| 21:1 | And he looked vp, and saw the rich men casting their giftes into the treasurie. |
| 21:2 | And hee saw also a certaine poore widow, casting in thither two mites. |
| 21:3 | And he said, Of a truth, I say vnto you, that this poore widow hath cast in more then they all. |
| 21:4 | For all these haue of their abundance cast in vnto the offerings of God, but shee of her penurie hath cast in all the liuing that she had. |
| 21:5 | And as some spake of the Temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones, and gifts, he said, |
| 21:6 | As for these things which yee behold, the dayes will come, in the which there shal not be left one stone vpon another, that shal not be throwen downe. |
| 21:7 | And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what signe wil there be, when these things shall come to passe? |
| 21:8 | And he said, Take heede that yee be not deceiued: for many shall come in my Name, saying, I am Christ, and the time draweth neere: goe yee not therefore after them. |
| 21:9 | But when ye shall heare of wars, and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to passe, but the end is not by and by. |
| 21:10 | Then said he vnto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdome against kingdome: |
| 21:11 | And great earthquakes shall be in diuers places, and famines, and pestilences: and fearefull sights and great signes shall there be from heauen. |
| 21:12 | But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, deliuering you vp to the Synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before Kings and rulers for my Names sake. |
| 21:13 | And it shall turne to you for a testimony. |
| 21:14 | Settle it therfore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answere. |
| 21:15 | For I will giue you a mouth and wisedome, which all your aduersaries shall not be able to gainsay, nor resist. |
| 21:16 | And yee shall be betrayed both by parents and brethren, and kinsefolkes and friends, and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. |
| 21:17 | And ye shalbe hated of all men for my Names sake. |
| 21:18 | But there shall not a haire of your head perish. |
| 21:19 | In your patience possesse ye your soules. |
| 21:20 | And when yee shall see Hierusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. |
| 21:21 | Then let them which are in Iudea, flee to the mountaines, and let them which are in the midst of it, depart out, and let not them that are in the countreys, enter thereinto. |
| 21:22 | For these be the dayes of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. |
| 21:23 | But woe vnto them that are with childe, and to them that giue sucke in those dayes, for there shalbe great distresse in the land, and wrath vpon this people. |
| 21:24 | And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall bee led away captiue into all nations, and Hierusalem shall be troden downe of the Gentiles, vntill the times of the Gentiles bee fulfilled. |
| 21:25 | And there shalbe signes in the Sunne, and in the Moone, and in the Starres, and vpon the earth distresse of nations, with perplexity, the Sea and the waues roaring, |
| 21:26 | Mens hearts failing them for feare, and for looking after those things which are comming on the earth; For the powers of heauen shall be shaken. |
| 21:27 | And then shall they see the sonne of man comming in a cloud with power and great glory. |
| 21:28 | And when these things begin to come to passe, then looke vp, and lift vp your heads, for your redemptiou draweth nigh. |
| 21:29 | And he spake to them a parable, Behold the figge tree, and all the trees, |
| 21:30 | When they now shoot foorth, yee see and know of your owne selues, that summer is now nigh at hand. |
| 21:31 | So likewise yee, when yee see these things come to passe, know ye that the kingdome of God is nigh at hand. |
| 21:32 | Uerily I say vnto you, this generation shall not passe away, till all be fulfilled. |
| 21:33 | Heauen and earth shall passe away, but my words shall not passe away. |
| 21:34 | And take heed to your selues, least at any time your hearts be ouercharged with surfetting, and drunkennesse, and cares of this life, and so that day come vpon you vnawares. |
| 21:35 | For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. |
| 21:36 | Watch ye therefore, and pray alwayes, that ye may be accompted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to passe, and to stand before the sonne of man. |
| 21:37 | And in the day time he was teaching in the Temple, and at night hee went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Oliues. |
| 21:38 | And all the people came earely in the morning to him in the Temple, for to heare him. |

| 21:6 | Are these ye things that ye looke vpon? the dayes will come wherein a stone shall not be left vpon a stone, that shall not be throwen downe. |
| 21:7 | Then they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what signe shall there be when these things shall come to passe? |
| 21:8 | And he sayd, Take heede, that ye be not deceiued: for many will come in my Name, saying, I am Christ, and the time draweth neere: follow ye not them therefore. |
| 21:9 | And when ye heare of warres and seditions, be not afraid: for these things must first come, but the ende foloweth not by and by. |
| 21:10 | Then said hee vnto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdome against kingdome, |

| 21:34 | Take heede to your selues, lest at any time your hearts be oppressed with surfeting and drunkennesse, and cares of this life, and least that day come on you at vnwares. |
| 21:35 | For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. |
| 21:36 | Watche therefore, and pray continually, that ye may be counted worthy to escape all these thinges that shall come to passe, and that ye may stand before the Sonne of man. |

| 21:7 | And they asked hym sayinge: Master, when shall these thynges be, and what sygne wyll ther be when soch thynges come to passe? |
| 21:8 | And he sayde: take hede, that ye be not deceaued. For many shall come in my name, and saye that they are Chryst: and the tyme draweth neare. Folowe ye not them therfore. |
| 21:9 | But when ye heare of warres and sedicions, be not afrayed. For these thynges must first come to passe, but the ende foloweth not by and by. |
| 21:10 | Then sayde he vnto them: Nacion shall ryse agaynst nacion, & kyngdome agaynst kyngdome, |
| 21:11 | and greate erthquakes shalbe in all places, and honger, and pestilence, & fearfull thinges. And greate sygnes shall ther be from heauen. |
| 21:12 | But before all these, they shall laye handes on you, and persecute you, delyuerynge you vp to the Synagoges & into presons, & shall bringe you vnto kynges & rulers for my names sake. |
| 21:13 | And thys shall chaunce you for a testimoniall. |
| 21:14 | Be at a sure point therfore in your hertes, not to study before, what ye shal answere: |
| 21:15 | for I wyll geue you a mouth & wysdome, where agaynste, all your aduersaries shall not be able to speake nor resist. |
| 21:16 | Moreouer ye shalbe betrayd of your fathers and mothers & brethren, & kynsfolke & frendes, and some of you shall they put to deeth. |
| 21:17 | And hated shall ye be of all men for my names sake, |
| 21:18 | & ther shall not one herre of youre head perysshe. |
| 21:19 | Possesse ye youre soule by pacience. |
| 21:20 | And when ye se Ierusalem beseged wyth an hoste, then be sure that the desolacyon, of the same is nye. |
| 21:21 | Then let them which are in Iewrye, flye to the mountaynes. And let them whych are in the myddes of it, departe out. And let not them that are in other countreyes, enter therin. |
| 21:22 | For these be the dayes of vengeaunce, that all thynges which are wrytten, maye be fulfylled. |
| 21:23 | But wo vnto them that be with chylde, & to them that geue sucke in those dayes: for there shalbe greate trouble in the lande, and wrath ouer all this people. |
| 21:24 | And they shall fall thorow the edge of the swearde, and shalbe ledd awaye captyue into all nacions. And Ierusalem shalbe troden downe of the gentyls, vntyll the tyme of the gentyls be fulfylled. |
| 21:25 | And ther shalbe sygnes in the Sonne, and in the Moone, and in the starres: and in the erth the people shalbe at their wyttes ende, thorow dispayre. The see and the water shall roare, |
| 21:26 | and mennes hertes shall fayle them for feare, and for lokynge after those thynges which shall come on the erth. For the powers of heauen shall moue. |
| 21:27 | And then shall they se the sonne of man come in a cloude with power and greate glory. |
| 21:28 | When these thynges begynne to come to passe: then loke vp, and lyfte vp youre heades, for youre redempcyon draweth nye. |
| 21:29 | And he shewed them a symilitude: beholde the fygge tree, and all the trees, |
| 21:30 | when they shoot forth their buddes, ye se and knowe of youre awne selues, that sommer is then nye at hand. |
| 21:31 | So lykewyse ye also (when ye se these thynges come to passe) be sure, that the kyngdome of God is nye. |
| 21:32 | Uerely I saye vnto you: this generacion shall not passe, tyll all be fulfylled. |
| 21:33 | Heauen and erth shall passe: but my wordes shall not passe. |
| 21:34 | Take hede to your selues, lest at anye tyme youre hertes be ouercome with surfettynge and dronkennes and cares of thys lyfe, and so the daye come vpon you vnwares. |
| 21:35 | For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole erth. |
| 21:36 | Watch ye therfore contynually, and praye, that ye maye escape all these thynges that shall come, and that ye maye stande before the sonne of man. |
| 21:37 | In the daye tyme, he taught in the temple: and at nyght, he went out, and abode in the mount that is called Olyuete. |
| 21:38 | And all the people came in the mornynge to hym in the temple, for to heare hym. |
