| 13:2 | Be not forgetfull to lodge straungers, For therby haue dyuers men lodged angels vnwares. |
| 13:3 | Remember them that are in bondes, euen as though ye were bounde wt them your selues. Be myndfull of them which are in aduersyte, as ye which are yet in the bodye. |
| 13:4 | Wedlocke is to be had in honoure among all men, and the bed vndefyled. As for whore kepers & aduoutrers God shall iudge them. |
| 13:5 | Let your conuersacyon be without coueteousnes and be content with soch thynges as ye haue all ready. For he hath sayd: I will not fayle the, nether forsake the: |
| 13:6 | so that we maye boldly saye: the Lorde is my helper, and I will not feare what man maye do vnto me. |
| 13:7 | Remember them whych haue the ouersyght of you, whych haue spoken vnto you the worde of God. Whose fayth se that ye folowe, and consider the ende of theyr conuersacyon. |
| 13:8 | Iesus Christ yesterdaye and to daye, and the same continueth for euer. |
| 13:9 | Be not caryed aboute with diuers and straunge learnyng. For it is a good thynge that the herte be stablysshed with grace, and not wt meates, which haue not proffeted them that haue had theyr pastyme in them. |
| 13:10 | We haue an aulter, wherof they maye not eate, which serue in the tabernacle. |
| 13:11 | For the bodyes of those beastes whose bloud is brought into the holy place by the hye prest to purge synne, are burnt with out the tentes. |
| 13:12 | Therfore Iesus also to sanctifye the people with hys awne bloud, suffered without the gate. |
| 13:13 | Let vs goo forth therfore vnto hym, out of the tentes, and suffer rebuke with hym. |
| 13:14 | For here haue we no continuynge cytie: but we seke one to come. |
| 13:15 | By him therfore do we offer sacrifyce of lande alwayes to God: that is to saye, the frute of those lippes, which cofesse his name. |
| 13:16 | To do good & to distribute, forget not, for wt such sacrifyces God is pleased. |
| 13:17 | Obeye them that haue the ouer syght of you, & submyt your selues vnto them, for they watch for your soules, euen as they that must geue acomptes: that they maye do it with ioye, & not with grefe. For that is an vnproffitable thyng for you. |
| 13:18 | Praye for vs. For we trust we haue a good conscience among all men, and desyre to lyue honestly, |
| 13:19 | But I desyre you the more, that ye so do, that I maye be restored to you the sooner. |
| 13:20 | The God of peace that brought agayne from deeth our Lorde Iesus the gret shepperde of the shepe, thorow the bloud of the euerlastyng testament, |
| 13:21 | make you parfect in all good workes, to do hys wyll, and bryng to passe, that the thyng which ye do, maye be pleasaunt in his syght thorowe Iesus Christ. To whom be prayse for euer whyle the world endureth. Amen. |
| 13:22 | I beseche you brethren, suffre the worde of exhortation: for we haue wrytten vnto you in feawe wordes. |
| 13:23 | Ye knowe our brother Timothe, that he is at libertye: with whom (yf he come shortly) I wyll se you. |
| 13:24 | Salute them that haue the ouersyght of you, and all the saynctes. They of Italy salute you. |

| 13:7 | Haue ye mynde of youre souereyns, that han spokun to you the word of God; of whiche `biholde ye the goyng out of lyuynge, and sue ye the feith of hem, |
| 13:8 | Jhesu Crist, yistirdai, and to dai, he is also into worldis. |
| 13:9 | Nyle ye be led awei with dyuerse `techingis, and straunge. For it is best to stable the herte with grace, not with metis, whiche profitiden not to men wandringe in hem. |
| 13:10 | We han an auter, of which thei that seruen to the tabernacle, han not power to ete. |
| 13:11 | For of whiche beestis the blood is borun in for synne in to hooli thingis bi the bischop, the bodies of hem ben brent with out the castels. |
| 13:12 | For which thing Jhesu, that he schulde halewe the puple bi his blood, suffride with out the gate. |
| 13:13 | Therfor go we out to hym with out the castels, berynge his repreef. |
| 13:14 | For we han not here a citee dwellynge, but we seken a citee to comynge. |
| 13:15 | Therfor bi hym offre we a sacrifice of heriyng euere more to God, that is to seye, the fruyt of lippis knoulechinge to his name. |
| 13:16 | And nyle ye foryete wel doynge, and comynyng; for bi siche sacrifices God is disserued. |
| 13:17 | Obeie ye to youre souereyns, and be ye suget to hem; for thei perfitli waken, as to yeldinge resoun for youre soulis, that thei do this thing with ioie, and not sorewinge; for this thing spedith not to you. |
| 13:18 | Preie ye for vs, and we tristen that we han good conscience in alle thingis, willynge to lyue wel. |
| 13:19 | More ouer Y biseche you to do, that Y be restorid the sunnere to you. |
| 13:20 | And God of pees, that ladde out fro deth the greet scheepherd of scheep, in the blood of euerlastinge testament, oure Lord Jhesu Crist, |
| 13:21 | schape you in al good thing, that ye do the wille of hym; and he do in you that thing that schal plese bifor hym, bi Jhesu Crist, to whom be glorie in to worldis of worldis. Amen. |
| 13:22 | And, britheren, Y preie you, that ye suffre a word of solace; for bi ful fewe thingis Y haue writun to you. |
| 13:23 | Knowe ye oure brother Tymothe, that is sent forth, with whom if he schal come more hastili, Y schal se you. |
| 13:24 | Grete ye wel alle youre souereyns, and alle hooli men. The britheren of Italie greten you wel. |
