>
4:1Fvrther more we beseche you brethren and exhorte you in the Lord Iesus, that ye increase more and more, euen as ye haue receiued of vs, howe ye oughte to walke and to please God.
4:2Ye remember what commaundementes we gaue you in oure Lorde Iesu Christ.
4:3For this is the will of God, euen that ye shoulde be holy, and that ye shoulde abstayne from fornicacion,
4:4that euerye one of you should know, howe to kepe his vessell in holynes and honoure,
4:5and not in the luste of concupiscence, as do the heathen, which know not God,
4:6that no man go to far and defraude his brother in bargaining: because the Lorde is a reuenger of al suche thinges as we tolde you before tyme and testified.
4:7For God hath not called vs to vncleanes, but vnto holines.
4:8He therfore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, whiche hath sente his holye spirite amonge you.
4:9But as touchinge brotherly loue, ye nede not that I write vnto you. For ye are taught of God to loue one another.
4:10Yea and that thing verelye ye do vnto all the brethren, which are thorowout all Macedonia. We beseche you brethren, that ye encrease more and more,
4:11and that ye studye to be quyete, and to medle with youre owne busines, and to worke wyth youre owne handes, as we commaunded you:
4:12that ye may behaue your selues honestly towardes them that are wythout, and that nothinge be lackinge vnto you.
4:13I woulde not brethren haue you ignoraunt concerninge them whiche are fallen a sleepe, that ye sorowe not as other do which haue no hope.
4:14For yf we beleue that Iesus Christe dyed and rose agayne euen so them also, whyche slepe by Iesus, wyl God brynge agayn with hym.
4:15And thys saye we vnto you in the worde of the Lorde, that we whyche lyue and are remaynynge in the commynge of the Lorde, shal not come yerre they which slepe.
4:16For the Lord hym selfe shall descende from heauen with a shoute, and the voice of the Archangell and trompe of God. And the deade in Christ shall arise fyrste:
4:17then shal we which lyue and remayne, be caught vp with them also in the cloudes, to meate the Lorde in the ayer. And so shall we euer be with the Lord.
4:18Wherfore comforte youre selues one another with these wordes.

4:1And furthermore we beseeche you, brethren, and exhort you in the Lord Iesus, that ye increase more and more, as ye haue receiued of vs, how ye ought to walke, and to please God.
4:2For ye knowe what commandements we gaue you by the Lord Iesus.
4:3For this is the will of God euen your sanctification, and that ye should abstaine from fornication,
4:4That euery one of you should know, how to possesse his vessell in holines and honour,
4:5And not in the lust of concupiscence, euen as the Gentiles which know not God:
4:6That no man oppresse or defraude his brother in any matter: for the Lord is auenger of all such thinges, as we also haue tolde you before time, and testified.
4:7For God hath not called vs vnto vncleannesse, but vnto holinesse.
4:8Hee therefore that despiseth these thinges, despiseth not man, but God who hath euen giuen you his holy Spirit.
4:9But as touching brotherly loue, ye neede not that I write vnto you: for ye are taught of God to loue one another.
4:10Yea, and that thing verily yee doe vnto all the brethren, which are throughout all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more,
4:11And that ye studie to be quiet, and to meddle with your owne busines, and to worke with your owne handes, as we commanded you,
4:12That yee may behaue your selues honestly towarde them that are without, and that nothing be lacking vnto you.
4:13I would not, brethren, haue you ignorant concerning them which are a sleepe, that ye sorow not euen as other which haue no hope.
4:14For if we beleeue that Iesus is dead, and is risen, euen so them which sleepe in Iesus, will God bring with him.
4:15For this say we vnto you by the worde of the Lord, that we which liue, and are remayning in the comming of the Lord, shall not preuent them which sleepe.
4:16For the Lord himselfe shall descende from heauen with a shoute, and with the voyce of the Archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
4:17Then shall we which liue and remaine, be caught vp with them also in the clouds, to meete the Lord in the ayre: and so shall we euer be with the Lord.
4:18Wherefore, comfort your selues one another with these wordes.

4:1Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Iesus, that as yee haue receiued of vs, how ye ought to walke, and to please God, so yee would abound more and more.
4:2For yee know what commandements wee gaue you, by the Lord Iesus.
4:3For this is the will of God, euen your sanctification, that yee should absteine from fornication:
4:4That euery one of you should know how to possesse his vessell in sanctification and honour:
4:5Not in the lust of concupiscence, euen as the Gentiles which know not God:
4:6That no man goe beyond and defraud his brother in any matter, because that the Lord is the auenger of all such; as we also haue forewarned you, and testified:
4:7For God hath not called vs vnto vncleannesse, but vnto holinesse.
4:8He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also giuen vnto vs his holy Spirit.
4:9But as touching brotherly loue, ye need not that I write vnto you: for yee your selues are taught of God to loue one an other.
4:10And in deed ye doe it towards all the brethren, which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more:
4:11And that ye studie to be quiet, and to doe your owne businesse, and to worke with your owne hands, (as wee commanded you:)
4:12That ye may walke honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may haue lacke of nothing.
4:13But I would not haue you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleepe, that ye sorrow not, euen as others which haue no hope.
4:14For if we beleeue that Iesus died, and rose againe: euen so them also which sleepe in Iesus, will God bring with him.
4:15For this we say vnto you by the word of the Lord, That we which are aliue and remaine vnto the comming of the Lord, shall not preuent them which are asleepe.
4:16For the Lord himselfe shall descend from heauen with a shout, with the voyce of the Archangel, and with the trumpe of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.
4:17Then we which are aliue, and remaine, shalbe caught vp together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the aire: and so shall wee euer bee with the Lord.
4:18Wherefore, comfort one an other with these words.
