ויקראו ספרי המלך בעת ההיא בחדשׁ השׁלישׁי הוא חדשׁ סיון בשׁלושׁה ועשׂרים בו ויכתב ככל אשׁר צוה מרדכי אל היהודים ואל האחשׁדרפנים והפחות ושׂרי המדינות אשׁר מהדו ועד כושׁ שׁבע ועשׂרים ומאה מדינה מדינה ומדינה ככתבה ועם ועם כלשׁנו ואל היהודים ככתבם וכלשׁונם׃
