25:1	Then the kingdome of heauen shalbe lykened vnto ten virgins, which toke their lampes and went to mete the bridegrom,
25:2	Fyue of them were folyshe, & fyue were wise.
25:3	The folyshe toke theyr lampes, but toke none oyle with them.
25:4	But the wise toke oyle with them in their vessels with their lampes also.
25:5	Whyle the brydegrome taried, al slombred and slepte.
25:6	And euen at midnight there was a crye made: beholde, the brydegrome cometh, goo out againste hym.
25:7	Then all those virgins arose, and prepared their lampes.
25:8	And the folishe sayed to the wise: gyue vs of your oyle for oure lampes go out.
25:9	But the wyse aunswered sayinge not so, least there be not ynough for vs and you: but go rather to them that sell & by for your selues.
25:10	And whyle they went to bye the brydegrome came: and they that were redie, went in wyth hym to the weddinge, and the gate was shut vp.
25:11	Afterwardes cam also the other virgins sayinge: maister maister, open to vs.
25:12	But he aunswered and sayd: verely I say vnto you: I knowe not you
25:13	watche therfore: for ye knowe neither the daye nor yet the houre when the sonne of man shall come.
25:14	Lykewyse as a certayne man, redye to take iorney to a straunge countre, called hys seruauntes and delyuered to them his goodes.
25:15	And vnto one he gaue fyue talentes, to another .ij. and to another one: to euery man after his abylite, and straight waye departed.
25:16	Then he that had receyued the .v. talentes, went and bestowed them and wan other fyue talentes.
25:17	Likewise he that receiued two, gained other two.
25:18	But he that receiued the one, wente and digged a pit in the earth and hid his maisters money.
25:19	After a longe season the Lorde of those seruauntes came and rekened with them.
25:20	Then came he that had receyued .v. talentes, and brought other .v. talentes, sayinge: maister thou delyuerest vnto me fyue talentes beholde I haue gained with them fyue talentes mo.
25:21	Then his maister sayde vnto him: Well good seruaunt and faithfull. Thou hast bene faythfull in litle, I wyll make the rueler ouer muche enter in into thy maisters ioye.
25:22	Also he that receiued .ij. talentes, came and sayed mayster thou deliuerest vnto me twoo talentes, beholde I haue won two other talentes with them.
25:23	And his maister sayde vnto hym, well good seruaunt and faithfull. Thou hast bene faithfull in litle, I wyll make the ruler ouer much: go in into thy maisters ioye.
25:24	Then he which had receiued the one talent, came & sayde, maister, I consydered that thou waste an harde man, which repest were thou sowest not, & gadderest where thou strawest not,
25:25	and was therfore afraide, and went and hid thy talente in the earth: beholde, thou hast thyne owne.
25:26	His maister aunswered and said vnto hym: thou euyll seruaunte and slouthful, thou knewest that I repe wher I sowed not, and gadder wher I strawed not:
25:27	thou oughtest therfore to haue had my money to the chaungers, then at my commynge shoulde I haue receyued myne owne with vauntage.
25:28	Take therfore the talent from him, and giue it vnto him which hath ten talentes.
25:29	For vnto euerye man that hathe shalbe geuen, and he shall haue aboundaunce, and from hym that hath not, shall be taken awaye, euen that he hath.
25:30	And caste that vnprofytable seruaunt into vtter darcknes: there shalbe wepinge & gnashinge of tethe.
25:31	When the sonne of man cometh in hys glorye, and all the holye aungels with him, then shall he sytte vpon the seate of his glory,
25:32	and before him shall be gathered all nations, and he shall separate them one from another, as a shephearde deuideth the shepe from the gootes.
25:33	And he shall set the shepe on his right haude, and the gootes on his lyfte.
25:34	Then shal the kinge saye to them on his right hand. Come ye blessed chyldren of my father, enheryte ye the kingdome prepared for you from the begynninge of the worlde.
25:35	For I was an hungred & ye gaue me meate. I thirsted and ye gaue me drinke. I was herbourles and ye lodged me. I was naked and ye clothed me.
25:36	I was sycke and ye visyted me. I was in pryson and ye came vnto me.
25:37	Then shal the rightuous aunswere him sayinge, maister, when sawe we the an houngred, & fede the, or a thyrst, & gaue the drinke
25:38	when sawe we the herborles, and lodged the? or naked and clothed the?
25:39	or when sawe we the syke or in pryson and came vnto the?
25:40	And the kinge shall aunswere and saye vnto theym: verelye I saye vnto you: in as much as ye haue done it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye haue done it vnto me.
25:41	Then shall the kinge saye vnto them that shalbe on the lyfte hande. Departe from me ye cursed, into euerlastinge fyre, which is prepared for the deuyll and hys angels.
25:42	For I was an hungred and ye gaue me no meate, I thyrsted and ye gaue me no drynke,
25:43	I was herbourles, and ye lodged me not, I was naked and ye clothed me not, I was sicke and in pryson, and ye vysited me not.
25:44	Then shal they answere him, sayinge: mayster when sawe we the an hungred, or a thyrst or herbourles, or naked, or sicke, or in pryson, and dyd not minister vnto the.
25:45	Then shall he answere them, and saye: Verelye I saye vnto you, in as much as ye dyd it not to one of these little ones: ye dyd it not vnto me.
25:46	And these shall go into euerlasting payne. And the righteouse into lyfe eternall.

25:7	Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lampes.
25:8	And the foolish said to the wise, Giue vs of your oyle, for our lampes are out.
25:9	But the wise answered, saying, Not so, lest there will not be ynough for vs and you: but goe ye rather to them that sell, and bye for your selues.
25:10	And while they went to bye, the bridegrome came: and they that were readie, went in with him to the wedding, and the gate was shut.
25:11	Afterwards came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to vs.
25:12	But he answered, and said, Verely I say vnto you, I knowe you not.
25:13	Watch therfore: for ye know neither the day, nor the houre, when the sonne of man will come.
25:14	For the kingdome of heauen is as a man that going into a strange countrey, called his seruants, and deliuered to them his goods.
25:15	And vnto one he gaue fiue talents, and to an other two, and to another one, to euery man after his own ability, and straightway went from home.
25:16	Then he that had receiued the fiue talents, went and occupied with them, and gained other fiue talents.
25:17	Likewise also, he that receiued two, he also gained other two.
25:18	But he that receiued that one, went and digged it in the earth, and hid his masters money.
25:19	But after a long season, the master of those seruants came, and reckoned with them.
25:20	Then came he that had receiued fiue talents, and brought other fiue talents, saying, Master, thou deliueredst vnto me fiue talents: behold, I haue gained with them other fiue talents.
25:21	Then his master saide vnto him, It is well done good seruant and faithfull, Thou hast bene faithfull in litle, I will make thee ruler ouer much: enter into thy masters ioy.
25:22	Also he that had receiued two talents, came, and said, Master, thou deliueredst vnto me two talents: behold, I haue gained two other talets more.

25:24	Then he which had receiued the one talent, came, and said, Master, I knewe that thou wast an hard man, which reapest where thou sowedst not, and gatherest where thou strawedst not:
25:25	I was therefore afraide, and went, and hid thy talent in the earth: behold, thou hast thine owne.
25:26	And his master answered, and said vnto him, Thou euill seruant, and slouthfull, thou knewest that I reape where I sowed not, and gather where I strawed not.
25:27	Thou oughtest therefore to haue put my money to ye exchangers, and then at my comming should I haue receiued mine owne with vantage.
25:28	Take therefore the talent from him, and giue it vnto him which hath tenne talents.
25:29	For vnto euery man that hath, it shall be giuen, and he shall haue abundance, and from him that hath not, euen that he hath, shalbe taken away.
25:30	Cast therefore that vnprofitable seruant into vtter darkenes: there shalbe weeping and gnasshing of teeth.
25:31	And when the Sonne of man commeth in his glory, and all the holy Angels with him, then shall he sit vpon the throne of his glorie,
25:32	And before him shalbe gathered all nations, and he shall seperate them one from another, as a shepheard separateth the sheepe from ye goates.
25:33	And he shall set the sheepe on his right hand, and the goates on the left.
25:34	Then shall ye king say to them on his right hand, Come ye blessed of my father: take the inheritance of the kingdome prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
25:35	For I was an hungred, and ye gaue me meate: I thirsted, and ye gaue me drinke: I was a stranger, and ye tooke me in vnto you.
25:36	I was naked, and ye clothed me: I was sicke, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came vnto me.
25:37	Then shall the righteous answere him, saying, Lord, when sawe we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or a thirst, and gaue thee drinke?
25:38	And when sawe we thee a stranger, and tooke thee in vnto vs? or naked, and clothed thee?
25:39	Or when sawe we thee sicke, or in prison, and came vnto thee?
25:40	And the King shall answere, and say vnto them, Verely I say vnto you, in as much as ye haue done it vnto one of the least of these my brethre, ye haue done it to me.
25:41	Then shall he say vnto them on ye left hand, Depart from me ye cursed, into euerlasting fire, which is prepared for the deuill and his angels.
25:42	For I was an hungred, and ye gaue me no meate: I thirsted, and ye gaue me no drinke:
25:43	I was a stranger, and ye tooke me not in vnto you: I was naked, and ye clothed me not: sicke, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
25:44	Then shall they also answere him, saying, Lord, when sawe we thee an hungred, or a thirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sicke, or in prison, and did not minister vnto thee?
25:45	Then shall he answere them, and say, Verely I say vnto you, in as much as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
25:46	And these shall goe into euerlasting paine, and the righteous into life eternall.

25:3	They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
25:4	But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
25:5	While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
25:6	And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
25:7	Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
25:8	And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
25:9	But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
25:10	And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
25:11	Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
25:12	But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
25:13	Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
25:14	For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
25:15	And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
25:16	Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
25:17	And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
25:18	But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
25:19	After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
25:20	And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
25:21	His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
25:22	He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
25:23	His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
25:24	Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25:25	And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
25:26	His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
25:27	Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
25:28	Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
25:29	For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
25:30	And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

25:40	And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
25:41	Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
25:42	For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
25:43	I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
25:44	Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
25:45	Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
25:46	And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
