| 14:2 | And I herde a voyce from heuen, as the sounde of many waters, and as the voyce of a gret thoundre. And I herde the voyce of harpers harpynge with theyr harpes. |
| 14:3 | And they songe as it were a newe songe, before the seate, & before the foure beastes, & the elders, & no man coulde learne that songe, but the hondred & .xliii.M. which were redemed from the erth. |
| 14:4 | These are they, which were not defyled wt wemen, for they are virgyns. These folowe the lambe whythersoeuer he goeth. These were redemed from men, beynge the fyrste frutes vnto God and to the lambe, |
| 14:5 | & in their mouthes was founde no gyle. For they are with oute spot before the trone of God. |
| 14:6 | And I sawe, another angell flye in the myddes of heauen hauynge the euerlastyng gospell, to preache vnto them that syt & dwell on the erth, & to all nacyons, kynreds, & tonges & people, |
| 14:7 | saying wt a lowde voyce: Feare God, & geue honour to hym, for the houre of his iudgement is come: and worshyppe him, that made heauen & erth, & the see, & fountaines of water. |
| 14:8 | And there folowed a nother angell, saying: Babylon is fallen is fallen that greate cyte, for she made all nacyons dryncke of the wyne of her fornycacyon. |
| 14:9 | And the thyrd angell folowed them sayinge wt a loude voyce: If any man worshyppe the beast and his ymage, & receaue his marke in his forhed, or on his hande, |
| 14:10 | the same shall drincke the wyne of the wrath of God, which is powred in the cup of his wrath. And he shalbe punysshed in fyre & brymstone, before the holy angels, & before the lambe. |
| 14:11 | And the smoke of theyr torment ascendeth vp euermore. And they haue no rest daye nor night, which worshyppe the beast & his ymage & whosoeuer receaueth the prynt of his name. |
| 14:12 | Here is the pacyence of saynctes Heare are they that kepe the commaundementes and the fayth of Iesu. |
| 14:13 | And I hearde a voyce from heauen saying vnto me: wryte. Blessed are the deed, which here after dye in the Lorde, euen so sayth the sprete: that they rest from theyr laboures, but theyr workes folowe them. |
| 14:14 | And I loked, and beholde a whyte clowde, and vpon the clowde one syttynge lyke vnto the sonne of man, hauyng on his heed a golden crowne, and in his hande a sharpe sykle. |
| 14:15 | And another angell came out of the temple, crying with a lowde voyce to hym that sate on the clowde: Thruste in thy sykle & repe, for thy tyme is come to repe, for the corne of the erth is rype. |
| 14:16 | And he that sate on the cloude, thrust in hys sycle on the earth, and the erth was reped. |
| 14:17 | And another angell came out of the temple, whych is in heauen, hauyng also a sharpe sykle. |
| 14:18 | And another angell came out from the aultre, whych had power ouer fyre, and cryed with a lowde crye to hym that had the sharpe sykle, & sayde: thrust in thy sharpe sykle, & gaddre the clusters of the erth, for her grapes are rype. |
| 14:19 | And the angell thrust in hys sharpe sykle on the erth, & cut downe the grapes of the vyneyarde of the erth: and cast them into the gret wynefat of the wrath of God, |
| 14:20 | & the wynefat was troden with out the cytie, and bloud came out of the fat, euen vnto the horsse brydles, by the space of a thousande, and .vi.C. furlonges. |

| 14:4 | These it ben, that ben not defoulid with wymmen; for thei ben virgyns. These suen the lomb, whidir euer he schal go; these ben bouyt of alle men, the firste fruytis to God, and to the lomb; |
| 14:5 | and in the mouth of hem lesyng is not foundun; for thei ben with out wem bifor the trone of God. |
| 14:6 | And Y say another aungel, fliynge bi the myddil of heuene, hauynge an euerlastinge gospel, that he schulde preche to men sittynge on erthe, and on ech folk, and lynage, and langage, and puple; |
| 14:7 | and seide with a greet vois, Drede ye the Lord, and yyue ye to hym onour, for the our of his dom cometh; and worschipe ye hym, that made heuene and erthe, the see, and alle thingis that ben in hem, and the wellis of watris. |
| 14:8 | And anothir aungel suede, seiynge, Thilke greet Babiloyne fel doun, fel doun, which yaf drinke to alle folkis of the wyn of wraththe of her fornycacioun. |
| 14:9 | And the thridde aungel suede hem, and seide with a greet vois, If ony man worschipe the beeste, and the ymage of it, and takith the carecter in his forheed, ether in his hoond, |
| 14:10 | this schal drynke of the wyn of Goddis wraththe, that is meynd with clere wyn in the cuppe of his wraththe, and schal be turmentid with fier and brymston, in the siyt of hooli aungels, and bifore the siyt of the lomb. |
| 14:11 | And the smoke of her turmentis schal stie vp in to the worldis of worldis; nether thei han reste dai and niyt, whiche worschipiden the beeste and his ymage, and yf ony man take the carect of his name. |
| 14:12 | Here is the pacience of seyntis, whiche kepen the maundementis of God, and the feith of Jhesu. |
| 14:13 | And Y herde a vois fro heuene, seiynge to me, Write thou, Blessid ben deed men, that dien in the Lord; fro hennus forth now the spirit seith, that thei reste of her traueilis; for the werkis of hem suen hem. |
| 14:14 | And Y say, and lo! a white cloude, and aboue the cloude a sittere, lijk the sone of man, hauynge in his heed a goldun coroun, and in his hond a scharp sikil. |
| 14:15 | And another aungel wente out of the temple, and criede with greet vois to hym that sat on the cloude, Sende thi sikil, and repe, for the our cometh, that it be ropun; for the corn of the erthe is ripe. |

| 14:17 | And another aungel wente out of the temple, that is in heuene, and he also hadde a scharp sikile. |
| 14:18 | And another aungel wente out fro the auter, that hadde power on fier and water; and he criede with a greet vois to hym that hadde the scharp sikil, and seide, Sende thi scharp sikil, and kitte awei the clustris of the vynyerd of the erthe, for the grapis of it ben ripe. |
| 14:19 | And the aungel sente his sikil in to the erthe, and gaderide grapis of the vynyerd of the erthe, and sente into the greet lake of Goddis wraththe. |
| 14:20 | And the lake was troddun without the citee, and the blood wente out of the lake til to the `bridels of horsis, bi furlongis a thousynd and six hundrid. |

| 14:15 | And another angell came out of the temple, cryenge with a loude voyce to him that sat on the cloude: Thruste in thy sycle and reepe: for the tyme is come to reepe, for the corne of the earth is rype. |
| 14:16 | And he that sat on ye cloude thrust in his sykle on the earth, and the earth was reeped. |
| 14:17 | And another angell came out of the temple, which is in heauen, hauinge also a sharpe sykle. |
| 14:18 | And another angel came out from the aultre, which had power ouer fyre, and cryed with a loude crye vnto hym that had the sharpe syckle, and sayde: Thruste in thy sharpe syckle, and gather the clusters of ye earth, for hir grapes are rype. |
| 14:19 | And the angell thrust in his syckle on the erthe, and cut downe the grapes of the vynyarde of the earth, and cast them in to the greate wynefat of ye wrath of God: |
| 14:20 | & the wynefat was trodden without the cite, and bloude came out of the fat, euen vnto the horsse brydles by the space of a thousande and sixe hundreth furlonges. |
