26:1	Concerning the diuisions of the porters: of the Korhites was Meshelemiah the sonne of Kore, of the sonnes of Asaph.
26:2	And the sonnes of Meshelemiah were Zechariah the first borne, Iediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Iathniel the fourth,
26:3	Elam the fifth, Iehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seuenth.
26:4	Moreouer the sonnes of Obed-Edom were Shemaiah the first borne, Iehozabad the second, Ioah the thirde, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth.
26:5	Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seuenth, Peulthai the eighth: for God blessed him.
26:6	Also vnto Shemaiah his sonne were sonnes borne, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour.
26:7	The sonnes of Shemaiah: Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men; Elihu, and Semachiah.
26:8	All these of the sonnes of Obed-Edom: they and their sonnes and their brethren, able men for strength for the seruice, were threescore and two of Obed-Edom.
26:9	And Meshelemiah had sonnes and brethren, strong men, eighteene.
26:10	Also Hosah of the children of Merari, had sonnes: Simri the chiefe, (for though he was not the first borne, yet his father made him the chiefe)
26:11	Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the thirde, Zechariah the fourth: all the sonnes and brethren of Hosah, were thirteene.
26:12	Among these were the diuisions of the porters, euen among the chiefe men, hauing wards one against another, to minister in the house of the Lord.
26:13	And they cast lots as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers for euery gate.
26:14	And the lot Eastward fel to Shelemiah; then for Zechariah his sonne (a wise counseller:) they cast lots, and his lot came out Northward.
26:15	To Obed-Edom Southward, and to his sonnes, the house of Asuppim.
26:16	To Shuppim and Hosa, the lot came foorth Westward with the gate Shallecheth, by the causey of the going vp, ward against ward.
26:17	Eastward were sixe Leuites, Northward foure a day, Southward foure a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.
26:18	And Parbar Westward, foure at the causey, and two at Parbar.
26:19	These are the diuisions of the porters among the sonnes of Kore, and among the sonnes of Merari.
26:20	And of the Leuites, Ahiiah was ouer the treasures of the house of God, and ouer the treasures of the dedicate things.
26:21	As concerning the sonnes of Laadan: the sonnes of the Gershonite Laadan, hiefe fathers; euen of Laadan the Gershonite, were Iehieli.
26:22	The sonnes of Iehieli, Zetham and Ioel his brother, which were ouer the treasures of the house of the Lord.
26:23	Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:
26:24	And Shebuel the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.
26:25	And his brethren by Eliezer: Rehabiah his sonne, and Ieshaiah his sonne, and Ioram his sonne, and Zichri his sonne, & Shelomith his sonne.
26:26	Which Shelomith and his brethren, were ouer all the treasures of the dedicate things, which Dauid the king and the chiefe fathers, the captaines ouer thousands and hundreds, and the captaines of the hoste had dedicated.
26:27	Out of the spoyles wonne in battels, did they dedicate to maintaine the house of the Lord.
26:28	And all that Samuel the Seer, and Saul the sonne of Kish, and Abner the sonne of Ner, and Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah had dedicated, and whosoeuer had dedicated any thing, it was vnder the hand of Shelomith and of his brethren.
26:29	Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sonnes, were for the outward busines ouer Israel, for officers and Iudges.
26:30	And of the Hebronits, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seuen hundred, were officers among them of Israel on this side Iorden westward, in all busines of the Lord, and in the seruice of the king.
26:31	Among the Hebronites was Ieriiah the chiefe, euen among the Hebronits, according to the generations of his fathers: in the fourtieth yeere of the reigne of Dauid, they were sought for, and there were found among them mightie men of valour, at Iazer of Gilead.
26:32	And his brethren, men of valour, were two thousand and seuen hundred chiefe fathers, whom King Dauid made rulers ouer the Reubenites, the Gadites, & the halfe tribe of Manasseh, for euery matter perteining to God, and affaires of the king.

26:3	Elam the fift, Ichohanan the sixt, and Eliehoenai the seuenth.
26:4	And the sonnes of Obed Edom, Shemaiah the eldest, Iehozabad the second, Ioah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fift,
26:5	Ammiel the sixt, Issachar the seuenth, Peulthai the eight: for God had blessed him.
26:6	And to Shemaiah his sonne, were sonnes borne, that ruled in the house of their father, for they were men of might.
26:7	The sonnes of Shemaiah were Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad and his brethren, strong men: Elihu also, and Semachiah.
26:8	All these were of the sonnes of Obed Edom, they and their sonnes and their brethren mightie and strong to serue, euen three score and two of Obed Edom.
26:9	And of Meshelemiah sonnes and brethren, eighteene mightie men.
26:10	And of Hosah of the sonnes of Merari, the sonnes were Shuri the chiefe, and (though he was not the eldest, yet his father made him the chiefe)
26:11	Helkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth: all the sonnes and the brethren of Hosa were thirteene.
26:12	Of these were the diuisions of the porters of the chiefe men, hauing the charge against their brethren, to serue in the house of the Lord.
26:13	And they cast lottes both small and great for the house of their fathers, for euery gate.
26:14	And the lot on the East side fel to Shelemiah: then they cast lottes for Zechariah his sonne a wise couseller, and his lot came out Northward:
26:15	To Obed Edom Southwarde, and to his sonnes the house of Asuppim:
26:16	To Shuppim and to Hosah Westwarde with the gate of Shallecheth by the paued streete that goeth vpward, warde ouer against warde.
26:17	Eastward were sixe Leuites, and Northwarde foure a day, and Southward foure a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.
26:18	In Parbar towarde the West were foure by the paued streete, and two in Parbar.
26:19	These are the diuisions of the porters of the sonnes of Kore, and of the sonnes of Merari.
26:20	And of the Leuites. Ahiiah was ouer the treasures of the house of God, and ouer the treasures of the dedicate things.
26:21	Of the sonnes of Laadan the sonnes of the Gershunnites descending of Laadan, the chiefe fathers of Laadan were Gershunni and Iehieli.
26:22	The sonnes of Iehieli were Zethan and Ioel his brother, appoynted ouer the treasures of the house of the Lord.
26:23	Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites and of the Ozielites.
26:24	And Shebuel the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Moses, a ruler ouer the treasures.
26:25	And of his brethren which came of Eliezer, was Rehabiah his sonne, and Ieshaiah his sonne, and Ioram his sonne, and Zichri his sonne, and Shelomith his sonne.
26:26	Which Shelomith and his brethren were ouer al the treasures of the dedicate things, which Dauid the King, and the chiefe fathers, the captaines ouer thousands, and hundreths, and the captaines of the armie had dedicated.
26:27	(For of the battels and of the spoyles they did dedicate to maintaine the house of the Lord)
26:28	And al that Samuel the Seer had dedicate and Saul the sonne of Kish and Abner the sonne of Ner, and Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah, and whosoeuer had dedicate any thing, it was vnder the hand of Shelomith, and his brethren.
26:29	Of the Izharites was Chenaniah and his sonnes, for the busines without ouer Israel, for officers and for Iudges.
26:30	Of the Hebronites, Ashabiah and his brethren, men of actiuitie, a thousande, and seuen hundreth were officers for Israel beyonde Iorden Westward, in all the busines of the Lord, and for the seruice of the King.
26:31	Among the Hebronites was Iediiah the chiefest, euen the Hebronites by his generations according to the families. And in the fourtieth yere of the reigne of Dauid they were sought for: and there were founde among them men of actiuitie at Iazer in Gilead.
26:32	And his brethren men of actiuitie, two thousand and seuen hundreth chiefe fathers, whom King Dauid made rulers ouer the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the halfe tribe of Manasseh, for euery matter perteining to God, and for the Kings busines.


26:1	These are the deuisyons of the porters, Amonge the Corethites: Meselemiahu the sonne of Kore of the chyldren of Asaph.
26:2	And the sonnes of Meselemiahu were these: Zachariahu the eldest, Iedihel the seconde, Zebadiahu the thyrde, and Iathniel the fourth,
26:3	Elam the fyfte, Iehohanan the sixt, & Eliocnai the seuenth.
26:4	The sonnes of Obed Edom: Semeia the eldest, Iehosabad the seconde, Ioah the thyrde, Sacar the fourth, & Nethanael the fyfte,
26:5	Amiel the syxte, Isachar the seuenth, Peulthai the .viij. for God blessed hym.
26:6	And vnto Semeia his sonne were sonnes borne, that ruled in the house of their father, for they were men of myght.
26:7	The sonnes of Semeia: Othni, Rephael, Obed and Elzabad & hys brethren were stronge men. Elihu and Samahiahu.
26:8	All these were of the chyldren of Obed Edom, they and their children, and their brethren, actiue men and of strength to do seruice, euen .lxii. of Obed Edom.
26:9	And Meleniah had sonnes and brethren, actiue men .xviii.
26:10	The sonnes of Hosa of the chyldren of Merari: Simri the chefe, & though he was not the eldest, yet his father sett him in the chefest place.
26:11	Helkiahu the seconde, Tebaliahu the thirde, and Zechariahu the fourth: all the sonnes and brethren of Hosa were .xiii.
26:12	Amonge these was deuyded the offyce of the portershyppe that they shulde be auncient men, to wayte wyth theyr brethren, whan they mynistred in the house of the Lord.
26:13	And they cast lottes, betwene the great and small after the houshold of their fathers, for euery gate.
26:14	And the lot on the east syde fell vpon Selemeiahu. And for Zachariahu hys sonne (which was a wise counceller) they cast lottes, & hys lot came out towarde the North.
26:15	And Obed Edoms lot fell to the South. And for hys sonnes fell the houses of Asuppim.
26:16	For Suphim and Hosa towarde the west, with the gate that stondeth toward the hyer waye: one watch beynge ouer agaynst another.
26:17	In the east were syxe Leuites: & towarde the North .iiii. a daye: toward the South .iiii. a daye, & towarde Asuppim, two & two.
26:18	In Pharbar towarde the west: two at the goyng vp, & two in Pharbar.
26:19	These are the deuisyons of the porters among the sonnes of Koreh & amonge the sonnes of Merari.
26:20	And of the Leuites, Ahiah had the ouersyght of the treasure of the house of God, and of the treasure of the dedicat thynges.
26:21	As concernyng the sonnes of Laadan whych were the chyldren of the Gersonites. Of Laadan came auncient fathers, Euen of Laadan there came Gersuni & Iehieli.
26:22	The sonnes of Iehieli: Zethan & Ioel hys brother, which were ouer the treasures of the house of the Lorde.
26:23	Of the Amramites also & Izaharites, Hebronites & Ozielites,
26:24	was Subuel the sonne of Gerson the sonne of Moses, a ruler ouer the treasures.
26:25	And of his brethren the sonnes of Eliezer, was Rahabiahu, whose sonne was Isaiahu, whose sonne was Ioram, whose sonne was Zichri, whose sonne was Selomith,
26:26	whych Selomith and hys brethren were ouer all the treasures of the dedycate thynges, which Dauid the kynge, & the auncient fathers, the capitaynes ouer thousandes & hundredes, & the captaynes of the hoste,
26:27	had dedicated out of the spoyles wonne in battels: they dyd dedicate them to mainteyne the house of the Lorde:
26:28	& all that Samuel the sear, and Saul the sonne of Cis, and Abner the sonne of Ner, and Ioab the sonne of Zarnia had dedicated, & whosoeuer had dedicate anye thynge, it was vnder the hande of Selomith and of hys brethren.
26:29	Of the Izaharites was Chenaniahu & hys sonnes, appoynted to the businesse withoutforth ouer Israel: for they were officers and Iudges.
26:30	And of the Hebronites Hasabiahu & his brethren, men of actiuite a thousande & seuen hundred, were officers amonge them of Israel beyond Iordan westward, in all busynesse belonging to God, and seruice of the kynge.
26:31	Amonge the Hebronites was Iedia the chefest, euen a prince among the Hebronites & fathers of hys kynred. And in the fourtye yeare of the kyngdome of Dauid, they were sought for. And there were found amonge them men of actiuite at Iazer in Gilead.
26:32	And hys brethren were men of actiuite, euen two thousand & seuen hundred auncient fathers, whom kynge Dauid made rulers ouer the Rubenites, Gaddites, and ouer the halfe trybe of Manasse, for euery matter pertaynynge to God, and for the kynges busynesse.
