| 41:1 | Afterward he brought me to the Temple, and measured the posts, six cubites broad on the one side, and sixe cubites broad on the other side, which was the bredth of the Tabernacle. |
| 41:2 | And the bredth of the doore was tenne cubites, and the sides of the doore were fiue cubites on the one side, and fiue cubites on the other side, and he measured the length thereof fortie cubites, and the bredth twentie cubites. |
| 41:3 | Then went he inward, and measured the post of the doore two cubites, and the doore sixe cubites, and the bredth of the doore seuen cubites. |
| 41:4 | So he measured the length therof twentie cubites, and the bredth twentie cubites before the temple, and he said vnto me; This is the most holy place. |
| 41:5 | After he measured the wall of the house sixe cubites, and the bredth of euerie side-chamber foure cubites round about the house on euery side. |
| 41:6 | And the side-chambers were three, one ouer an other, and thirtie in order, and they entred into the wall which was of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might haue hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house. |
| 41:7 | And there was an enlarging and a winding about still vpward to the side-chambers, for the winding about of the house went still vpward round about the house: therefore the bredth of the house was still vpward, and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the middest. |
| 41:8 | I saw also the height of the house round about; the foundations of the side-chambers were a full reede of sixe great cubites. |
| 41:9 | The thicknesse of the wall which was for the side chamber without, was fiue cubites, and that which was left, was the place of the side-chambers that were within. |
| 41:10 | And betweene the chambers was the widenesse of twentie cubites round about the house on euery side. |
| 41:11 | And the doores of the side-chambers were toward the place that was left, one doore toward the North, and an other doore toward the South, and the bredth of the place that was left, was fiue cubites round about. |
| 41:12 | Now the building that was before the seperate place, at the end toward the West, was seuenty cubites broad, and the wall of the building was fiue cubites thicke round about, and the length thereof ninety cubites. |
| 41:13 | So he measured the house, an hundreth cubites long, and the separate place and the building with the walles thereof, an hundreth cubites long. |
| 41:14 | Also the bredth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the East, an hundreth cubites. |
| 41:15 | And he measured the length of the building ouer against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side, and on the other side an hundreth cubites with the inner temple, and the porches of the court. |
| 41:16 | The doore-posts and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, ouer against the doore sieled with wood round about, and from the ground vp to the windows, & the windows were couered. |
| 41:17 | To that aboue the doore, euen vnto the inner house and without, and by all the wall round about within and without by measure. |
| 41:18 | And it was made with Cherubims and Palme trees, so that a Palme tree was betweene a Cherub and a Cherub, and euery Cherub had two faces. |
| 41:19 | So that the face of a man was toward the Palme-tree on the one side, and the face of a yong lyon toward the Palme-tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about. |
| 41:20 | From the ground vnto aboue the doore were Cherubims and Palme-trees made, & on the wall of the temple. |
| 41:21 | The postes of the Temple were squared, and the face of the Sanctuary, the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other. |
| 41:22 | The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof and the length thereof and the walles thereof were of wood: and hee said vnto mee; This is the Table that is before the Lord. |
| 41:23 | And the Temple and the Sanctuarie had two doores. |
| 41:24 | And the doores had two leaues a piece, two turning leaues, two leaues for the one doore, and two leaues for the other doore. |
| 41:25 | And there were made on them, on the doores of the Temple, Cherubims and Palme-trees, like as were made vpon the walles, and there were thicke planckes vpon the face of the porch without. |
| 41:26 | And there were narrow windowes and Palme-trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and vpon the side chambers of the house, and thicke plankes. |
| 41:1 | Afterward, hee brought mee to the Temple, and measured the postes, sixe cubites broade on the one side, and sixe cubites broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the Tabernacle. |
| 41:2 | And the breadth of the entrie was tenne cubites, and the sides of the entrie were fiue cubites on the one side, and fiue cubites on the other side, and hee measured the length thereof fourtie cubites, and the breadth twentie cubites. |
| 41:3 | Then went hee in, and measured the postes of the entrie two cubites, and the entrie sixe cubites, and the breadth of the entrie seuen cubites. |
| 41:4 | So he measured the length thereof twentie cubites, and the breadth twentie cubites before the Temple. And he sayde vnto mee, This is the most holy place. |
| 41:5 | After, he measured the wall of the house, sixe cubites, and the breadth of euery chamber foure cubites rounde about the house, on euery side. |
| 41:6 | And the chambers were chamber vpon chaber, three and thirtie foote high, and they entred into the wall made for the chambers which was round about the house, that the postes might bee fastened therein, and not be fastened in the wall of the house. |
| 41:7 | And it was large and went rounde mounting vpwarde to the chambers: for the staire of the house was mounting vpwarde, rounde about the house: therefore the house was larger vpward: so they went vp from the lowest chamber to the highest by the middes. |
| 41:8 | I sawe also the house hie rounde about: the foundations of the chambers were a full reede of fixe great cubites. |
| 41:9 | The thickenesse of the wall which was for the chamber without, was fiue cubites, and that which remained, was the place of the chambers that were within. |
| 41:10 | And betweene the chambers was the widenes of twentie cubites round about the House on euery side. |
| 41:11 | And the doores of the chambers were toward the place that remained, one doore toward the North, and another doore toward the South, and the breadth of the place that remained, was fiue cubites round about. |
| 41:12 | Nowe the building that was before the separate place toward the West corner, was seuentie cubites broad, and the wall of the building was fiue cubites thick, round about, and ye length ninetie cubites. |
| 41:13 | So he measured the house an hundreth cubites long, and the separate place and the building with the walles thereof were an hundreth cubites long. |
| 41:14 | Also the breadth of the forefront of the house and of the separate place towarde the East, was an hundreth cubites. |
| 41:15 | And hee measured the length of the building, ouer against the separate place, which was behinde it, and the chambers on the one side and on the other side an hundreth cubites with the Temple within, and the arches of the court. |
| 41:16 | The postes and the narowe windowes, and the chambers round about, on three sides ouer against the postes, sieled with cedar wood rounde about, and from the ground vp to the windowes, and the windowes were sieled. |
| 41:17 | And from aboue the doore vnto the inner house and without, and by all the wall rounde about within and without it was sieled according to the measure. |
| 41:18 | And it was made with Cherubims and palme trees, so that a palme tree was betweene a Cherub and a Cherub: and euery Cherub had two faces. |
| 41:19 | So that the face of a man was towarde the palme tree on the one side, and the face of a lyon toward the palme tree on the other side: thus was it made through all the house round about. |
| 41:20 | From the grounde vnto aboue the doore were Cherubims and palme trees made as in the wall of the Temple. |
| 41:21 | The postes of the Temple were squared, and thus to looke vnto was the similitude and forme of the Sanctuarie. |
| 41:22 | The altar of wood was three cubites hie, and the length thereof two cubites, and the corners thereof and the length thereof and the sides thereof were of wood. And he sayd vnto me, This is the table that shalbe before the Lord. |
| 41:23 | And the Temple and the Sanctuarie had two doores. |
| 41:24 | And the doores had two wickets, euen two turning wickets, two wickets for one doore, and two wickets for another doore. |
| 41:25 | And vpon the doores of the Temple there were made Cherubims and palmetrees, like as was made vpon the walles, and there were thicke plankes vpon the forefront of the porch without. |
| 41:26 | And there were narow windowes and palme trees on the one side, and on the other side, by the sides of the porch, and vpon ye sides of the house, and thicke plankes. |
| 41:1 | After this, he brought me to the temple, and measured the postes, which were of both sydes syxe cubites thicke, accordyng to the widenes of the tabernacle. |
| 41:2 | The bredth of the dore was .x. cubites, & the walles of the dore on eyther syde .v. cubites. He measured the length therof, which conteyned .xl. cubites, & the bredth .xx. |
| 41:3 | Then went he in & measured the dore postes: which were two cubites thicke: but the dore it selfe was syxe cubites, and the bredth of the dore was, .vij. cubites. |
| 41:4 | He measured the length and bredth therof, which were euery one .xx. cubites, before the temple. And he sayde vnto me: this is the holiest of all. |
| 41:5 | He measured also the wall of the house, which was .vi. cubites. The chambres that stode rounde about the house, were euery one .iiij. cubites wyde: |
| 41:6 | and one stode harde vpon another, wherof ther were .xxxiij. ther stode postes beneth by the walles rounde about the house, to beare them vp: but in the wall of the house, they were not fastened. |
| 41:7 | The syde chambres were, the hyer the wyder, & had steppes thorowe them rounde about the house. Thus was it wyder aboue, that from the lowest men myght go to the hyest by the mydd chambres. |
| 41:8 | I sawe also that the house was very hye rounde aboute. The foundacyon of the syde chambres was a meterodde, that is .vi. cubites broade. |
| 41:9 | The thicknes of the syde wall without, conteined .v. cubites, and so dyd the outwall of the chambres in the house. |
| 41:10 | Betwene the chambres was the wydenes .xx. cubites rounde about the house. |
| 41:11 | The chambre dores stode ouer agaynst the outwall, the one dore was toward the north, the other towarde the south: and the thycknesse of the outwall was .v. cubites rounde about |
| 41:12 | Nowe the buylding that was separated towarde the west, was .lxx. cubites wyde: the wall of the buylding was .v. cubytes thicke rounde about, and the length foure score cubites & ten. |
| 41:13 | So he measured the house which was an .C. cubytes longe, and the separated buylding with the wall were an .C. cubytes longe also. |
| 41:14 | The wydenes before the house, and of it that was separated towarde the east, was an .C. cubytes. |
| 41:15 | And he measured the length of the buylding before and behynde with the chambres vpon both the sydes: and it conteyned an .C. cubytes. The ynnermer temple, the porch of the fore court, |
| 41:16 | the syde postes, these thre had syde wyndowes and pyllers rounde about ouer agaynst the postes, from the grounde vp to the wyndowes. The wyndowes them selues were syled ouer with bordes: |
| 41:17 | and thus was it aboue the dore vnto the ynmost house: and without also. Yee, the whole wall on euery syde both within and without was silled ouer with great borders. |
| 41:18 | There were cherubins and date trees made also, so that one date tree stode euer betwixte to cherubyns. One cherub had two faces, |
| 41:19 | the face of a man lokyng asyde toward the date tree, & a lions face on the other syde. Thus was it made rounde about in all the house. |
| 41:20 | Yee, the cherubyns and date trees were made from the grounde vp aboue the dore, and so stode they also vpon the wall of the temple. |
| 41:21 | The bypostes of the temple were fouresquared, and the fashyon of the sanctuarye was euen as it appeared vnto me afore in the vision. |
| 41:22 | The table was of wodde .iij. cubites hye and .ij. cubytes longe: hys corners, the length & the walles were of wodde. And he sayde vnto me: Thys is the table, that shall stande before the Lorde. |
| 41:23 | The temple and the holyest of all had eyther of them two dores. |
| 41:24 | and euery dore had .ij. lytle wyckettes which were folden in one vpon another, on euery side two. |
| 41:25 | And vpon the dores of the temple, ther were made cherubins and date trees, like as vpon the walles: and a greate thycke balke of wodde was before on the out syde of the porche. |
| 41:26 | Upon both the sydes of the walles of the porch, there were made depe wyndowes and date trees, hauyng beames and balkes, lyke as the house had. |
