ויעמד המלך על העמוד ויכרת את הברית לפני יהוה ללכת אחר יהוה ולשׁמר מצותיו ואת עדותיו ואת חקתיו בכל לב ובכל נפשׁ להקים את דברי הברית הזאת הכתבים על הספר הזה ויעמד כל העם בברית׃
