Revelation - Chapter: 12

>
12:1And ther appered a gret wonder in heauen: A woman clothed wt the sonne, & the mone vnder her fete, & vpon her heed a croune of .xii. starres.
12:2And she was wt chylde, & cryed trauaylinge in byrth, & payned redy to be delyuered.
12:3And ther appered another wonder in heauen, for beholde, a gret red dragon hauynge .vii. heddes, & ten hornes & seuen crounes vpon hys heades:
12:4and hys tayle drue the thyrde parte of the starres and cast them to the erth. And the dragon stode before the woman whych was redy to be delyuered: for to deuoure her chylde as sone as it were borne.
12:5And she brought forth a man childe, which shulde rule all nacyons with a rodd of yron. And her sonne was taken vp vnto God, & to his seate.
12:6And the woman fleed into wyldernes, where she had a place, prepared of God, that they shulde fede her there a .M.ii. hundred and .lx. dayes.
12:7And ther was a great battayll in heauen, Michael & his angels fought with the dragon, & the dragon fought & his Angelles,
12:8and preuayled not, nether was their place founde eny more in heauen.
12:9And the great dragon, that olde serpent, called the deuyll & Sathanas, was cast out. Which deceaueth all the worlde. And he was cast into the erth & his angelles were cast out also
12:10And I hearde a lowde voyce sayinge: in heauen is now made saluacyon and strength & the kyngdome of oure God, & the power of hys Chryst. For is cast doune, which accused them before God daye and nyght.
12:11And they ouercame him by the bloude of the lambe, and by the worde of their testimony, & they loued not their lyues vnto the deeth.
12:12Therfore reioyce heuens, & ye that dwell in them. Woo to the inhabiters of the erth, and of the see: for the deuyll is come downe vnto you, which hath great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short tyme.
12:13And when the dragon sawe that he was caste vnto the erth, he persecuted the woman, which brought forth the man chylde.
12:14And to the woman were geuen two wynges of a great Egle, that she myght flye into the wyldernes into her place, where she is norysshed for a tyme, tymes, & halfe a tyme, from the presence of the serpent.
12:15And the dragon cast oute of hys mouth water after the woman as it had bene a ryuer, because she shuld haue bene caught of the floud.
12:16And the erth holpe the woman, and the erth opened her mouth & swalowed, vp the ryuer, which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
12:17And the dragon was wroth wyth the woman: and went, & made warre wyth the remnaunt of hyr sede, which kepe the commaundementes of God, and haue the testimony of Iesus Christe. And he stode on the see sande.

12:2And she was with chylde, and cryed, trauaylyng in birth, and payned redy to be delyuered.
12:3And there appeared another wonder in heauen, for beholde, a great redde dragon, hauing seuen heades, and tenne hornes, and seuen crownes vpon his heades.
12:4And his tayle drue the thirde part of the starres of heauen, and cast them to the earth: And the dragon stoode before the woman which was redie to be deliuered, for to deuoure her chylde assoone as it were borne.
12:5And she brought foorth a man chylde, which shoulde rule all nations with a rodde of yron: And her sonne was taken vp vnto God, and to his throne.
12:6And the woman fled into wildernesse, where she had a place prepared of God, that they should feede her there a thousande two hundreth and threscore days.
12:7And there was a battayle in heauen, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels,
12:8And preuayled not, neither was their place founde any more in heauen.
12:9And the great dragon, that olde serpent, called the deuyll & Satanas, was cast out, which deceaueth all the world: And he was cast into the earth, and his angels were cast out with hym.
12:10And I hearde a loude voyce saying in heauen: Nowe is made saluation, & strength, & the kingdome of our God, & the power of his Christ: For the accuser of our brethren is cast downe, which accused them before our God day & nyght,
12:11And they ouercame hym by the blood of the Lambe, and by the worde of their testimonie, and they loued not their lyues vnto the death.
12:12Therfore reioyce heauens, and ye that dwell in them. Wo to the inhabiters of the earth, and of the sea: for the deuyll is come downe vnto you, which hath great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short tyme.
12:13And when the dragon sawe that he was cast vnto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought foorth the man chylde.
12:14And to the woman were geuen two winges, of a great Egle, that she myght flee into the wildernesse into her place, where she is norished for a tyme, tymes, and halfe a tyme, from the presence of the serpent.
12:15And the serpent cast out of his mouth water after the woman as it had ben a fludde, that he myght cause her to be caryed away of the fludde.
12:16And the earth holpe the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swalowed vp the ryuer which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
12:17And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went and made warre with the remnaunt of her seede, which kepe the commaundementes of God, & haue the testimonie of Iesus Christe.
12:18And I stoode on the sea sande.
