30:1	And thou shalt make an altar to burn incense upon: of shittim wood shalt thou make it.
30:2	A cubit shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be: and two cubits shall be the height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of the same.
30:3	And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a crown of gold round about.
30:4	And two golden rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for places for the staves to bear it withal.
30:5	And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.
30:6	And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.
30:7	And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.
30:8	And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.
30:9	Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.
30:10	And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the LORD.
30:11	And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
30:12	When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.
30:13	This they shall give, every one that passeth among them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs:) an half shekel shall be the offering of the LORD.
30:14	Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the LORD.
30:15	The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering unto the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.
30:16	And thou shalt take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; that it may be a memorial unto the children of Israel before the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.
30:17	And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
30:18	Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein.
30:19	For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat:
30:20	When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD:
30:21	So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.
30:22	Moreover the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
30:23	Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,
30:24	And of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin:
30:25	And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.
30:26	And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the congregation therewith, and the ark of the testimony,
30:27	And the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense,
30:28	And the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot.
30:29	And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.
30:30	And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.
30:31	And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.
30:32	Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
30:33	Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.
30:34	And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:
30:35	And thou shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered together, pure and holy:
30:36	And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.
30:37	And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves according to the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy for the LORD.
30:38	Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his people.


30:1	ועשׂית מזבח מקטר קטרת עצי שׁטים תעשׂה אתו׃
30:2	אמה ארכו ואמה רחבו רבוע יהיה ואמתים קמתו ממנו קרנתיו׃
30:3	וצפית אתו זהב טהור את גגו ואת קירתיו סביב ואת קרנתיו ועשׂית לו זר זהב סביב׃
30:4	ושׁתי טבעת זהב תעשׂה לו מתחת לזרו על שׁתי צלעתיו תעשׂה על שׁני צדיו והיה לבתים לבדים לשׂאת אתו בהמה׃
30:5	ועשׂית את הבדים עצי שׁטים וצפית אתם זהב׃
30:6	ונתתה אתו לפני הפרכת אשׁר על ארן העדת לפני הכפרת אשׁר על העדת אשׁר אועד לך שׁמה׃
30:7	והקטיר עליו אהרן קטרת סמים בבקר בבקר בהיטיבו את הנרת יקטירנה׃
30:8	ובהעלת אהרן את הנרת בין הערבים יקטירנה קטרת תמיד לפני יהוה לדרתיכם׃
30:9	לא תעלו עליו קטרת זרה ועלה ומנחה ונסך לא תסכו עליו׃
30:10	וכפר אהרן על קרנתיו אחת בשׁנה מדם חטאת הכפרים אחת בשׁנה יכפר עליו לדרתיכם קדשׁ קדשׁים הוא ליהוה׃
30:11	וידבר יהוה אל משׁה לאמר׃
30:12	כי תשׂא את ראשׁ בני ישׂראל לפקדיהם ונתנו אישׁ כפר נפשׁו ליהוה בפקד אתם ולא יהיה בהם נגף בפקד אתם׃
30:13	זה יתנו כל העבר על הפקדים מחצית השׁקל בשׁקל הקדשׁ עשׂרים גרה השׁקל מחצית השׁקל תרומה ליהוה׃
30:14	כל העבר על הפקדים מבן עשׂרים שׁנה ומעלה יתן תרומת יהוה׃
30:15	העשׁיר לא ירבה והדל לא ימעיט ממחצית השׁקל לתת את תרומת יהוה לכפר על נפשׁתיכם׃
30:16	ולקחת את כסף הכפרים מאת בני ישׂראל ונתת אתו על עבדת אהל מועד והיה לבני ישׂראל לזכרון לפני יהוה לכפר על נפשׁתיכם׃
30:17	וידבר יהוה אל משׁה לאמר׃
30:18	ועשׂית כיור נחשׁת וכנו נחשׁת לרחצה ונתת אתו בין אהל מועד ובין המזבח ונתת שׁמה מים׃
30:19	ורחצו אהרן ובניו ממנו את ידיהם ואת רגליהם׃
30:20	בבאם אל אהל מועד ירחצו מים ולא ימתו או בגשׁתם אל המזבח לשׁרת להקטיר אשׁה ליהוה׃
30:21	ורחצו ידיהם ורגליהם ולא ימתו והיתה להם חק עולם לו ולזרעו לדרתם׃
30:22	וידבר יהוה אל משׁה לאמר׃
30:23	ואתה קח לך בשׂמים ראשׁ מר דרור חמשׁ מאות וקנמן בשׂם מחציתו חמשׁים ומאתים וקנה בשׂם חמשׁים ומאתים׃
30:24	וקדה חמשׁ מאות בשׁקל הקדשׁ ושׁמן זית הין׃
30:25	ועשׂית אתו שׁמן משׁחת קדשׁ רקח מרקחת מעשׂה רקח שׁמן משׁחת קדשׁ יהיה׃
30:26	ומשׁחת בו את אהל מועד ואת ארון העדת׃
30:27	ואת השׁלחן ואת כל כליו ואת המנרה ואת כליה ואת מזבח הקטרת׃
30:28	ואת מזבח העלה ואת כל כליו ואת הכיר ואת כנו׃
30:29	וקדשׁת אתם והיו קדשׁ קדשׁים כל הנגע בהם יקדשׁ׃
30:30	ואת אהרן ואת בניו תמשׁח וקדשׁת אתם לכהן׃
30:31	ואל בני ישׂראל תדבר לאמר שׁמן משׁחת קדשׁ יהיה זה לי לדרתיכם׃
30:32	על בשׂר אדם לא ייסך ובמתכנתו לא תעשׂו כמהו קדשׁ הוא קדשׁ יהיה׃
30:33	אישׁ אשׁר ירקח כמהו ואשׁר יתן ממנו על זר ונכרת מעמיו׃
30:34	ויאמר יהוה אל משׁה קח לך סמים נטף ושׁחלת וחלבנה סמים ולבנה זכה בד בבד יהיה׃
30:35	ועשׂית אתה קטרת רקח מעשׂה רוקח ממלח טהור קדשׁ׃
30:36	ושׁחקת ממנה הדק ונתתה ממנה לפני העדת באהל מועד אשׁר אועד לך שׁמה קדשׁ קדשׁים תהיה׃
30:37	והקטרת אשׁר תעשׂה במתכנתה לא תעשׂו לכם קדשׁ תהיה לך ליהוה׃
30:38	אישׁ אשׁר יעשׂה כמוה להריח בה ונכרת מעמיו׃


30:1	`And thou hast made an altar `for' making perfume; `of' shittim wood thou dost make it;
30:2	a cubit its length, and a cubit its breadth, (it is square), and two cubits its height; its horns `are' of the same.
30:3	`And thou hast overlaid it with pure gold, its top, and its sides round about, and its horns; and thou hast made to it a crown of gold round about;
30:4	and two rings of gold thou dost make to it under its crown; on its two ribs thou dost make `them', on its two sides, and they have become places for staves, to bear it with them.
30:5	`And thou hast made the staves of shittim wood, and hast overlaid them with gold;
30:6	and thou hast put it before the vail, which `is' by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy-seat which `is' over the testimony, whither I am met with thee.
30:7	`And Aaron hath made perfume on it, perfume of spices, morning by morning; in his making the lamps right he doth perfume it,
30:8	and in Aaron's causing the lamps to go up between the evenings, he doth perfume it; a continual perfume before Jehovah to your generations.
30:9	`Ye do not cause strange perfume to go up upon it, and burnt-offering, and present, and libation ye do not pour out on it;
30:10	and Aaron hath made atonement on its horns, once in a year, by the blood of the sin-offering of atonements; once in a year doth he make atonement for it, to your generations; it `is' most holy to Jehovah.'
30:11	And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
30:12	`When thou takest up the sum of the sons of Israel for their numbers, then they have given each an atonement `for' his soul to Jehovah in their being numbered, and there is no plague among them in their being numbered.
30:13	`This they do give, every one passing over unto those numbered, half a shekel, by the shekel of the sanctuary (the shekel `is' twenty gerahs); half a shekel `is' the heave-offering to Jehovah;
30:14	every one passing over unto those numbered, from a son of twenty years and upwards, doth give the heave-offering of Jehovah;
30:15	the rich doth not multiply, and the poor doth not diminish from the half-shekel, to give the heave-offering of Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.
30:16	`And thou hast taken the atonement-money from the sons of Israel, and hast given it for the service of the tent of meeting; and it hath been to the sons of Israel for a memorial before Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.'
30:17	And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
30:18	`And thou hast made a laver of brass (and its base of brass), for washing; and thou hast put it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and hast put water there;
30:19	and Aaron and his sons have washed at it their hands and their feet,
30:20	in their going in unto the tent of meeting they wash `with' water, and die not; or in their drawing nigh unto the altar to minister, to perfume a fire-offering to Jehovah,
30:21	then they have washed their hands and their feet, and they die not, and it hath been to them a statute age-during, to him and to his seed to their generations.'
30:22	And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
30:23	`And thou, take to thyself principal spices, wild honey five hundred `shekels'; and spice-cinnamon, the half of that, two hundred and fifty; and spice-cane two hundred and fifty;
30:24	and cassia five hundred, by the shekel of the sanctuary, and olive oil a hin;
30:25	and thou hast made it a holy anointing oil, a compound mixture, work of a compounder; it is a holy anointing oil.
30:26	`And thou hast anointed with it the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony,
30:27	and the table and all its vessels, and the candlestick and its vessels, and the altar of perfume,
30:28	and the altar of burnt-offering and all its vessels, and the laver and its base;
30:29	and thou hast sanctified them, and they have been most holy; all that is coming against them is holy;
30:30	and Aaron and his sons thou dost anoint, and hast sanctified them for being priests to Me.
30:31	`And unto the sons of Israel thou dost speak, saying, A holy anointing oil is this to Me, to your generations;
30:32	on flesh of man it is not poured, and with its proper proportion ye make none like it; it `is' holy; it is holy to you;
30:33	a man who compoundeth `any' like it, or who putteth of it on a stranger -- hath even been cut off from his people.'
30:34	And Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Take to thee spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum, spices and pure frankincense; they are part for part;
30:35	and thou hast made it a perfume, a compound, work of a compounder, salted, pure, holy;
30:36	and thou hast beaten `some' of it small, and hast put of it before the testimony, in the tent of meeting, whither I am met with thee; most holy it is to you.
30:37	`As to the perfume which thou makest, with its proper proportion ye do not make to yourselves, holy it is to thee to Jehovah;
30:38	a man who maketh `any' like it -- to be refreshed by it -- hath even been cut off from his people.'
