Proverbs - Chapter: 29

>
29:1He that being often reproued, hardeneth his necke, shal suddenly be destroied, and that without remedy.
29:2When the righteous are in authoritie, the people reioyce: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourne.
29:3Whoso loueth wisedome, reioyceth his father: but hee that keepeth company with harlots, spendeth his substance.
29:4The king by iudgement stablisheth the land: but he that receiueth gifts, ouerthroweth it.
29:5A man that flattereth his neighbour, spreadeth a net for his feet.
29:6In the transgression of an euill man there is a snare: but the righteous doth sing and reioyce.
29:7The righteous considereth the cause of the poore: but the wicked regardeth not to know it.
29:8Scornefull men bring a citie into a snare: but wise men turne away wrath.
29:9If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether hee rage or laugh, there is no rest.
29:10The bloodthirstie hate the vpright: but the iust seeke his soule.
29:11A foole vttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
29:12If a ruler hearken to lies, all his seruants are wicked.
29:13The poore and the deceitful man meet together: the Lord lightneth both their eyes.
29:14The King that faithfully iudgeth the poore, his throne shall be established for euer.
29:15The rod and reproofe giue wisedome: but a child left to himselfe bringeth his mother to shame.
29:16When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall.
29:17Correct thy sonne, and hee shall giue thee rest: yea he shall giue delight vnto thy soule.
29:18Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the Law, happy is he.
29:19A seruant will not be corrected by words: for though hee vnderstand, hee will not answere.
29:20Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? there is more hope of a foole then of him.
29:21He that delicately bringeth vp his seruant from a child, shall haue him become his sonne at the length.
29:22An angry man stirreth vp strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.
29:23A mans pride shall bring him lowe: but honour shall vpholde the humble in spirit.
29:24Who so is partner with a thiefe, hateth his owne soule: hee heareth cursing, and bewrayeth it not.
29:25The feare of man bringeth a snare: but who so putteth his trust in the Lord, shall be safe.
29:26Many seeke the rulers fauour, but euery mans iudgement commeth from the Lord.
29:27An vniust man is an abomination to the iust: and he that is vpright in the way, is abomination to the wicked.

29:5Who so flattereth his neighbour, layeth a net for his feete
29:6The sinne of the wicked is his owne snare: but the ryghteous doth syng and reioyce
29:7The righteous considereth the cause of the poore: but the vngodly regardeth no vnderstandyng
29:8Scornefull men bryng a citie into a snare: but wise men turne away wrath
29:9If a wise man contendeth with a foole: whether he be angry or laugh, there is no rest
29:10The bloodthirstie hate the righteous: but the iust seeke his soule
29:11A foole vttereth all his mynde at once: but a wyse man kepeth it in tyll afterwarde
29:12If a prince delight in lyes, all his seruauntes are vngodly
29:13The poore and the lender meete together, and the Lorde lyghteneth both their eyes
29:14The seate of the kyng that faithfully iudgeth the poore, shall continue sure for euermore
29:15The rodde and correction geueth wisdome: but a childe left to his owne will, bryngeth his mother to shame
29:16When the vngodly are multiplied, wickednesse encreaseth: but the ryghteous shall see their fall
29:17Nurture thy sonne with correction, and thou shalt be at rest: yea, he shall do thee good at thine heart
29:18When the worde of God is not preached, the people perishe: but well is hym that kepeth the lawe
29:19A stubbourne seruaunt wyll not be the better for wordes: for though he vnderstande, yet will he not regarde them
29:20Seest thou a man that is hastie to speake vnaduisedly? there is more hope in a foole then in hym
29:21He that delicately bryngeth vp his seruaunt from a chylde, shall make hym his maister at length
29:22An angry man stirreth vp strife, and he that beareth euyll will in his mynde doth much euyll
29:23After pryde commeth a fall: but a lowly spirite bryngeth great worshyp
29:24Who so is partner with a thiefe, hateth his owne soule: he heareth blasphemie and telleth it not foorth
29:25He that feareth men shall haue a fall: but who so putteth his trust in the Lorde, is without daunger
29:26Many there be that seke the princes fauour: but euery mans iudgement commeth from the Lorde
29:27The righteous abhorreth the vngodlye: and the wicked hateth hym that is in the ryght way

29:11A foole powreth out all his minde: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterward.
29:12Of a prince that hearkeneth to lyes, all his seruants are wicked.
29:13The poore and the vsurer meete together, and the Lord lighteneth both their eyes.
29:14A King that iudgeth the poore in trueth, his throne shalbe established for euer.
29:15The rodde and correction giue wisdome: but a childe set a libertie, maketh his mother ashamed.
29:16When the wicked are increased, transgression increaseth: but ye righteous shall see their fall.
29:17Correct thy sonne and he will giue thee rest, and will giue pleasures to thy soule.
29:18Where there is no vision, the people decay: but he that keepeth the Lawe, is blessed.
29:19A seruant will not be chastised with words: though he vnderstand, yet he will not answere.
29:20Seest thou a man hastie in his matters? there is more hope of a foole, then of him.
29:21He that delicately bringeth vp his seruant from youth, at length he will be euen as his sone.
29:22An angrie man stirreth vp strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.
29:23The pride of a man shall bring him lowe: but the humble in spirit shall enioy glory.
29:24He that is partner with a thiefe, hateth his owne soule: he heareth cursing, and declareth it not.
29:25The feare of man bringeth a snare: but he that trusteth in the Lord, shalbe exalted.
29:26Many doe seeke the face of the ruler: but euery mans iudgement commeth from the Lord.
29:27A wicked man is abomination to the iust, and he that is vpright in his way, is abomination to the wicked.
