14:1	The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
14:2	The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
14:3	They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
14:4	Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
14:5	There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
14:6	Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
14:7	Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.


14:1	למנצח לדוד אמר נבל בלבו אין אלהים השׁחיתו התעיבו עלילה אין עשׂה טוב׃
14:2	יהוה משׁמים השׁקיף על בני אדם לראות הישׁ משׂכיל דרשׁ את אלהים׃
14:3	הכל סר יחדו נאלחו אין עשׂה טוב אין גם אחד׃
14:4	הלא ידעו כל פעלי און אכלי עמי אכלו לחם יהוה לא קראו׃
14:5	שׁם פחדו פחד כי אלהים בדור צדיק׃
14:6	עצת עני תבישׁו כי יהוה מחסהו׃
14:7	מי יתן מציון ישׁועת ישׂראל בשׁוב יהוה שׁבות עמו יגל יעקב ישׂמח ישׂראל׃


14:1	To the Overseer. -- By David. A fool hath said in his heart, `God is not;' They have done corruptly, They have done abominable actions, There is not a doer of good.
14:2	Jehovah from the heavens Hath looked on the sons of men, To see if there is a wise one -- seeking God.
14:3	The whole have turned aside, Together they have been filthy: There is not a doer of good, not even one.
14:4	Have all working iniquity not known? Those consuming my people have eaten bread, Jehovah they have not called.
14:5	There they have feared a fear, For God `is' in the generation of the righteous.
14:6	The counsel of the poor ye cause to stink, Because Jehovah `is' his refuge.
14:7	`Who doth give from Zion the salvation of Israel? When Jehovah doth turn back `To' a captivity of His people, Jacob doth rejoice -- Israel is glad!
