>
118:1O giue thankes vnto the Lord, for hee is good: because his mercie endureth for euer.
118:2Let Israel now say: that his mercy endureth for euer.
118:3Let the house of Aaron now say: that his mercy endureth for euer.
118:4Let them now that feare the Lord, say: that his mercy endureth for euer.
118:5I called vpon the Lord in distresse: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.
118:6The Lord is on my side, I will not feare: What can man doe vnto mee?
118:7The Lord taketh my part with them that helpe me: therfore shall I see my desire vpon them that hate me.
118:8It is better to trust in the Lord: then to put confidence in man.
118:9It is better to trust in the Lord: then to put confidence in Princes.
118:10All nations compassed me about: but in the Name of the Lord, will I destroy them.
118:11They compassed mee about, yea they compassed mee about: but in the Name of the Lord, I will destroy them.
118:12They compassed mee about like Bees, they are quenched as the fire of thornes: for in the Name of the Lord I wil destroy them.
118:13Thou hast thrust sore at mee that I might fall: but the Lord helped mee.
118:14The Lord is my strength and song: and is become my saluation.
118:15The voice of reioycing and saluation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the Right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.
118:16The Right hand of the Lord is exalted: the Right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.
118:17I shall not die, but liue: and declare the workes of the Lord.
118:18The Lord hath chastened me sore: but he hath not giuen me ouer vnto death.
118:19Open to mee the gates of righteousnesse: I will goe into them, and I will praise the Lord:
118:20This gate of the Lord: into which the righteous shall enter.
118:21I will praise thee, for thou hast heard mee: and art become my saluation.
118:22The stone which the builders refused: is become the head stone of the corner.
118:23This is the Lords doing: it is marueilous in our eyes.
118:24This is the day which the Lord hath made: we will reioyce, and be glad in it.
118:25Saue now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperitie.
118:26Blessed be he that commeth in the Name of the Lord: wee haue blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
118:27God is the Lord, which hath shewed vs light, bind the sacrifice with cords: euen vnto the horns of the Altar.
118:28Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

118:1O confesse you it vnto God, for he is gratious: and his mercie endureth for euer
118:2Let Israel nowe confesse: that his mercie endureth for euer
118:3Let the house of Aaron nowe confesse: that his mercie endureth for euer
118:4Let them nowe that feare God: confesse that his mercie endureth for euer
118:5I called vpon the Lorde beyng in distresse: and the Lorde hath hearde me at large
118:6God is with me: I wyll not feare what man can do vnto me
118:7God is with me amongst them that ayde me: therfore I shall see my desire vpon them that hate me
118:8It is better to trust in God: then to put any confidence in man
118:9It is better to trust in God: then to put any confidence in princes
118:10All nations compassed me rounde about: but I trusted in the name of God that I shoulde destroy them
118:11They kept me in on euery syde, they kept me in I say on euery syde: but I trusted in the name of God that I shoulde destroy them
118:12They swarmed about me lyke bees, and they be extinguished as the fire made of thornes: for I trusted in the name of God that I should destroy them
118:13Thou hast thrust sore at me, that I might fall: but God dyd ayde m
118:14The Lorde is my strength and my song: and he is become my saluation
118:15The voyce of a ioyfull noyse & of saluation is in the dwellynges of the ryghteous: saying the ryght hande of God bryngeth mightie thynges to passe
118:16The ryght hande of God is on hygh: the right hande of God bryngeth mightie thynges to passe
118:17I shall not as yet dye, but I shal liue: and I wyll declare the workes of the Lorde
118:18The Lorde hath greatly chastened me: but he hath not geuen me ouer vnto death
118:19Open me the gates of ryghteousnesse, I wyll enter in by them: that I may geue thankes vnto the Lorde
118:20This is the gate of God: the ryghteous shall enter in by it
118:21I wyll thanke thee for that thou hast heard me: and art become my saluation
118:22The same stone which the buylders refused: is become the head stone of the corner
118:23This was the doyng of God: and it is marueylous in our eyes
118:24This is the day whiche God hath made: we wyll reioyce and be glad in it
118:25O God I pray thee nowe saue vs: O God I pray thee nowe geue vs prosperous successe
118:26Blessed be he that commeth in the name of God: we do blesse you out of the house of God
118:27It is the Lord God who hath geuen vs lyght: bynde a sacrifice with cordes vnto the hornes of the aulter
118:28Thou art my Lorde, and I wyll confesse it vnto thee: thou art my Lorde and I wyll magnifie thee
118:29O confesse you it vnto God, for he is gratious: and his mercie endureth for euer

118:17I shall not die, but liue, and declare the woorkes of the Lord.
118:18The Lord hath chastened me sore, but he hath not deliuered me to death.
