27:1	Nowe the children of Israel after their number, to wit, the chiefe fathers and captaines of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that serued the king in any matter of the courses, which came in, and went out moneth by moneth, throughout all the moneths of the yeare, of euery course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:2	Ouer the first course for the first moneth was Iashobeam the sonne of Zabdiel, and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:3	Of the children of Perez, was the chiefe of all the captaines of the host, for the first moneth.
27:4	And ouer the course of the second moneth was Dodai an Ahohite, and of his course was Mikloth also the ruler: In his course likewise were twentie and foure thousand.
27:5	The third captaine of the host for the third month was Benaiah the sonne of Iehoiada a chiefe priest, and in his course were twenty and foure thousand.
27:6	This is that Benaiah, who was mightie among the thirtie, and aboue the thirty: and in his course was Amizabad his sonne.
27:7	The fourth captaine for the fourth moneth was Asahel the brother of Ioab, and Zebadiah his sonne after him: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:8	The fifth captaine for the fifth moneth, was Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:9	The sixt captaine for the sixt moneth, was Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:10	The seuenth captaine for the seuenth moneth was Helez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:11	The eighth captaine for the eighth moneth, was Sibbecai the Hushathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:12	The ninth captaine for the ninth moneth, was Abiezer the Anetothite, of the Beniamites: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:13	The tenth captaine for the tenth moneth, was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:14	The eleuenth captaine for the eleuenth moneth was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and foure thousand.
27:15	The twelfth captaine for the twelfth moneth, was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course were twentie and foure thousand.
27:16	Furthermore, ouer the tribes of Israel: The Ruler of the Reubenites was Eliezer the sonne of Zichri: of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the sonne of Maachah.
27:17	Of the Leuites: Hashabiah the sonne of Kemuel; of the Aaronites, Zadok.
27:18	Of Iudah, Elihu, one of the brethren of Dauid: of Issachar, Omri the sonne of Michael.
27:19	Of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah: of Naphtali, Ierimoth the sonne of Azriel.
27:20	Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea the sonne of Azazziah: of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Ioel the sonne of Pedaiah.
27:21	Of the halfe tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the sonne of Zechariah: of Beniamin, Iaasiel the son of Abner.
27:22	Of Dan, Azariel the sonne of Ieroham. These were the princes of the tribes of Israel.
27:23	But Dauid tooke not the number of them from twentie yeeres olde and vnder: because the Lord had said, hee would increase Israel like to the starres of the heauens.
27:24	Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah began to number, but he finished not, because there fell wrath for it against Israel, neither was the number put in the account of the Chronicles of King Dauid.
27:25	And ouer the Kings treasures, was Azmaueth the sonne of Adiel: and ouer the store-houses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Iehonathan the sonne of Uzziah.
27:26	And ouer them that did the worke of the field, for tillage of the ground, was Ezri the sonne of Chelub.
27:27	And ouer the Uineyards, was Shimei the Ramathite: ouer the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars, was Sabdi the Ziphmite.
27:28	And ouer the Oliue trees, and the Sycomore trees that were in the lowe plaines, was Baal-hanan the Gederite: and ouer the cellars of oyle was Ioash.
27:29	And ouer the herdes that fed in Sharon, was Shetrai the Sharonite: and ouer the herds that were in the valleys, was Shaphat the sonne of Adlai.
27:30	Ouer the camels also, was Obil the Ishmaelite: and ouer the Asses, was Iehdeiah the Meronothite.
27:31	And ouer the flockes, was Iaziz the Hagerite. All these were the rulers of the substance which was king Dauids.
27:32	Also Ionathan Dauids uncle, was a counseller, a wise man, and a Scribe: and Iehiel the sonne of Hachmoni, was with the kings sonnes.
27:33	And Ahitophel was the kings counseller, and Hushai the Archite, was the kings companion.
27:34	And after Ahitophel, was Iehoiada the sonne of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the general of the Kings armie was Ioab.

27:5	The captaine of the thirde hoste for the third moneth was Benaiah the sonne of Iehoiada the chiefe Priest: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
27:6	This Benaiah was mightie among thirtie and aboue the thirtie, and in his course was Amizabad his sonne.
27:7	The fourth for the fourth moneth was Asahel the brother of Ioab, and Zebadiah his sonne after him: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
27:8	The fift for ye fift moneth was prince Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:9	The sixt for the sixt moneth was Ira the sonne of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:10	The seuenth for the seuenth moneth was Helez the Pelonite, of the sonnes of Ephraim: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:11	The eight for the eight moneth was Sibbecai the Hushathite of the Zarhites: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:12	The ninth for the ninth moneth was Abiezer the Anethothite of the sonnes of Iemini: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:13	The tenth for the tenth moneth was Maharai, the Netophathite of the Zarhites: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:14	The eleueth for the eleuenth moneth was Benaiah the Pirathonite of the sonnes of Ephraim: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:15	The twelft for the twelft moneth was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
27:16	Moreouer the rulers ouer the tribes of Israel were these: ouer the Reubenites was ruler, Eliezer the sonne of Zichri: ouer the Shimeonites, Shephatiah the sonne of Maachah:
27:17	Ouer the Leuites, Hashabiah the sonne of Remuel: ouer them of Aharon, and Zadok:
27:18	Ouer Iudah, Elihu of the brethren of Dauid: ouer Issachar, Omri the sonne of Michael:
27:19	Ouer Zebulun, Ishmaiah the sonne of Obadiah: ouer Naphtali, Ierimoth the sonne of Azriel:
27:20	Ouer the sonnes of Ephraim, Hoshea the sonne of Azazziah: ouer the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Ioel the sonne of Pedaiah:
27:21	Ouer the other halfe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the sonne of Zechariah: ouer Beniamin, Iaasiel the sonne of Abner:
27:22	Ouer Dan, Azariel the sonne of Ieroham. these are the princes of the tribes of Israel.
27:23	But Dauid tooke not the nober of them from twentie yeere olde and vnder, because the Lord had sayde that he would increase Israel like vnto the starres of the heauens.
27:24	And Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah beganne to nomber: but hee finished it not, because there came wrath for it against Israel, neither was the nomber put into the Chronicles of King Dauid.
27:25	And ouer the Kings treasures was Azmaueth the sonne of Adiel: and ouer the treasures in the fieldes, in the cities and in the villages and in the towers was Iehonathan the sonne of Vzziah:
27:26	And ouer the workemen in the fielde that tilled the ground, was Ezri the sonne of Chelub:
27:27	And ouer them that dressed the vines, was Shimei the Ramathite: and ouer that which apperteined to the vines, and ouer the store of the wine was Sabdi the Shiphmite:
27:28	And ouer the oliue trees and mulberie trees that were in the valleys, was Baal Hanan the Gederite: and ouer the store of the oyle was Ioash:
27:29	And ouer the oxen that fed in Sharon, was Shetrai the Sharonite: and ouer the oxen in the valleyes was Shaphat the sonne of Adlai:
27:30	And ouer the camels was Obil the Ishmaelite: and ouer the asses was Iehdeiah the Meronothite:
27:31	And ouer the sheepe was Iaziz the Hagerite: all these were the rulers of the substance that was King Dauids.
27:32	And Iehonathan Dauids vncle a man of counsell and vnderstanding (for he was a scribe) and Iehiel the sonne of Hachmoni were with the Kings sonnes.
27:33	And Ahitophel was the Kings counseller, and Hushai the Archite the Kings friend.
27:34	And after Ahitophel was Iehoiada the sonne of Benaiah and Abiathar: and captaine of the Kings armie was Ioab.


27:1	The chyldren of Israel: after the nombre of them, the auncient heedes & captaynes of thousandes and hundredes, & their offycers that serued the kyng by diuerse courses which came in & went out, moneth by moneth, thorow out all the monethes of the yere. And in euery course were .xxiiii. thousande.
27:2	Ouer the fyrst course for the fyrst moneth, was Iasoboan the sonne of Zabdiel. And in his course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:3	And the chefest of all the captaynes of the host for the fyrst moneth, was of the children of Pharez.
27:4	Ouer the course of the seconde moneth was Dodai an Ahohite & in his course was Mikloth a ruler: (his helper) And in that course were .xxiiii. thousande.
27:5	The chefe captayne of the thirde host for the thirde moneth, was Banaiahu the sonne of Iehoiada the hye preaste: And in his course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:6	This is that Banaiahu, which was most myghtie amonge .xxx. & aboue .xxx. And in his parte was Amizadad his sonne.
27:7	The fourth captayne for the fourth moneth, was Asael the brother of Ioab, and Zabadia his sonne after him. And in his course were .xxiiii. thousande.
27:8	The fyfte capytayne for the fyfte moneth was Samhut the Iezrahite: & in hys course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:9	The syxte capytayne for the syxte moneth was Ira the sonne of Ickes a Theckutte: & in hys course were .xxiiii. thousande.
27:10	The seuenth captayne for the seuenth moneth, was Helez the Pelonite, of the chyldren of Ephraim & in his course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:11	The eyght captayne for the eyght moneth, was Sibechai an Husathite of the kynne of Zarhi: & in his course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:12	The nynth capitayne for the nynth moneth, was Abiezer an Anathothite of the sonnes of Iemim: and in hys course were .xxiiij. thousand.
27:13	The tenth capitayne for the tenth moneth, was Mahari the Netophathite of the Zarahites: and in hys course were .xxiiij. thousande.
27:14	The leuenth for the eleuenth moneth, was Banaia the Pirathonite of the chyldren of Ephraim: and in his course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:15	The twelueth captayne for the twelueth moneth, was Heldai the Netophathite wt Othoniel, and in his course were .xxiiii. thousand.
27:16	And the rulers ouer the trybes of Israel were these: Amonge the Rubenites was Eliezer the sonne of Zichri. Among the Simeonites also was Saphatiahu the sonne of Maacha.
27:17	Amonge the Leuites: Hasabia the sonne of Kemuel. Amonge the Haromites: Zadock.
27:18	Among them of Iuda: Elihu of the brethren of Dauid. Amonge them of Isachar. Omri the sonne of Michael.
27:19	Amonge them of Zabulon: Iesinaiahu the sonne of Obadiahu. Among them of Nephthali: Ierimoth the sonne of Azriel.
27:20	Amonge, the chyldren of Ephraim: Hosea the sonne of Azartahu. In the halfe trybe also of Manasse: Ioel the sonne of Phedaiahu.
27:21	Of the halfe trybe of Manasse in Gilead: Iido the sonne of Zachariahu. Amonge them of BenIamin: Iaasiel the sonne of Abner.
27:22	Amonge them of Dan: Azarel the sonne of Ieroham. These are the Lordes of the trybes of Israel.
27:23	But Dauid toke not the nombre of them vnder .xx. yere: because the Lord sayd he wold encrease Israel lyke vnto the starres of the skye.
27:24	And Ioab the sonne of Zaruia beganne to nombre: but he fynisshed it not, because that there fell wrath for it against Israel: neither was the nombre put in to the chronycles of kynge Dauid.
27:25	Ouer the kynges treasures was Azmaueth the sonne of Adiel. And ouer the treasures of the feldes, in the cyties & villages & castelles, was Iehonathan, the sonne of Uziahu.
27:26	And ouer the worckmen in the feldes that tylled the ground, was Ezri the sonne of Chelub.
27:27	And the ouersyght of the vineyardes had Semei the Ramathite. Ouer the increase also of the vineyardes, & ouer the winesellers was Sabdi the Hasiphunite.
27:28	And ouer the oliuetrees & mulberytrees that were in the valeyes, was Baal Hanan the Gederite. And ouer the treasure of oyle, was Ioas:
27:29	ouer the oxen that fed in Saron, was Setari the Saronite. And ouer the oxen that were in the valeyes was Saphat the sonne of Adlai.
27:30	Ouer the camelles, Obil the Ismaelyte. And ouer the Asses was Iohadtahu the Meronothite.
27:31	Ouer the shepe, was Iazis the Hagerite. All these were the rulers of the substance of kynge Dauid.
27:32	And Iehonathan Dauids vncle, a man of councell, and of vnderstondyng was a scrybe, and Ichiel the sonne of Hachmoni was wyth the kynges sonnes enstructinge them.
27:33	And Ahitophel was of the kynges counsell. And Husai the Arachite was the kynges companyon.
27:34	And next to Ahitophel was Iehoiada the sonne of Banaiahu, & Abiathar. And the captayne of the kynges warre, was Ioab.
