| 6:1 | And I turned, and lift vp mine eyes, and looked, and beholde, there came foure charets out from betweene two mountaines, and the mountaines were mountaines of brasse. |
| 6:2 | In the first charet were red horses, and in the second charet, blacke horses. |
| 6:3 | And in the third charet white horses, and in the fourth charet grisled and bay horses. |
| 6:4 | Then I answered, and said vnto the Angel that talked with mee, What are these, my Lord ? |
| 6:5 | And the Angel answered and said vnto me, These are the foure spirits of the heauens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. |
| 6:6 | The blacke horses which are therin, goe forth into the North countrey, and the white goe forth after them, and the grisled goe forth toward the South countrey. |
| 6:7 | And the baye went foorth, and sought to goe, that they might walke to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get ye hence, walke to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth. |
| 6:8 | Then cried he vpon me, and spake vnto me, saying, Behold, these that goe toward the North countrey, haue quieted my spirit, in the North countrey. |
| 6:9 | And the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying, |
| 6:10 | Take of them of the captiuitie, euen of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Iedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Iosiah the son of Zephaniah. |
| 6:11 | Then take siluer, and golde, and make crownes, and set them vpon the head of Ioshua the sonne of Iosedech, the high priest. |
| 6:12 | And speake vnto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hostes, saying, Behold, the man whose name is the Branch, and he shall growe vp out of his place, and he shall build the Temple of the Lord: |
| 6:13 | Euen he shall build the temple of the Lord, and he shal beare the glory, and shall sit and rule vpon his throne, and he shall be a priest vpon his throne, and the counsell of peace shall bee betweene them both. |
| 6:14 | And the crownes shall bee to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Iedaiah, and to Hen the sonne of Zephaniah for a memoriall, in the Temple of the Lord. |
| 6:15 | And they that are farre off, shall come and build in the Temple of the Lord, and ye shall knowe that the Lord of hosts hath sent me vnto you. And this shall come to passe, if ye will diligently obey the voyce of the Lord your God. |

| 6:4 | Then spake I, and sayde vnto the angel that talked with me: O lorde, what are these? |
| 6:5 | The angel answered, & sayde vnto me: These are the iiij. wyndes of the heauen, which be come forth to stode before the ruler of all ye earth. |
| 6:6 | That with the blacke horse wente in to the londe of the north, & the whyte folowed the, and the sprekled horses wente forth towarde the south. |
| 6:7 | These horses were very stronge, & wente out: and sought to go and take their iourney ouer the whole earth. And he sayde: get you hence, and go thorow the worlde. So they wete thorow out the worlde. |
| 6:8 | Then cried he vpon me, and spake vnto me, sayenge: Beholde, these that go towarde ye north, shal still my wrath in the north countre. |
| 6:9 | And the worde of the LORDE came vnto me, sayenge: |
| 6:10 | Take of the presoners that are come from Babilon: namely, Heldai, Tobias and Idaia: & come thou the same daye, and go into the house of Iosias the sonne of Sophony. |
| 6:11 | Then take golde and syluer, and make crownes therof, and set them vpon the heade of Iesua the sonne of Iosedec, the hie prest, |
| 6:12 | and speake vnto him: Thus saieth the LORDE of hoostes: Beholde, the man whose name is the braunch: & he that shall springe vp after him, shal buylde vp the temple of the LORDE: |
| 6:13 | yee euen he shall buylde vp the temple of the LORDE. He shal beare the prayse, he shall syt vpon the LORDES trone, and haue the dominaciou. A prest shall he be also vpon his trone, & a peaceable councell shalbe betwixte them both. |
| 6:14 | And the crownes shal be in the temple of the LORDE, for a remembraunce vnto Helem, Tobias, Idaia and Hen the sonne of Sophony. And soch as be farre of, shal come and buylde the temple of the LORDE: |
| 6:15 | that ye maye knowe, how that the LORDE of hoostes hath sent me vnto you. And this shal come to passe, yf ye wil herken diligently vnto the voyce of the LORDE youre God. |
| 6:1 | And Y was conuertid, and reiside myn iyen, and siy, and lo! foure horsid cartis goynge out of the myddil of tweyne hillis, and the hillis weren hillis of bras. |

| 6:4 | And Y answeride, and seide to the aungel that spak in me, What ben these thingis, my lord? |
| 6:5 | And the aungel aunsweride, and seide to me, These ben foure wyndis of heuene, whiche goen out, that thei stonde bifor the lordschipere of al erthe. |
| 6:6 | In which weren blake horsis, wenten out in to the lond of the north; and the white wenten out aftir hem; and the dyuerse wenten out to the lond of the south. |
| 6:7 | Forsothe thei that weren strengeste wenten out, and souyten for to go, and renne aboute bi al erthe. And he seide, Go ye, and walke ye thorouy the erthe. And thei walkiden thorouy erthe. |
| 6:8 | And he clepide me, and spak to me, and seide, Lo! thei that goon out in to lond of north, maden my spirit for to reste in the lond of north. |
| 6:9 | And the word of the Lord was maad to me, and seide, |
| 6:10 | Take thou of the transmygracioun, ether caitiftee, of Oldai, and of Tobie, and of Idaye; and thou schalt come in that dai, and schalt entre in to the hous of Josie, sone of Sofonye, that camen fro Babiloyne. |
| 6:11 | And thou schalt take gold and siluer, and schalt make corouns, and putte on the heed of Jhesu, the greet preest, sone of Josedech; |
| 6:12 | and schalt speke to hym, and seie, The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, seiynge, Lo! a man, Comynge forth, ether Borun, is his name, and vndir him it schal sprynge. And he schal bilde a temple to the Lord, |
| 6:13 | and he schal make a temple to the Lord; and he schal bere glorie, and schal sitte, and schal be lord on his seete; and the preest schal be on his seete, and counsel of pees schal be bitwixe hem tweyne. |
| 6:14 | And corouns schulen be to Helem, and to Tobie, and to Idaie, and to Hen, sone of Sofonye, a memorial in the temple of the Lord. |
| 6:15 | And thei that ben fer, schulen come, and bilde in the temple of the Lord; and ye schulen wite, that the Lord of oostis sente me to you. Sotheli this thing schal be, if bi heryng ye schulen here the vois of youre Lord God. |
