17:1	Then said he vnto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come, but wo vnto him through whom they come.
17:2	It were better for him that a milstone were hanged about his necke, and he cast into the Sea, then that he should offend one of these little ones.
17:3	Take heed to your selues: If thy brother trespasse against thee, rebuke him, and if he repent, forgiue him.
17:4	And if hee trespasse against thee seuen times in a day, and seuen times in a day turne againe to thee, saying, I repent, thou shalt forgiue him.
17:5	And the Apostles said vnto the Lord, Increase our faith.
17:6	And the Lord said, If yee had faith as a graine of mustard seede, yee might say vnto this Sycamine tree, Be thou plucked vp by the root, and be thou planted in the sea, & it should obey you.
17:7	But which of you hauing a seruant plowing, or feeding cattell, will say vnto him by & by when he is come from the field, Goe and sit downe to meate?
17:8	And will not rather say vnto him, Make ready wherewith I may suppe, and gird thy selfe, and serue me, till I haue eaten and drunken: and afterward thou shalt eate and drinke.
17:9	Doeth he thanke that seruant, because hee did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
17:10	So likewise ye, when ye shal haue done all those things which are commanded you, say, Wee are vnprofitable seruants: Wee haue done that which was our duety to doe.
17:11	And it came to passe, as he went to Hierusalem, that hee passed thorow the mids of Samaria and Galile.
17:12	And as he entred into a certaine village, there met him tenne men that were lepers, which stood afarre off.
17:13	And they lifted vp their voices, and said, Iesus master haue mercy on vs.
17:14	And when he saw them, hee said vnto them, Goe shew your selues vnto the Priests. And it came to passe, that as they went, they were cleansed.
17:15	And one of them when hee sawe that he was healed, turned backe, and with a loud voice glorified God,
17:16	And fell downe on his face at his feet, giuing him thanks: and he was a Samaritane.
17:17	And Iesus answering, said, Were there not ten cleansed, but where are the nine?
17:18	There are not found that returned to giue glory to God, saue this stranger.
17:19	And he said vnto him, Arise, go thy way, thy faith hath made thee whole.
17:20	And when hee was demanded of the Pharises, when the kingdome of God should come, hee answered them, and said, The kingdome of God commeth not with obseruation.
17:21	Neither shall they say, Loe here, or loe there: for behold, the kingdome of God is within you.
17:22	And hee said vnto the disciples, The dayes will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the dayes of the Sonne of man, and ye shall not see it.
17:23	And they shall say to you, See here, or see there: Goe not after them, nor follow them.
17:24	For as the lightning that lighteneth out of the one part vnder heauen, shineth vnto the other part vnder heauen: so shall also the Sonne of man be in his day.
17:25	But first must hee suffer many things, & be reiected of this generation.
17:26	And as it was in the dayes of Noe: so shal it be also in the dayes of the Sonne of man.
17:27	They did eate, they dranke, they married wiues, they were giuen in mariage, vntill the day that Noe entred into the arke: and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
17:28	Likewise also as it was in the dayes of Lot, they did eat, they dranke, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded:
17:29	But the same day that Lot went out of Sodome, it rained fire and brimstone from heauen, & destroyed them all:
17:30	Euen thus shall it bee in the day when the Sonne of man is reuealed.
17:31	In that day he which shall be vpon the house top, and his stuffe in the house, let him not come downe to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not returne backe.
17:32	Remember Lots wife.
17:33	Whosoeuer shall seeke to saue his life, shall lose it, and whosoeuer shall lose his life, shall preserue it.
17:34	I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shal be taken, the other shall be left.
17:35	Two women shall bee grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
17:36	Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
17:37	And they answered, and said vnto him, Where, Lord? And he said vnto them, Wheresoeuer the body is, thither will the Eagles be gathered together.

17:2	It were better for hym, that a mylstone were hanged about his necke, & he cast into the sea, then that he shoulde offende one of these litle ones.
17:3	Take heede to your selues: If thy brother trespasse agaynst thee, rebuke hym: and yf he repent, forgeue hym.
17:4	And though he sinne agaynst thee seuen tymes in a day, and seuen tymes in a day turne agayne to thee, saying, it repenteth me: thou shalt forgeue hym.
17:5	And the Apostles sayde vnto the Lorde: increase our fayth.
17:6	And the Lorde sayde: If ye had fayth [as much] as a grayne of mustarde seede, & should say vnto this Sycamine tree, plucke vp thy selfe by the rootes, and plant thy selfe in the sea, it shoulde obey you.
17:7	But which of you, hauyng a seruaunt plowyng, or feedyng cattell, woulde say vnto hym by & by when he were come from the fielde, go and syt downe at the table:
17:8	And woulde not rather say vnto hym, dresse, wherwith I may suppe, & gyrde vp thy selfe, and serue me, tyll I haue eaten and dronken, and afterward eate thou, and drynke thou?
17:9	Doth he thanke that seruaunt, because he dyd the thynges that were commaunded vnto hym? I trowe not.
17:10	So lykewyse ye, when ye haue done all those thynges which are commaunded you, say, We are vnprofitable seruauntes, We haue done that which was our duetie to do.
17:11	And so it was, as he went to Hierusalem, that he passed through the myddest of Samaria and Galilee.
17:12	And as he entred into a certayne towne, there met hym ten men that were lepers, which stoode a farre of,
17:13	And put foorth their voyces, & sayde: Iesu maister, haue mercie on vs.
17:14	When he sawe them, he sayde vnto them: Go shewe your selues vnto the priestes. And it came to passe, that as they went, they were clensed.
17:15	And one of them, when he sawe that he was healed, turned backe [agayne] and with a loude voyce praysed God:
17:16	And fell downe on his face at his feete, and gaue hym thankes: And the same was a Samaritane.
17:17	And Iesus aunswered, and sayde: Are there not ten clensed? But where are those nine?
17:18	There are not founde that returned agayne, to geue God prayse, saue [only] this straunger.
17:19	And he sayde vnto hym: aryse, go thy way, thy fayth hath made thee whole.
17:20	When he was demaunded of the pharisees, when the kyngdome of God shoulde come: he aunswered them, and sayde, The kyngdome of God shall not come with obseruation.
17:21	Neither shall they say, lo here, or lo there: For beholde, the kyngdome of God is within you.
17:22	And he sayde vnto the disciples: the dayes wyll come, when ye shall desyre to see one day of the sonne of man, and ye shall not see it.
17:23	And they shall say to you, See here, see there: Go not after them, nor folowe them.
17:24	For as the lyghtnyng, that lyghtneth out of the one part that is vnder heauen, and shyneth vnto the other part which is vnder heauen: so shall the sonne of man be in his daye.
17:25	But first must he suffer many thynges, and be refused of this nation.
17:26	And as it was in the dayes of Noe: so shall it be also in the dayes of the sonne of man.
17:27	They dyd eate, and drynke, they maryed wiues, and were maryed, euen vnto the same day that Noe went into the Arke: and the fludde came, & destroyed them all.
17:28	Lykewyse also as it was in the dayes of Lot: they dyd eate, they dranke, they bought, they solde, they planted, they buylded:
17:29	But euen the same day that Lot went out of Sodome, it rayned fire and brimstone from heauen, and destroyed them all.
17:30	Euen thus shall it be, in the day when the sonne of man shalbe reuealed.
17:31	At that day, he which is on the house [top,] and his stuffe in the house, let him not come downe to take it out: And let not him that is in the fielde, turne backe agayne lykewyse, to the thynges that he left behynde.
17:32	Remember lottes wyfe.
17:33	Whosoeuer wyll go about to saue his lyfe, shall loose it: and whosoeuer shall loose his lyfe, shall quicken it.
17:34	I tell you, in that nyght there shalbe two in one bed, the one shalbe receaued, the other shalbe forsaken.
17:35	Two [women] shalbe gryndyng together: the one shalbe receaued, and the other forsaken.
17:36	Two [men] shalbe in the fielde: the one shalbe receaued, & the other forsake.
17:37	And they aunswered, and sayde vnto hym: Where Lorde? He sayde vnto the: Whersoeuer the body shalbe, thyther wyll also the Egles be gathered together.
