>
9:1Then he entred into a shyppe & passed ouer and came into his owne citie.
9:2And, lo thei brought to him a man sycke of the palsye, lyinge in his bedde. And when Iesus sawe the faith of them he said to the sick of the palsie sonne be of good chere, thy sinnes be forgeuen the.
9:3And beholde certayne of the scribes sayd in them selues, thys man blasphemeth.
9:4And when Iesus sawe theyr thoughtes, he sayed: wherfor thinke ye euill in your hertes?
9:5Whether is easyer to saye, thy synnes be forgeuen the, or to saye: aryse and walke?
9:6That ye maye knowe that the sonne of man hath power to forgeue synnes in earth: then sayed he vnto the sicke of the palsie: aryse, take vp thy bed, and go home to thyne house.
9:7And he arose and departed to hys owne house.
9:8And when the people sawe it, they marueyled & glorifyed God whiche hath geuen suche power to men.
9:9And as Iesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man syt receyuyng of custome named Mathew, and sayd to hym: folow me.
9:10And he arose and folowed hym. And it came to passe, as he sate at meat in the house: beholde many Publicans, and synners came and sate doune also with Iesus and hys disciples.
9:11When the Phariseis sawe that, they sayed to hys disciples: why eateth your master with Publicans and synners?
9:12When Iesus heard that he sayed vnto them: The whole neade not the Phisicion, but they that are sicke.
9:13Go, and learne, what that meaneth: I haue pleasure in mercye, & not in offerynge. For I am not come to cal the ryghtuouse but the synners to repentaunce.
9:14Then came the disciples of Iohn to hym saying: why do we and the Pharises fast ofte: but thy disciples fast not?
9:15And Iesus sayd vnto them. Can the weddyng children morne as long as the bridegrome is with them? The tyme will come when the bridegrome shalbe taken from them, and then shal they faste:
9:16No man peceth an olde garment with a pece of newe clothe. For then taketh he awaye the pece agayne from the garment, and the rente is made greater.
9:17Nether do men put newe wyne into olde vessels, for then the vessels breake and the wyne runneth out, and the vessels peryshe. But they poure newe wyne into newe vessels, and so are both saued together.
9:18Whyles he thus spake vnto them, behold there came a certaine rueler, and worshipped him sayinge my doughter is euen now dyseased, but come and lay thy hand on her, and she shall lyue.
9:19And Iesus arose and folowed him with his disciples.
9:20And beholde, a woman which was diseased with an issue of bloude .xij. yeres, came behinde him and touched the hem of his vesture.
9:21For she said in her selfe: if I maye touche but euen his vesture only, I shalbe safe.
9:22Then Iesus tourned him about, & behelde her saynge: Doughter be of good comforth, thy faith hath made the safe. And she was made whole euen that same houre.
9:23And when Iesus came into the rulers house, and sawe the ministrels and the people raginge,
9:24he sayd vnto them: Get you hence, for the mayde is not dead, but slepeth. And they laughed him to scorne.
9:25Assone as the people were put forth, he went in and toke her by the hande, and the mayde arose.
9:26And this was noysed through out all that lande.
9:27And as Iesus departed thence, two blinde men folowed hym cryinge and sayinge: O thou sonne of Dauid haue mercy on vs.
9:28And when he was come into the house, the blynde came to him. And Iesus saide vnto them: Beleue ye that I am able to do this? And they sayde vnto him: ye Lorde.
9:29Then touched he their eyes, sayinge: accordinge to your fayth, be it vnto you.
9:30And their eyes were opened. And Iesus charged them sayinge: Se that no man knowe of it.
9:31But they assone as they were departed, spred abrode his name through out all the lande.
9:32As they were come out behold, a domme man possessed of a deuil, was brought to him.
9:33And as sone as the deuyl was cast out, the domme spake: And the people meruayled: sayinge: it was neuer so sene in Israell.
9:34But the pharyseis sayed: he casteth out deuils, by the power of the chiefe deuyl.
9:35And Iesus went aboute all cytyes and tounes, teachinge in their synagoges and preachinge the gladde tidinges of the kingdome, and healinge all maner sicknes and disease amonge the people.
9:36But when he sawe the people, he had compassyon on them, because they were pyned awaye, and scattred abroad, euen as shepe hauinge no shepeherde.
9:37Then sayde he to his disciples: the herueste is greate, but the labourers are fewe.
9:38Wherfore pray the Lord of the haruest to send forth labourers into his haruest.

9:1Then hee entred into a shippe, and passed ouer, and came into his owne citie.
9:2And loe, they brought to him a man sicke of the palsie, laid on a bed. And Iesus seeing their faith, saide to the sicke of the palsie, Sonne, be of good comfort: thy sinnes are forgiuen thee.
9:3And beholde, certaine of the Scribes saide with themselues, This man blasphemeth.
9:4But when Iesus saw their thoughts, he said, Wherefore thinke yee euil things in your hearts?
9:5For whether is it easier to say, Thy sinnes are forgiuen thee, or to say, Arise, and walke?
9:6And that ye may knowe that the Sonne of man hath authoritie in earth to forgiue sinnes, (then saide he vnto the sicke of the palsie,) Arise, take vp thy bed, and goe to thine house.
9:7And hee arose, and departed to his owne house.
9:8So when the multitude sawe it, they marueiled, and glorified God, which had giuen such authoritie to men.
9:9And as Iesus passed foorth from thence, hee sawe a man sitting at the custome, named Matthewe, and saide to him, Followe me. And he arose, and followed him.
9:10And it came to passe, as Iesus sate at meate in his house, beholde, many Publicanes and sinners, that came thither, sate downe at the table with Iesus and his disciples.
9:11And when the Pharises sawe that, they saide to his disciples, Why eateth your master with Publicanes and sinners?
9:12Nowe when Iesus heard it, hee sayde vnto them, The whole neede not a Physition, but they that are sicke.
9:13But goe yee and learne what this is, I will haue mercie, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but the sinners to repentance.
9:14Then came the disciples of Iohn to him, saying, Why doe we and the Pharises fast oft, and thy disciples fast not?
9:15And Iesus saide vnto them, Can the children of the marriage chamber mourne as long as the bridegrome is with them? But the daies will come, when the bridegrome shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
9:16Moreouer no man pieceth an olde garment with a piece of newe cloth: for that that should fill it vp, taketh away from the garment, and the breach is worse.
9:17Neither doe they put newe wine into olde vessels: for then the vessels would breake, and the wine woulde be spilt, and the vessels shoulde perish: but they put new wine into newe vessels, and so are both preserued.
9:18While hee thus spake vnto them, beholde, there came a certaine ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is nowe deceased, but come and laie thine hande on her, and shee shall liue.
9:19And Iesus arose and followed him with his disciples.
9:20(And beholde, a woman which was diseased with an issue of blood twelue yeres, came behinde him, and touched the hemme of his garment.
9:21For shee saide in her selfe, If I may touche but his garment onely, I shalbe whole.
9:22Then Iesus turned him about, and seeing her, did say, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole at that same moment.)
9:23Nowe when Iesus came into the Rulers house, and saw the minstrels and the multitude making noise,
9:24He said vnto them, Get you hence: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorne.
9:25And when the multitude were put foorth, hee went in and tooke her by the hande, and the maide arose.
9:26And this bruite went throughout all that lande.
9:27And as Iesus departed thence, two blinde men followed him, crying, and saying, O sonne of Dauid, haue mercie vpon vs.
9:28And when hee was come into the house, the blinde came to him, and Iesus saide vnto them, Beleeue yee that I am able to doe this? And they sayd vnto him, Yea, Lord.
9:29Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it vnto you.
9:30And their eyes were opened, and Iesus gaue them great charge, saying, See that no man knowe it.
9:31But when they were departed, they spread abroad his fame throughout all that land.
9:32And as they went out, beholde, they brought to him a domme man possessed with a deuill.
9:33And when the deuill was cast out, the domme spake: then the multitude marueiled, saying, The like was neuer seene in Israel.
9:34But the Pharises saide, He casteth out deuils, through the prince of deuils.
9:35And Iesus went about all cities and townes, teaching in their Synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the kingdome, and healing euery sickenesse and euery disease among the people.
9:36But when he saw the multitude, he had compassion vpon them, because they were dispersed, and scattered abroade, as sheepe hauing no shepheard.
9:37Then saide he to his disciples, Surely the haruest is great, but the labourers are fewe.
9:38Wherefore pray the Lord of the haruest, that he woulde sende foorth labourers into his haruest.

9:1And hee entred into a ship, and passed ouer, and came into his owne citie.
9:2And behold, they brought to him a man sicke of the palsie, lying on a bed: and Iesus seeing their faith, said vnto the sicke of the palsie, Sonne, be of good cheere, thy sinnes be forgiuen thee.
9:3And behold, certaine of the Scribes said within themselues, This man blasphemeth.
9:4And Iesus knowing their thoughts, said, Wherefore thinke yee euill in your hearts?
9:5For whether is easier to say, Thy sinnes be forgiuen thee: or to say, Arise, and walke?
9:6But that yee may know that the sonne of man hath power on earth to forgiue sinnes, (Then saith hee to the sicke of the palsie) Arise, take vp thy bed, and goe vnto thine house.
9:7And he arose, and departed to his house.
9:8But when the multitudes saw it, they marueiled, & glorified God, which had giuen such power vnto men.
9:9And as Iesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man named Matthew, sitting at the receite of custome: and he saith vnto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.
9:10And it came to passe, as Iesus sate at meate in the house, behold, many publicanes and sinners, came and sate downe with him and his Disciples.
9:11And when the Pharisees saw it, they said vnto his disciples, Why eateth your master with publicanes & sinners.
9:12But when Iesus heard that, hee said vnto them, They that be whole neede not a Physicion, but they that are sicke.

9:15And Iesus saide vnto them, Can the children of the bride-chamber mourne, as long as the bridegrome is with them? But the dayes will come when the bridegrome shall bee taken from them, and then shall they fast.
9:16No man putteth a piece of new cloth vnto an olde garment: for that which is put in to fill it vp, taketh from the garment, & the rent is made worse.
9:17Neither doe men put new wine into old bottels: else the bottels breake, and the wine runneth out, and the bottels perish: but they put new wine into new bottels, and both are preserued.
9:18While hee spake these things vnto them, beholde, there came a certaine ruler and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is euen now dead: but come, and lay thy hand vpon her, and she shall liue.
9:19And Iesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.
9:20(And behold, a woman which was diseased with an issue of blood twelue yeeres, came behinde him, and touched the hemme of his garment.
9:21For she said within her selfe, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

9:23And when Iesus came into the rulers house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,
9:24He said vnto them, Giue place, for the mayd is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorne.
9:25But when the people were put foorth, he went in, and tooke her by the hand: and the mayd arose.
9:26And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.
9:27And when Iesus departed thence, two blinde men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou sonne of Dauid, haue mercy on vs.

9:29Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith, bee it vnto you.
9:30And their eyes were opened: and Iesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
9:31But they, when they were departed, spread abroad his fame in all that countrey.
9:32As they went out, beholde, they brought to him a dumbe man possessed with a deuill.
9:33And when the deuil was cast out, the dumbe spake, and the multitudes marueiled, saying, It was neuer so seene in Israel.

9:35And Iesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their Synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the kingdome, and healing euery sickenesse, and euery disease among the people.
9:36But when he saw the multitudes, he was moued with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheepe hauing no shepheard.
9:37Then saith he vnto his disciples, The haruest truely is plenteous, but the labourers are few.
9:38Pray ye therefore the Lord of the haruest, that hee will send foorth labourers into his haruest.
