30:1	I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
30:2	O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
30:3	O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
30:4	Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
30:5	For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
30:6	And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
30:7	LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
30:8	I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
30:9	What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
30:10	Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
30:11	Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
30:12	To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.

30:2	(30:3) יהוה אלהי שׁועתי אליך ותרפאני׃
30:3	(30:4) יהוה העלית מן שׁאול נפשׁי חייתני מיורדי בור׃
30:4	(30:5) זמרו ליהוה חסידיו והודו לזכר קדשׁו׃
30:5	(30:6) כי רגע באפו חיים ברצונו בערב ילין בכי ולבקר רנה׃
30:6	(30:7) ואני אמרתי בשׁלוי בל אמוט לעולם׃
30:7	(30:8) יהוה ברצונך העמדתה להררי עז הסתרת פניך הייתי נבהל׃
30:8	(30:9) אליך יהוה אקרא ואל אדני אתחנן׃
30:9	(30:10) מה בצע בדמי ברדתי אל שׁחת היודך עפר היגיד אמתך׃
30:10	(30:11) שׁמע יהוה וחנני יהוה היה עזר׃
30:11	(30:12) הפכת מספדי למחול לי פתחת שׂקי ותאזרני שׂמחה׃
30:12	(30:13) למען יזמרך כבוד ולא ידם יהוה אלהי לעולם אודך׃


30:1	A Psalm. -- A song of the dedication of the house of David. I exalt Thee, O Jehovah, For Thou hast drawn me up, and hast not let mine enemies rejoice over me.
30:2	Jehovah my God, I have cried to Thee, And Thou dost heal me.
30:3	Jehovah, Thou hast brought up from Sheol my soul, Thou hast kept me alive, From going down `to' the pit.
30:4	Sing praise to Jehovah, ye His saints, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness,
30:5	For -- a moment `is' in His anger, Life `is' in His good-will, At even remaineth weeping, and at morn singing.
30:6	And I -- I have said in mine ease, `I am not moved -- to the age.
30:7	O Jehovah, in Thy good pleasure, Thou hast caused strength to remain for my mountain,' Thou hast hidden Thy face -- I have been troubled.
30:8	Unto Thee, O Jehovah, I call, And unto Jehovah I make supplication.
30:9	`What gain `is' in my blood? In my going down unto corruption? Doth dust thank Thee? doth it declare Thy truth?
30:10	Hear, O Jehovah, and favour me, O Jehovah, be a helper to me.'
30:11	Thou hast turned my mourning to dancing for me, Thou hast loosed my sackcloth, And girdest me `with' joy.
30:12	So that honour doth praise Thee, and is not silent, O Jehovah, my God, to the age I thank Thee!
