146:1	The `title of the hundrid and sixe and fourtithe salm. Alleluya. Herie ye the Lord, for the salm is good; heriyng be myrie, and fair to oure God.
146:2	The Lord schal bilde Jerusalem; and schal gadere togidere the scateryngis of Israel.
146:3	Which Lord makith hool men contrit in herte; and byndith togidere the sorewes of hem.
146:4	Which noumbrith the multitude of sterris; and clepith names to alle tho.
146:5	Oure Lord is greet, and his vertu is greet; and of his wisdom is no noumbre.
146:6	The Lord takith vp mylde men; forsothe he makith low synneris `til to the erthe.
146:7	Bifore synge ye to the Lord in knoulechyng; seye ye salm to oure God in an harpe.
146:8	Which hilith heuene with cloudis; and makith redi reyn to the erthe. Which bryngith forth hei in hillis; and eerbe to the seruice of men.
146:9	Which yyueth mete to her werk beestis; and to the briddys of crowis clepinge hym.
146:10	He schal not haue wille in the strengthe of an hors; nether it schal be wel plesaunt to hym in the leggis of a man.


146:1	Praise ye the Lord. Praise thou the Lord, O my soule.
146:2	I will prayse the Lord during my life: as long as I haue any being, I wil sing vnto my God.
146:3	Put not your trust in princes, nor in the sonne of man, for there is none helpe in him.
146:4	His breath departeth, and he returneth to his earth: then his thoughtes perish.
146:5	Blessed is he, that hath the God of Iaakob for his helpe, whose hope is in the Lord his God.
146:6	Which made heauen and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth his fidelitie for euer:
146:7	Which executeth iustice for the oppressed: which giueth bread to the hungry: the Lord loseth the prisoners.
146:8	The Lord giueth sight to the blinde: the Lord rayseth vp the crooked: the Lord loueth the righteous.
146:9	The Lord keepeth the strangers: he relieueth the fatherlesse and widowe: but he ouerthroweth the way of the wicked.
146:10	The Lord shall reigne for euer: O Zion, thy God endureth from generation to generation. Prayse ye the Lord.
