Romans - Chapter: 6

>
6:1What shall we saye then? Shal we continue in synne, that there maye be aboundaunce of grace?
6:2God forbide. How shal we that are deade as touchynge synne, lyue any lenger therin?
6:3Remembre ye not that al we which are baptised in the name of Iesus Christe, are baptised to dye wyth hym?
6:4We are buried wyth hym by baptisme, for to dye that lykewyse as Christe was raysed vp from death by the glorye of the father: euen so we also shoulde walke in a newe lyfe.
6:5For yf we be grafted in deathe lyke vnto hym: euen so muste we be in the resurrection.
6:6Thys we muste remember, that oure olde man is crucified wyth hym also, that the bodye of synne myght vtterlye be destroyed, that hence forthe we should not be seruauntes of synne.
6:7For he that is dead is iustifyed from synne.
6:8Wherefore yf we be deade wyth Christe, we beleue that we shall lyue with hym:
6:9remembrynge that Christe ones raysed from death, dieth no more, death hath nomore power ouer hym.
6:10For as touchynge that he dyed, he died concernynge synne, ones. And as touchinge that he liueth, he liueth vnto God.
6:11Lyke wyse ymagyne ye also, that ye are dead concernynge synne: but are a lyue vnto God thorowe Iesus Christe oure Lorde.
6:12Lette not synne reygne therefore in youre mortall bodyes, that ye shoulde thereunto obey in the lustes of yt.
6:13Neyther geue ye youre members as instrumentes of vnrightuousnes vnto sinne: but geue yourselues vnto god, as they that are aliue from death. And geue your membres as instrumentes of ryghtuousnes vnto God,
6:14Let not synne haue power ouer you. For ye are not vnder the lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15What then? Shall we synne, because we are not vnder the lawe: but vnder grace? God forbyd.
6:16Remember ye not howe that to whomsoeuer ye commit your selues as seruauntes to obey, hys seruauntes ye are to whom ye obey: whether it be of synne vnto death, or of obedience vnto rightuousnes?
6:17God be thanked that though ye were ones the seruauntes of synne ye haue yet obeyed with herte vnto the forme of doctrine wherunto ye were delyuered.
6:18Ye are then made fre from sinne, & are become the seruauntes of rightuousnes.
6:19I will speake grossely because of the infirmitie of youre fleshe. As ye haue geuen your members seruauntes to vnclennes and to iniquitie: from iniquitie vnto iniquitie: euen so now geue your membres seruauntes vnto rightuousnes, that ye may be sanctifyed.
6:20For when ye were the seruauntes of synne, ye were not vnder rightuousnes.
6:21What fruit had ye then in those thynges, where of ye are nowe ashamed. For the ende of those thynges is deathe.
6:22But nowe are ye deliuered from synne, and made the seruauntes of God, and haue youre fruyte that ye shoulde be sanctified, & the ende euerlastynge lyfe.
6:23For the rewarde of sinne is death: but eternal lyfe is the gyfte of God, thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.

6:1What shall we say then? Shall we continue still in sinne, that grace may abounde? God forbid.
6:2Howe shall we, that are dead to sinne, liue yet therein?
6:3Knowe ye not, that all we which haue bene baptized into Iesus Christ, haue bene baptized into his death?
6:4We are buried then with him by baptisme into his death, that like as Christ was raysed vp from the dead to the glorie of the Father, so we also should walke in newnesse of life.
6:5For if we be planted with him to the similitude of his death, euen so shall we be to the similitude of his resurrection,
6:6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sinne might be destroied, that henceforth we should not serue sinne.
6:7For he that is dead, is freed from sinne.
6:8Wherefore, if we bee dead with Christ, we beleeue that we shall liue also with him,
6:9Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead, dieth no more: death hath no more dominion ouer him.
6:10For in that hee died, hee died once to sinne but in that he liueth, he liueth to God.
6:11Likewise thinke ye also, that ye are dead to sin, but are aliue to God in Iesus Christ our Lord.
6:12Let not sinne reigne therefore in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in ye lusts therof:
6:13Neither giue ye your members, as weapons of vnrighteousnes vnto sinne: but giue your selues vnto God, as they that are aliue from the dead, and giue your members as weapons of righteousnesse vnto God.
6:14For sinne shall not haue dominion ouer you: for ye are not vnder ye Lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15What then? shall we sinne, because we are not vnder the Law, but vnder grace? God forbid.
6:16Knowe ye not, that to whomsoeuer yee giue your selues as seruats to obey, his seruants ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of sinne vnto death, or of obedience vnto righteousnesse?
6:17But God be thanked, that ye haue beene the seruants of sinne, but yee haue obeyed from the heart vnto the forme of the doctrine, wherunto ye were deliuered.
6:18Being then made free from sinne, yee are made the seruants of righteousnesse.
6:19I speake after the maner of man, because of the infirmitie of your flesh: for as yee haue giuen your members seruants to vncleannes and to iniquitie, to commit iniquitie, so now giue your mebers seruants vnto righteousnesse in holinesse.
6:20For when ye were the seruants of sinne, ye were freed from righteousnesse.
6:21What fruit had ye then in those things, whereof ye are nowe ashamed? For the ende of those things is death.
6:22But now being freed from sinne, and made seruants vnto God, ye haue your fruit in holines, and the end, euerlasting life.
6:23For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord.

6:1What shall we say then? shall wee continue in sinne: that grace may abound?
6:2God forbid: how shall wee that are dead to sinne, liue any longer therein?
6:3Know ye not, that so many of vs as were baptized into Iesus Christ, were baptized into his death?
6:4Therefore wee are buryed with him by baptisme into death, that like as Christ was raised vp from the dead by the glorie of the Father: euen so wee also should walke in newnesse of life.
6:5For if we haue bene planted together in the likenesse of his death: wee shalbe also in the likenesse of his resurrection:
6:6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the bodie of sinne might bee destroyed, that hencefoorth we should not serue sinne.
6:7For he that is dead, is freed from sinne.
6:8Now if we be dead with Christ, we beleeue that we shal also liue with him:
6:9Knowing that Christ being raysed from the dead, dieth no more, death hath no more dominion ouer him.
6:10For in that he dyed, he dyed vnto sinne once: but in that hee liueth, hee liueth vnto God.
6:11Likewise reckon yee also your selues to be dead indeed vnto sinne: but aliue vnto God, through Iesus Christ our Lord.
6:12Let not sinne reigne therfore in your mortall body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
6:13Neither yeeld yee your members as instruments of vnrighteousnes vnto sinne: but yeelde your selues vnto God, as those that are aliue from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousnesse vnto God.
6:14For sinne shall not haue dominion ouer you, for yee are not vnder the Law, but vnder Grace.
6:15What then? shal we sinne, because wee are not vnder the Law, but vnder Grace? God forbid.
6:16Know ye not, that to whom yee yeeld your selues seruants to obey, his seruants ye are to whom ye obey: whether of sinne vnto death, or of obedience vnto righteousnesse?
6:17But God bee thanked, that yee were the seruants of sinne: but ye haue obeyed from the heart that fourme of doctrine, which was deliuered you.
6:18Being then made free from sinne, yee became the seruants of righteousnesse.
6:19I speake after the maner of men, because of the infirmitie of your flesh: for as yee haue yeelded your members seruants to vncleannesse and to iniquitie, vnto iniquitie: euen so now yeelde your members seruants to righteousnesse, vnto holinesse.
6:20For when yee were the seruants of sinne ye were free from righteousnesse.
6:21What fruit had yee then in those things, whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
6:22But now being made free from sinne, and become seruants to God, yee haue your fruit vnto holinesse, and the end euerlasting life.
6:23For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord.
