Psalms - Chapter: 36

>
36:1To the Chaunter, of Dauid the seruaunt of the Lorde. My hert sheweth me the wyckednesse of the vngodly, that there is no feare of God before hys eyes.
36:2For he flatreth hym selfe in hys owne syght, tyll hys abhominable synne be founde out.
36:3The wordes of hys mouth are vnryghteous, and full of disceate: he hath left of to behaue hym selfe wysely and to do good.
36:4He ymagyneth myschefe vpon hys bedd, and hath set hym selfe in no good waye, nether doth he abhore any thyng that is euell.
36:5Thy mercy, O Lorde reacheth vnto the heauen, and thy faythfulnesse vnto the cloudes.
36:6Thy ryghteousnesse standeth lyke the stronge mountaynes: thy iudgementes are lyke the greate depe.
36:7Thou Lorde shalt saue both man and beest. Howe excellent is thy mercy, O God? and the chyldren of men shall put theyr trust vnder the shadowe of thy wynges.
36:8They shalbe satisfyed with the plenteousnesse of thy house, and thou shalt geue them dryncke of thy pleasures, as out of the ryuer.
36:9For with the is the well of lyfe, and in thy lyght, shall we se lyght.
36:10O contynue forth thy louynge kyndnesse vnto them that knowe the, and thy ryghteousnesse vnto them that are true of hert.
36:11O let not the fote of pryde come agaynst me: and let not the hande of the vngodly cast me downe.
36:12There are they fallen that worke wyckednesse: they are cast downe, and shall: not be able to stande.

36:1The title of the sixe and thrittithe salm. To Dauith. Nile thou sue wickid men; nether loue thou men doynge wickidnesse.
36:2For thei schulen wexe drie swiftli as hey; and thei schulen falle doun soone as the wortis of eerbis.
36:3Hope thou in the Lord, and do thou goodnesse; and enhabite thou the lond, and thou schalt be fed with hise richessis.
36:4Delite thou in the Lord; and he schal yyue to thee the axyngis of thin herte.
36:5Schewe thi weie to the Lord; and hope thou in hym, and he schal do.
36:6And he schal lede out thi riytfulnesse as liyt, and thi doom as myddai;
36:7be thou suget to the Lord, and preye thou hym. Nile thou sue hym, that hath prosperite in his weie; a man doynge vnriytfulnessis.
36:8Ceese thou of ire, and forsake woodnesse; nyle thou sue, that thou do wickidli.
36:9For thei, that doen wickidli, schulen be distried; but thei that suffren the Lord, schulen enerite the lond.
36:10And yit a litil, and a synnere schal not be; and thou schalt seke his place, and schalt not fynde.
36:11But mylde men schulen enerite the lond; and schulen delite in the multitude of pees.
36:12A synnere schal aspie a riytful man; and he schal gnaste with hise teeth on hym.

36:1My hert sheweth me the wickednesse of the vngodly, that there is no feare of God before his eyes.
36:2For he dyssembleth before his face, so longe till his abhominable synne be founde out.
36:3The wordes of his mouth are vnrightuousnesse and disceate, he wil not be lerned to do good.
36:4He ymagineth myschefe vpon his bedde, he will come in no good waye, ner refuse the thinge that is euell.
36:5Thy mercy (O LORDE) reacheth vnto the heauen, and thy faithfulnesse vnto the cloudes.
36:6Thy rightuousnesse stondeth like the stronge mountaynes, & thy iudgment like the greate depe.
36:7Thou LORDE preseruest both me & beestes. How precious is thy mercy (O God) that the children of men maye put their trust vnder ye shadowe of thy wynges?
36:8They shalbe satisfied with the pleteousnesse of thy house, and thou shalt geue them drynke of the ryuer of thy pleasures.
36:9For by the is ye well of life, & in thy light, shall we se light.
36:10O sprede forth thy louynge kyndnesse vnto them that knowe the, & thy rightuousnes vnto the that are true of hert.
36:11O let not the fote of pryde ouertake me, O let not the hande of ye vngodly cast me downe.
36:12As for wicked doers, they fall, they are cast downe, & are not able to stode.
