Isaiah - Chapter: 27

>
27:1In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sworde shall punish Leuiathan the piercing serpent, euen Leuiathan that crooked serpent, and hee shall slay the dragon that is in the Sea.
27:2In that day, sing yee vnto her; A vineyard of red wine.
27:3I the Lord doe keepe it; I will water it euery moment: lest any hurt it, I will keepe it night and day.
27:4Furie is not in mee: who would set the briars and thornes against me in battell? I would goe through them, I would burne them together.
27:5Or let him take holde of my strength, that he may make peace with me, and he shall make peace with me.
27:6Hee shall cause them that come of Iacob to take roote: Israel shall blossome and budde, and fill the face of the world with fruite.
27:7Hath hee smitten him, as hee smote those that smote him? or is hee slaine according to the slaughter of them that are slaine by him?
27:8In measure when it shooteth foorth, thou wilt debate with it: hee stayeth his rough winde in the day of the East winde.
27:9By this therefore shall the iniquitie of Iacob be purged, and this is all the fruit, to take away his sinne: when he maketh all the stones of the Altar as chalke stones, that are beaten in sunder, the groues and images shall not stand vp.
27:10Yet the defenced citie shall be desolate, and the habitation forsaken, and left like a wildernesse: there shall the calfe feede, and there shall he lie downe, and consume the branches thereof.
27:11When the boughes thereof are withered, they shall be broken off: the women come and set them on fire: for it is a people of no vnderstanding: therefore hee that made them will not haue mercie on them, and hee that formed them, will shewe them no fauour.
27:12And it shall come to passe in that day, that the Lord shall beate off from the chanell of the riuer vnto the streame of Egypt, and ye shall bee gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.
27:13And it shall come to passe in that day, that the great trumpet shall bee blowen, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Ierusalem.

27:1In that day the Lord with his sore and great and mightie sword shall visite Liuiathan, that pearcing serpent, euen Liuiathan, that crooked serpent, and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
27:2In that daye sing of the vineyarde of redde wine.
27:3I the Lord doe keepe it: I will water it euery moment: least any assaile it, I will keepe it night and day.
27:4Anger is not in mee: who would set the briers and the thornes against me in battel? I would go through them, I would burne them together.
27:5Or will he feele my strength, that he may make peace with me, and be at one with me?
27:6Hereafter, Iaakob shall take roote: Israel shall florish and growe, and the world shall be filled with fruite.
27:7Hath hee smitten him as hee smote those that smote him? or is hee slaine according to the slaughter of them that were slaine by him?
27:8In measure in the branches thereof wilt thou contende with it, when he bloweth with his rough winde in the day of the East winde.
27:9By this therefore shall the iniquitie of Iaakob be purged, and this is all the fruit, the taking away of his sinne: whe he shall make all the stones of the altars, as chalke stones broken in pieces, that the groues and images may not stand vp.
27:10Yet the defenced citie shalbe desolate, and the habitation shalbe forsaken, and left like a wildernes. There shall the calfe feede, and there shall he lie, and consume the branches thereof.
27:11When the boughes of it are drie, they shalbe broken: the women come, and set them on fire: for it is a people of none vnderstading: therefore hee that made them, shall not haue compassion of them, and he that formed them, shall haue no mercie on them.
27:12And in that day shall the Lord thresh from the chanell of the Riuer vnto the riuer of Egypt, and ye shalbe gathered, one by one, O children of Israel.
27:13In that day also shall the great trumpet be blowen, and they shall come, which perished in the land of Asshur: and they that were chased into the lande of Egypt, and they shall worship the Lord in the holy Mount at Ierusalem.

27:1In that daye, the Lorde wt his sore, great and myghtye swearde shall viset Leuiathan the fugityue serpent, euen Leuiathan that croked serpent, and he shall slaye the dragon that is in the see.
27:2In that daye, se that ye syng of the congregatyon which is the vyneiard, that bringeth forth the best wyne.
27:3Euen I the Lorde do kepe it. In due seasons shall I water it, & lest the enemye do it any harme, I will both nyght and daye preserue it. There is no displeasure in me,
27:4els (when the vyneiarde bringeth me forth breers & thornes) I wold go thorow it by warre, & burne it vp together.
27:5Let it take holde of my strength, and it shalbe at one wt me, euen at one shall it be with me.
27:6The dayes are commyng, that Iacob shall take rote. Israel shalbe grene & floryshe, and the worlde shalbe fylled with frute.
27:7Hath he smytten him as sore, as he did the other that smote him? Or is he slain wt so sore a slaughter as they that slew hym?
27:8In measure doth he smyte him, whyle he sendeth vnto him soch thinges, wherby he commeth to hys mynde agayne. For in the daye that the east wynde bloweth sore, it taketh awaye the frutes.
27:9Thus therfore shall the iniquytie of Iacob be reconcyled, and here is all the frute of the takynge awaye of his synne, yf he make all the stones of the aultars of ydolles, as chalke stones that are beaten in sunder, that theyr groues and ymages ryse not vp agayne.
27:10Els, shall the stronge citye be desolate, & the habitation forsaken & left lyke a wildernes. There shall the calfe fede, & ther shall he lye, & eate vp the graffes therof.
27:11When the braunches of it are drie, they are broken of, & the wemen come, and set them on fyer. For it is a people of no vnderstanding, & therfore he that made them, shall not fauoure them, and he that created them, shall geue them no grace.
27:12And in that daye shall the Lorde make a thresshing from the middes of the riuer Euphrates vnto the riuer of Egipt: and ye children of Israel shalbe gathered together one to another.
27:13In that daye shall the great trompe be blowne, so that they which were lost in the lande of Assiria: & they that were banisshed into the lande of Egipt, shall come and worshyp the Lorde in the holy mount at Ierusalem:
