24:3Surely at the commandement of the Lord came this vpon Iudah, to remooue them out of his sight, for the sinnes of Manasseh, according to all that he did:
24:4And also for the innocent blood that hee shedde: (for hee filled Ierusalem with innocent blood) which the Lord would not pardon.
24:5Nowe the rest of the actes of Iehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Iudah?
24:6So Iehoiakim slept with his fathers: and Iehoiachin his sonne reigned in his stead.
24:7And the king of Egypt came not againe any more out of his land: for the King of Babylon had taken from the riuer of Egypt, vnto the riuer Euphrates, all that pertained to the King of Egypt.

24:15And he caried away Iehoiachin to Babylon, and the kings mother, and the kings wiues, and his officers, and the mighty of the land, those caried hee into captiuitie, from Ierusalem to Babylon.
24:16And all the men of might, euen seuen thousand, and craftesmen, & smiths a thousand, all that were strong and apt for warre, euen them the king of Babylon brought captiue to Babylon.

24:18Zedekiah was twentie and one yeeres olde when hee began to reigne, and he reigned eleuen yeeres in Ierusalem: and his mothers name was Hamutal, the daughter of Ieremiah of Libnah.
24:19And hee did that which was euill in the sight of the Lord, according to all that Iehoiachin had done.

24:4And for the innocent blood that he shed, (for he filled Ierusalem with innocent blood) therefore the Lord would not pardon it.
24:5Concerning the rest of the actes of Iehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kinges of Iudah?
24:6So Iehoiakim slept with his fathers, and Iehoiachin his sonne reigned in his steade.
24:7And the King of Egypt came no more out of his lande: for the King of Babel had taken from the riuer of Egypt, vnto the riuer Perath, all that pertained to the King of Egypt.
24:8Iehoiachin was eighteene yere old, when he beganne to reigne, and reigned in Ierusalem three moneths. His mothers name also was Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan of Ierusalem.
24:9And he did euill in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father had done.
24:10In that time came the seruants of Nebuchad-nezzar king of Babel vp against Ierusalem: so the citie was besieged.

24:5The rest of the wordes that concerne Iehoakim, & all that he dyd, are they not written in the boke of the chronycles of the kynges of Iuda?
