3:9And Jhesus seide to hise disciplis, that the boot schulde serue hym, for the puple, lest thei thristen hym;
3:10for he heelide many, so that thei felden fast to hym, to touche hym. And hou many euer hadde syknessis, and vnclene spirits,
3:11whanne thei seyen hym, felden doun to hym, and crieden, seiynge, Thou art the sone of God.
3:12And greetli he manasside hem, that thei schulden not make hym knowun.

3:18And he clepide Andrew and Filip, and Bartholomew and Matheu, and Thomas and James Alfey, and Thadee,
3:19and Symount Cananee, and Judas Scarioth, that bitraiede hym.
3:20And thei camen to an hous, and the puple cam togidere eftsoone, so that thei miyten not ete breed.
3:21And whanne his kynnysmen hadden herd, thei wenten out `to holde him; for thei seiden, that he is turned in to woodnesse.
3:22And the scribis that camen doun fro Jerusalem, seiden, That he hath Belsabub, and that in the prince of deuelis he castith out fendis.
3:23And he clepide hem togidir, and he seide to hem in parablis, Hou may Sathanas caste out Sathanas?
3:24And if a rewme be departid ayens it silf, thilke rewme may not stonde.
3:25And if an hous be disparpoilid on it silf, thilke hous may not stonde.
3:26And if Sathanas hath risun ayens hym silf, he is departid, and he schal not mowe stonde, but hath an ende.
3:27No man may go in to a stronge mannus hous, and take awey hise vessels, but he bynde first the stronge man, and thanne he schal spoile his hous.
3:28Treuli Y seie to you, that alle synnes and blasfemyes, bi whiche thei han blasfemed, schulen be foryouun to the sones of men.
3:29But he that blasfemeth ayens the Hooli Goost, hath not remissioun in to with outen ende, but he schal be gilty of euerlastynge trespas.
3:30For thei seiden, He hath an vnclene spirit.
3:31And his modir and britheren camen, and thei stoden withoutforth, and senten to hym, and clepiden hym.
3:32And the puple sat aboute hym; and thei seien to hym, Lo! thi modir and thi britheren with outforth seken thee.
3:33And he answeride to hem, and seide, Who is my modir and my britheren?
3:34And he bihelde thilke that saten aboute hym, and seide, Lo! my modir and my britheren.
3:35For who that doith the wille of God, he is my brothir, and my sistir, and modir.

3:1And he entred againe into ye Synagogue, and there was a man which had a withered had.
3:2And they watched him, whether he would heale him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him.
3:3Then he saide vnto the man which had the withered hand, Arise: stand forth in the middes.
3:4And he saide to them, Is it lawfull to doe a good deede on the Sabbath day, or to doe euil? to saue the life, or to kill? But they held their peace.
3:5Then hee looked rounde about on them angerly, mourning also for the hardnesse of their hearts, and saide to the man, Stretch foorth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hande was restored, as whole as the other.
3:6And the Pharises departed, and straightway gathered a councill with the Herodians against him, that they might destroy him.
3:7But Iesus auoided with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude followed him from Galile, and from Iudea,
3:8And from Ierusalem, and from Idumea, and beyonde Iordan: and they that dwelled about Tyrus and Sidon, when they had heard what great things he did, came vnto him in great number.
3:9And he commanded his disciples, that a litle shippe should waite for him, because of the multitude, lest they shoulde throng him.
3:10For hee had healed many, in so much that they preassed vpon him to touch him, as many as had plagues.
3:11And when the vncleane spirits sawe him, they fel downe before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Sonne of God.
3:12And he sharply rebuked them, to the ende they should not vtter him.
3:13Then hee went vp into a mountaine, and called vnto him whome he woulde, and they came vnto him.
3:14And hee appoynted twelue that they should be with him, and that he might send them to preache,
3:15And that they might haue power to heale sicknesses, and to cast out deuils.
3:16And the first was Simon, and hee named Simon, Peter,
3:17Then Iames the sonne of Zebedeus, and Iohn Iames brother (and surnamed them Boanerges, which is, the sonnes of thunder,)
3:18And Andrew, and Philippe, and Bartlemew, and Matthewe, and Thomas, and Iames, the sonne of Alpheus, and Thaddeus, and Simon the Cananite,
3:19And Iudas Iscariot, who also betraied him, and they came home.
3:20And the multitude assembled againe, so that they could not so much as eate bread.
3:21And when his kinsfolkes heard of it, they went out to laie hold on him: for they sayde that he was beside himselfe.
3:22And the Scribes which came downe from Hierusalem, saide, He hath Beelzebub, and through the prince of the deuils he casteth out deuils.
3:23But he called them vnto him, and said vnto them in parables, How can Satan driue out Satan?
3:24For if a kingdome bee deuided against it selfe, that kingdome can not stand.
3:25Or if a house bee deuided against it selfe, that house can not continue.
3:26So if Satan make insurrection against himselfe, and be deuided, hee can not endure but is at an ende.
3:27No man can enter into a strong mans house, and take away his goods, except hee first binde that strong man, and then spoyle his house.
3:28Verely I say vnto you, all sinnes shalbe forgiuen vnto the children of men, and blasphemies, wherewith they blaspheme:
3:29But hee that blasphemeth against the holy Ghost, shall neuer haue forgiuenesse, but is culpable of eternall damnation.
3:30Because they saide, Hee had an vncleane spirit.
3:31Then came his brethren and mother, and stoode without, and sent vnto him, and called him.
3:32And the people sate about him, and they said vnto him, Beholde, thy mother, and thy brethren seeke for thee without.
3:33But hee answered them, saying, Who is my mother and my brethren?
3:34And hee looked rounde about on them, which sate in compasse about him, and saide, Beholde my mother and my brethren.
3:35For whosoeuer doeth the will of God, he is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

3:1And He entered into the synagogue again, and a man was there who had a withered hand.
3:2So they watched Him, whether He would heal him on the Sabbath day, so that they might accuse Him.
3:3And He said to the man who had the withered hand, "Stand in the midst."
3:4Then He said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath days to do good or to do evil, to save life, or to kill?" But they kept silent.
3:5And when He had looked around at them with anger, being grieved because of the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other.
3:6Then the Pharisees went out and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against Him, how they might destroy Him.
3:7But Jesus withdrew Himself with His disciples to the sea. And a large crowd from Galilee and from Judea followed Him,
3:8also from Jerusalem and Idumea and from beyond the Jordan; and those from Tyre and Sidon, when they heard about the many things He was doing, a large crowd came to Him.
3:9So He told His disciples that a small boat should be kept ready for Him because of the crowd, lest they should swarm Him,
3:10because, He had healed many, so that as many as had afflictions swarmed about Him to touch Him.
3:11And unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and shouted out, saying, "You are the Son of God."
3:12But He warned them strictly that they should not make Him known.
3:13And He went up on a mountain and called to Him those whom He wanted. And they came to Him.
3:14Then He ordained twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach,
3:15and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:
3:16And Simon He surnamed Peter;
3:17James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James, to whom He surnamed Boanerges, which is, "The Sons of Thunder";
3:18Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananite;
3:19and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him. And they went into a house.
3:20And the crowd came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
3:21But when His friends heard about this, they went out to lay hold of Him, because they said, "He is out of His mind."
3:22And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He has Beelzebub," and "By the ruler of the demons He casts out demons."
3:23So He called them to Himself and said to them in parables: "How can Satan cast out Satan?"
3:24And if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand."
3:25And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand."
3:26And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end."
3:27No one can enter into a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he shall plunder his house."
3:28"Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may speak;"
3:29but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation,"
3:30because they said, "He has an unclean spirit."
3:31Then His brethren and His mother came, and standing outside they sent to Him, calling Him.
3:32And the crowd sat around Him; and they said to Him, "Look, Your mother and Your brethren are outside seeking You."
3:33But He replied to them, saying, "Who is My mother, or My brethren?"
3:34And He looked around at those who sat about Him, and said, "Behold My mother and My brethren!"
3:35Because, whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother."
