13:1	Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become as sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
13:2	And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
13:3	And though I give all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
13:4	Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
13:5	does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil;
13:6	does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
13:7	bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
13:8	Love never fails. But if there are prophecies, they will fail; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
13:9	Because, we know in part and we prophesy in part.
13:10	But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
13:11	When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
13:12	Because, now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know just as I also am known.
13:13	So now faith, hope, and love, abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

13:2	And though I had the gift of prophecie, and knewe all secrets and all knowledge, yea, if I had all faith, so that I could remooue mountaines and had not loue, I were nothing.
13:3	And though I feede the poore with all my goods, and though I giue my body, that I be burned, and haue not loue, it profiteth me nothing.
13:4	Loue suffreth long: it is bountifull: loue enuieth not: loue doeth not boast it selfe: it is not puffed vp:
13:5	It doeth no vncomely thing: it seeketh not her owne things: it is not prouoked to anger: it thinketh not euill:
13:6	It reioyceth not in iniquitie, but reioyceth in the trueth:
13:7	It suffreth all things: it beleeueth all things: it hopeth all things: it endureth all things.
13:8	Loue doeth neuer fall away, though that prophecyings be abolished, or the tongues cease, or knowledge vanish away.
13:9	For we knowe in part, and we prophecie in part.
13:10	But when that which is perfect, is come, then that which is in part, shalbe abolished.
13:11	When I was a childe, I spake as a childe, I vnderstoode as a childe, I thought as a childe: but when I became a man, I put away childish thinges.
13:12	For nowe we see through a glasse darkely: but then shall wee see face to face. Nowe I know in part: but then shall I know euen as I am knowen.
13:13	And nowe abideth faith, hope and loue, euen these three: but the chiefest of these is loue.


13:1	Though I spake with the tonges of me and angels and yet had no love I were eve as soundinge brasse: or as a tynklynge Cymball.
13:2	And though I coulde prophesy and vnderstode all secretes and all knowledge: yee yf I had all fayth so that I coulde move moutayns oute of ther places and yet had no love I were nothynge.
13:3	And though I bestowed all my gooddes to fede ye poore and though I gave my body even that I burned and yet had no love it profeteth me nothinge.
13:4	Love suffreth longe and is corteous. Love envieth not. Love doth not frowardly swelleth not dealeth
13:5	not dishonestly seketh not her awne is not provoked to anger thynketh not evyll
13:6	reioyseth not in iniquite: but reioyseth in ye trueth
13:7	suffreth all thynge beleveth all thynges hopeth all thynges endureth in all thynges.
13:8	Though that prophesyinge fayle other tonges shall cease ) or knowledge vanysshe awaye yet love falleth never awaye
13:9	For oure knowledge is vnparfect and oure prophesyinge is vnperfet.
13:10	But when yt which is parfect is come then yt which is vnparfet shall be done awaye.
13:11	When I was a chylde I spake as a chylde I vnderstode as a childe I ymagened as a chylde. But assone as I was a man I put awaye childesshnes.
13:12	Now we se in a glasse even in a darke speakynge: but then shall we se face to face. Now I knowe vnparfectly: but then shall I knowe even as I am knowen.
13:13	Now abideth fayth hope and love even these thre: but the chefe of these is love.
