Romans - Chapter: 6

>
6:1What, then, shall we say? shall we continue in the sin that the grace may abound?
6:2let it not be! we who died to the sin -- how shall we still live in it?
6:3are ye ignorant that we, as many as were baptized to Christ Jesus, to his death were baptized?
6:4we were buried together, then, with him through the baptism to the death, that even as Christ was raised up out of the dead through the glory of the Father, so also we in newness of life might walk.
6:5For, if we have become planted together to the likeness of his death, `so' also we shall be of the rising again;
6:6this knowing, that our old man was crucified with `him', that the body of the sin may be made useless, for our no longer serving the sin;
6:7for he who hath died hath been set free from the sin.
6:8And if we died with Christ, we believe that we also shall live with him,
6:9knowing that Christ, having been raised up out of the dead, doth no more die, death over him hath no more lordship;
6:10for in that he died, to the sin he died once, and in that he liveth, he liveth to God;
6:11so also ye, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to the sin, and living to God in Jesus Christ our Lord.
6:12Let not then the sin reign in your mortal body, to obey it in its desires;
6:13neither present ye your members instruments of unrighteousness to the sin, but present yourselves to God as living out of the dead, and your members instruments of righteousness to God;
6:14for sin over you shall not have lordship, for ye are not under law, but under grace.
6:15What then? shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? let it not be!
6:16have ye not known that to whom ye present yourselves servants for obedience, servants ye are to him to whom ye obey, whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?
6:17and thanks to God, that ye were servants of the sin, and -- were obedient from the heart to the form of teaching to which ye were delivered up;
6:18and having been freed from the sin, ye became servants to the righteousness.
6:19In the manner of men I speak, because of the weakness of your flesh, for even as ye did present your members servants to the uncleanness and to the lawlessness -- to the lawlessness, so now present your members servants to the righteousness -- to sanctification,
6:20for when ye were servants of the sin, ye were free from the righteousness,
6:21what fruit, therefore, were ye having then, in the things of which ye are now ashamed? for the end of those `is' death.
6:22And now, having been freed from the sin, and having become servants to God, ye have your fruit -- to sanctification, and the end life age-during;
6:23for the wages of the sin `is' death, and the gift of God `is' life age-during in Christ Jesus our Lord.

6:1What shall we saye then? Shall we continue in synne that there maye be aboundaunce of grace?
6:2God forbyd. How shall we that are deed as touchynge synne live eny lenger therin?
6:3Remember ye not that all we which are baptysed in the name of Iesu Christ are baptysed to dye with him?
6:4We are buryed with him by baptim for to dye that lykewyse as Christ was raysed vp from deeth by the glorye of the father: eve so we also shuld walke in a newe lyfe.
6:5For yf we be graft in deeth lyke vnto him: even so must we be in the resurreccio.
6:6This we must remeber that oure olde man is crucified with him also that the body of synne myght vtterly be destroyed that hence forth we shuld not be servauntes of synne.
6:7For he that is deed ys iustified from synne.
6:8Wherfore yf we be deed with Christ we beleve that we shall live with him:
6:9remembringe that Christ once raysed fro deeth dyeth no more. Deeth hath no moare power over him.
6:10For as touchynge that he dyed he dyed concernynge synne once. And as touchinge that he liveth he liveth vnto God.
6:11Lykewyse ymagen ye also that ye are deed concernynge synne: but are alive vnto God thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.
6:12Let not synne raygne therfore in youre mortall bodyes that ye shuld thervnto obey in the lustes of it.
6:13Nether geve ye youre members as instrumentes of vnrightewesnes vnto synne: but geve youre selves vnto God as they that are alive from deeth. And geve youre membres as iustrumetes of rightewesnes vnto God.
6:14Let not synne have power over you. For ye are not vnder the lawe but vnder grace.
6:15What then? Shall we synne because we are not vnder the lawe: but vnder grace? God forbyd.
6:16Remember ye not how yt to whom soever ye comit youre selves as servautes to obey his servauntes ye are to whom ye obey: whether it be of synne vnto deeth or of obedience vnto rightewesnes?
6:17God be thanked yt though ye were once the servauntes of synne ye have yet obeyed with herte vnto the forme of doctryne wher vnto ye were delyvered.
6:18Ye are then made fre from synne and are be come the servauntes of rightewesnes.
6:19 I will speake grossly because of the infirmitie of youre flesshe. As ye have geve youre membres servauntes to vnclennes and to iniquitie fro iniquitie vnto iniquitie: even so nowe geve youre membres servantes vnto rightewesnes yt ye maye be sanctified.
6:20For when ye were the servauntes of synne ye were not vnder rightewesnes.
6:21What frute had ye then in tho thinges wher of ye are now ashamed. For the ende of tho thynges is deeth.
6:22But now are ye delivered from synne and made the servauntes of God and have youre frute that ye shuld be sanctifyed and the ende everlastinge lyfe.
6:23For the rewarde of synne is deeth: but eternall lyfe is the gyfte of God thorow Iesus Christ oure Lorde.

6:1What shal we saye then? Shal we contynue in synne, that there maye be abundaunce of grace?
6:2God forbyd. How shal we lyue in synne, yt are deed from it?
6:3Knowe ye not, that all we which are baptysed into Iesu Christ, are baptysed in to his death?
6:4Therfore are we buried wt him by baptyme in to death, that, like as Christ was raysed vp from the deed by the glory of the father, euen so we also shulde walke in a new life.
6:5For yf we be grafted wt him vnto like death, then shal we be like the resurreccion also:
6:6For so moch as we knowe, that oure olde man is crucified with him, that the synfull body mighte ceasse, that hence forth we shulde serue synne no more.
6:7For he that is deed, is made righteous fro synne
6:8But yf we be deed with Christ, we beleue, that we shal lyue also with him,
6:9and are sure, that Christ raysed from the deed, dyeth nomore: Death shal haue nomore power ouer him.
6:10For as touchinge that he dyed, he dyed cocernynge synne once: but as touchinge that he lyueth, he lyueth vnto God.
6:11Likewyse ye also, counte youre selues to be euen deed concernynge synne, and to lyue vnto God thorow Iesus Christ oure LORDE.
6:12Let not synne reigne therfore in youre mortall bodye, that ye shulde obeye vnto the lustes of it.
6:13ether geue ye ouer youre membres vnto synne to be wapens of vnrighteousnes, but geue ouer youre selues vnto God, as they that off deed are become lyuynge, and youre membres vnto God to be wapes off righteousnes.
6:14For synne shal not haue power ouer you, in so moch as ye are not vnder the lawe, but vnder grace.
6:15How then? Shal we synne, because we are not vnder ye lawe, but vnder grace? God forbyd.
6:16Knowe ye not, that loke vnto who ye geue ouer youre selues as seruauntes to obeye, his seruauntes ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of synne vnto death, or of obediece vnto righteousnes?
6:17But God be thanked, that though ye haue bene the seruauntes of synne, ye are now yet obedient of herte to the ensample off the doctryne, whervnto ye are commytted.
6:18For now that ye are made fre from synue, ye are become the seruauntes of righteousnes.
6:19I wil speake grosly, because of the weaknes of youre flesh. Like as ye haue geuen ouer youre membres to the seruyce of vnclennesse, from one wickednesse to another: Eue so now also geue ouer youre membres to the seruyce of righteousnesse, that they may
6:20For whan ye were the seruauntes of synne, ye were lowse from righteousnes.
6:21What frute had ye at that tyme in those thinges, wherof ye are now ashamed? For the ende of soch thinges is death.
6:22But now that ye be fre from synne, and are become the seruauntes of God, ye haue youre frute that ye shulde be holy: but the ende is euerlastinge life.
6:23For death is the rewarde of synne, but the gifte of God is euerlastinge life.
