two for the one door, and two for the other door.
41:25	And cherubs and palm trees were made on them, on the doors of the temple, like those made on the walls; and thick wood was on the face of the porch outside.
41:26	And latticed windows and palm trees were from here and from there on the sides of the porch, and the side rooms of the house, and wooden canopies .
