6:1The sonnes of Leui: Gershon, Kohath & Merari.
6:2And the sonnes of Kohath: Amram, Izahar, & Hebron, & Uzziel.
6:3And the children of Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sonnes also of Aaron: Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
6:4Eleazar begate Phinehas, Phinehas begate Abishua.
6:5And Abishua begate Bukki, and Bukki begate Uzzi,
6:6And Uzzi begate Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begate Meraioth,
6:7Meraioth begate Amariah, and Amariah begate Ahitub,
6:8And Ahitub begate Zadok, and Zadok begate Ahimaaz,
6:9And Ahimaaz begate Azariah, and Azariah begate Iohanan,
6:10And Iohanan begate Azariah, (hee it is that executed the Priests office, in the temple that Solomon built in Ierusalem)
6:11And Azariah begate Amariah, and Amariah begate Ahitub,
6:12And Ahitub begate Zadok, and Zadok begate Shallum,
6:13And Shallum begate Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begate Azariah,
6:14And Azariah begate Seraiah, and Seraiah begate Iehozadak,
6:15And Iehozadak went into captiuitie, when the Lord caried away Iudah and Ierusalem by the hand of Nebuchad-nezzar.
6:16The sonnes of Leui: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.
6:17And these be the names of the sonnes of Gershom: Libni, & Shimei.
6:18And the sonnes of Kohath were: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
6:19The sonnes of Merari: Mahli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Leuites, according to their fathers.
6:20Of Gershom: Libni his sonne, Iahath his sonne, Zimmah his sonne,
6:21Ioah his sonne, Iddo his sonne, Zerah his sonne, Ieaterai his sonne,
6:22The sonnes of Kohath: Amminadab his sonne, Korah his sonne, Assir his sonne,
6:23Elkanah his sonne, and Ebiasaph his sonne, and Assir his sonne,
6:24Tahath his sonne, Uriel his sonne, Uzziah his sonne, and Shaul his sonne.
6:25And the sonnes of Elkanah: Amasai, and Ahimoth.
6:26As for Elkanah: the sonnes of Elkanah, Zophai his sonne, and Nahath his sonne,
6:27Eliab his sonne, Ieroham his sonne, Elkanah his sonne.
6:28And the sonnes of Samuel: the first borne Uashni, and Abiah.
6:29The sonnes of Merari: Mahli, Libni his sonne, Shimei his sonne, Uzza his sonne,
6:30Shimea his sonne, Haggiah his sonne, Asaiah his sonne.
6:31And these are they, whom Dauid set ouer the seruice of song in the house of the Lord, after that the Arke had rest.
6:32And they ministred before the dwelling place of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, with singing, vntill Solomon had built the house of the Lord in Ierusalem: and then they waited on their office, according to their order.
6:33And these are they that waited with their children of the sonnes of the Kohathites, Heman a singer: the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Shemuel,
6:34The sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Ieroham, the sonne of Eliel, the sonne of Toah,
6:35The sonne of Zuph, the sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Mahath, the sonne of Amasai,
6:36The sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Azariah, the sonne of Zephaniah,
6:37The sonne of Tahath, the sonne of Assir, the sonne of Ebiasaph, the sonne of Korah,
6:38The sonne of Izhar, the sonne of Kohath, the sonne of Leui, the sonne of Israel.
6:39And his brother Asaph (who stood on his right hand) euen Asaph the sonne of Berachiah, the sonne of Shimea,
6:40The sonne of Michael, the sonne of Baasiah, the sonne of Melchiah,
6:41The sonne of Ethni, the sonne of Zerah, the sonne of Adaiah,
6:42The sonne of Ethan, the sonne of Zimmah, the sonne of Shimei,
6:43The sonne of Iahath, the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Leui.
6:44And their brethren the sonnes of Merari, stood on the left hand: Ethan the sonne of Kishi, the sonne of Abdi, the sonne of Malluch,
6:45The sonne of Hashabiah, the sonne of Amaziah, the sonne of Hilkiah,
6:46The sonne of Amzi, the sonne of Bani, the sonne of Shamer,
6:47The sonne of Mahli, the sonne of Mushi, the sonne of Merari, the sonne of Leui.
6:48Their brethren also the Leuits were appointed vnto all maner of seruice of the Tabernacle of the house of God.
6:49But Aaron, and his sonnes offered vpon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the worke of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the seruant of God had commaunded.
6:50And these are the sonnes of Aaron: Eleazar his sonne, Phinehas his sonne, Abishua his sonne,
6:51Bukki his sonne, Uzzi his sonne, Zerahiah his sonne,
6:52Meraioth his sonne, Amariah his sonne, Ahitub his sonne,
6:53Zadok his sonne, Ahimaaz his sonne.
6:54Now these are their dwelling places, throughout their castels in their coasts, of the sonnes of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.
6:55And they gaue them Hebron in the land of Iudah, and the suburbes thereof round about it.
6:56But the fields of the citie, and the villages thereof, they gaue to Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh.
6:57And to the sonnes of Aaron they gaue the cities of Iudah, namely Hebron the citie of refuge, and Libna with her suburbes, and Iattir and Eshtemoa, with their suburbes,
6:58And Hilen with her suburbes, Debir with her suburbes,
6:59And Ashan with her suburbes, and Beth-shemesh with her suburbes.
6:60And out of the tribe of Beniamin, Geba with her suburbes, and Alemeth with her suburbes, Anathoth with her suburbes. All their cities throughout their families were thirteene cities.
6:61And vnto the sonnes of Rohath, which were left of the family of that tribe, were cities giuen out of the halfe tribe, namely out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.
6:62And to the sonnes of Gershom throughout their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteene cities.
6:63Unto the sonnes of Merari were giuen by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelue cities.
6:64And the children of Israel gaue to the Leuites these cities, with their suburbs.
6:65And they gaue by lot, out of the tribe of the children of Iudah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Beniamin, these cities, which are called by their names.
6:66And the residue of the families of the sonnes of Kohath, had cities of their coasts, out of the tribe of Ephraim.
6:67And they gaue vnto them of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim, with her suburbs: they gaue also Gezer with her suburbs,
6:68And Iokmeam with her suburbs, & Beth-horon with her suburbs,
6:69And Aialon with her suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with her suburbs.
6:70And out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the family of the remnant of the sonnes of Kohath.
6:71Unto the sonnes of Gershom, were giuen out of the family of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs.
6:72And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh with her suburbs, Daberath with her suburbs,
6:73And Ramoth with her suburbs, and Anem with her suburbs.
6:74And out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal with her suburbs, and Abdon with her suburbs,
6:75And Hukok with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs.
6:76And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee, with her suburbs, and Hammon with her suburbs, and Kiriathaim with her suburbs.
6:77Unto the rest of the children of Merari were giuen out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with her suburbs, Tabor with her suburbs.
6:78And on the other side Iorden by Iericho, on the East side of Iorden, were giuen them out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wildernesse with her suburbs, & Iahzah with her suburbs,
6:79Kedemoth also with her suburbs, & Mephaath with her suburbs.
6:80And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, and Mahanaim with her suburbs,
6:81And Heshbon with her suburbs, and Iazer with her suburbs.

6:24Tahath his sonne, Vriel his sonne, Vzziah his sonne, and Shaul his sonne,
6:25And the sonnes of Elkanah, Amasai, and Ahimoth.

6:31And these be they whom Dauid set for to sing in the house of the Lord, after that the Arke had rest.
6:32And they ministred before the Tabernacle, euen the Tabernacle of the Congregation with singing, vntill Salomon had built ye house of the Lord in Ierusalem: then they continued in their office, according to their custome.
6:33And these ministred with their children: of the sonnes of Kohath, Heman a singer, the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Shemuel,
6:34The sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Ieroham, the sonne of Eliel, the sonne of Toah,
6:35The sonne of Zuph, the sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Mahath, the sonne of Amasai,
6:36The sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Azariah, the sonne of Zephaniah,

6:64Thus the children of Israel gaue to the Leuites cities with their suburbes.
6:65And they gaue by lot out of the tribe of the children of Iudah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Beniamin, these cities, which they called by their names.
6:66And they of the families of the sonnes of Kohath, had cities and their coastes out of the tribe of Ephraim.

6:79And Kedemoth with her suburbes, and Mephaath with her suburbes,
6:80And out of the tribe of Gad Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbes, and Mahanaim with her suburbes,

6:4Eleazar begat Phinehes. Phinehes begat Abisua.
6:5Abisua begat Boki: Boki begat Uzi.
6:6Uzi begat Zarahia. Zarahia begat Meraioth.
6:7Meraioth begat Amaria, and Amaria begat Ahitob.
6:8Ahitob begat Zadoc, and Zadoc begat Ahimaaz.
6:9Ahimaaz begat Azaria, and Azaria begat Iohanam.
6:10Iohanam begat Azaria, which minystred in the temple that Salomon buylte in Ierusalem.
6:11Azaria begat Amaria, Amaria begat Ahitob.
6:12Ahitob begat Zadoc, and Zadoc begat Sallum.
6:13Sallum begat Helkia, and Helkia begat Azaria.
6:14Azaria begat Saraia, and Saraia begat Iehozedech.
6:15And Iehozedech departed, when the Lorde caryed awaye Iuda and Ierusalem by the hande of Nebuchadnezar.
6:16The sonnes of Leui: Gersom, Cahath and Merari.
6:17And these be the names of the sonnes of Gersom: Libni and Simhi.
6:18And the sonnes of Cahath were: Amram, Izahar, Hebron and Uziel.
6:19The sonnes of Merari: Mahli & Musi, and these are the kynreddes of Leui, concernynge theyr fathers.
6:20The sonne of Gersom was Lobni, whose sonne was Iahath, and hys sonne Zemma,
6:21and hys sonne Ioah, and hys sonne Iddo, and his sonne Zerah, and his sonne Ieathrai.
6:22The sonnes of Cahath: Aminadab and hys sonne Korah, and hys sonne Assyr,
6:23and hys sonne Elcana, and hys sonne Ebiasaph, and hys sonne Assyr,
6:24& Thahath was his sonne, and Uriel his sonne, and Uzia his sonne, and Saul was hys sonne.
6:25The sonnes of Elcana: Amasai, & Ahimot
6:26& Elcana. The sonnes of Elcana, Zophai, whose sonne was Nahath,
6:27& hys sonne Eliab, and Ieroham hys sonne, and Elcana hys sonne,
6:28and Samuel the sonne of hym. And the sonnes of Samuel: the eldest Uasni, and Abia.
6:29The sonnes of Merari: Mahli, and hys sonne Libni, and hys sonne Simhi, and hys sonne Uza,
6:30and hys sonne Simha, and hys sonne Hagia, and hys sonne Asaia.
6:31And these be they, whom Dauid set for to singe in the house of the Lorde, after that the Arcke had reste.
6:32And they mynistred before the dwellynge place, and the Tabernacle of wytnesse wyth synginge, vntyll Salomon had buylt the housse of the Lorde in Ierusalem. And then they wayted on theyr offyces, accordynge to the order of them.
6:33These are they that wayted with theyr children, of the sonnes of Cahath: Heman a synger, which was the sonne of Ioell, the sonne of Semuel,
6:34the sonne of Elcana, the sonne of Ieroham, the sonne of Eliel: the sonne of Thoah,
6:35the sonne of Zuph, the sonne of Elcana, the sonne of Mahath, the sonne of Amasai,
6:36the sonne of Elcana, the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Asaria, the sonne of Zephania,
6:37the sonne of Thahath the sonne of Assyr, the sonne of Ebiasaph, the sonne of Korah,
6:38the sonne of Izahar, the sonne of Cahath, the sonne of Leui, the sonne of Israel.
6:39And his brother Asaph stode on his ryght hande, and Asaph was the sonne of Barachia, the sonne of Simha,
6:40the sonne of Michael, the sonne of Baasaia, the sonne of Melchia,
6:41the sonne of Atham, the sonne of Zarah, the sonne of Adaia,
6:42the sonne of Ethan, the sonne of Zima, the sonne of Simhi,
6:43the sonne of Iahath, the sonne of Gersom, the sonne of Leui.
6:44And theyr brethren the sonnes of Merari stode on the lefte hande: euen Ethan the sonne of Kysi, the sonne of Abdi, the sonne of Maluch,
6:45the sonne of Hasabia, the sonne of Amazia, the sonne of Helkia,
6:46the sonne of Amzi, the sonne of Bani, the sonne of Samer,
6:47the sonne of Mahli, the sonne of Musi, the sonne of Merari, the sonne of Leui.
6:48Theyr brethren also the Leuites were appoynted vnto all maner of seruice of the tabernacle of the house of God.
6:49But Aaron & hys sonnes burnt incense vpon the aulter of burntofferynge & on the aulter of incense (and were apoynted) for all that was to do in the place moste holy, and to make an attonement for them of Israel, accordynge to all that Moses the seruaunt of God had commaunded.
6:50These are the sonnes of Aaron: Eleazar, whose sonne was Phinehes, & his sonne Abisua:
6:51& his sonne Boki, whose sonne was Uzi, and hys sonne Zerahia:
6:52and the sonne of hym Meraioth, and hys sonne Amaria, and the sonne of hym, Ahitob:
6:53and Zadoc hys sonne, and Ahimaaz hys sonne.
6:54And these are the dwellynge places of them (thorowe out theyr townes & coastes) euen of the sonnes of Aaron thorow out the kynredde of the Caathites, for so the lot fell for them.
6:55And they gaue vnto them Hebron in the lande of Iuda & the Suburbes therof rounde aboute it.
6:56But the felde of the cytie, & the villages pertaynynge therto they gaue to Caleb the sonne of Iephune.
6:57And to the sonnes of Aaran they gaue the cyties of refuge: euen Hebron and Libna, with theyr Suburbes: Iathyr & Esthemoa wyth their Suburbes:
6:58and Hilen wyth her Suburbes, and Debit wyth her Suburbes:
6:59Afan and her Suburbes, Bethsemes and her Suburbes.
6:60And out of the trybe of BenIamin, Geba and her Suburbes, Alemeth and her Suburbes, Anathoth and her Suburbes, all theyr cytyes thorowe out theyr kynreddes were .xiij.
6:61And vnto the sonnes of Cahath the remnaunt of the kynne of the trybe, were cyties geuen out of the halfe trybe of Manasse by lotte: euen ten cyties.
6:62And the sonnes of Gersom thorowe out theyr kynreddes, had out of the trybe of Isacar, out of the trybe of Asser, and out of the trybe of Nephthali: and out of the trybe of Manasse in Basan, thyrtene cytyes.
6:63And vnto the sonnes of Merari were geuen by lot thorowe out theyr kynreddes out of the trybe of Ruben, and out of the trybe of, Gad, and out of the trybe of Zabulon, twelue cyties.
6:64And the chyldren of Israel gaue the Leuytes cytyes wyth theyr Suburbes,
6:65& that by Lott, out of the trybe of the chyldren of Iuda, and out of the trybe of the chyldren of Symeon, and out of the trybe of the children of BenIamin these cyties which they called by theyr names.
6:66And they that were of the kynreds of the sonnes of Cahath, had cyties and theyr coastes out of the trybe of Ephraim.
6:67And they gaue vnto them cyties of refuge: Sichem in mount Ephraim and her Suburbes, Gaser and her Suburbes,
6:68Iocmeam and her Suburbes, Bethhoron and her Suburbes,
6:69Aialon and her Suburbes, Geth Rimmon and her Suburbes.
6:70And out of the halfe trybe of Manasse, Aner and her Suburbes, and Bileam and her Suburbes for the kyndred of the remnaunt of the sonnes of Cahath.
