60:1	O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again.
60:2	Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.
60:3	Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.
60:4	Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.
60:5	That thy beloved may be delivered; save with thy right hand, and hear me.
60:6	God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
60:7	Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;
60:8	Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.
60:9	Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
60:10	Wilt not thou, O God, which hadst cast us off? and thou, O God, which didst not go out with our armies?
60:11	Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.
60:12	Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.


60:1	למנצח על שׁושׁן עדות מכתם לדוד ללמד׃ (60:2) בהצותו את ארם נהרים ואת ארם צובה וישׁב יואב ויך את אדום בגיא מלח שׁנים עשׂר אלף׃ (60:3) אלהים זנחתנו פרצתנו אנפת תשׁובב
60:2	(60:4) הרעשׁתה ארץ פצמתה רפה שׁבריה כי מטה׃
60:3	(60:5) הראיתה עמך קשׁה השׁקיתנו יין תרעלה׃
60:4	(60:6) נתתה ליראיך נס להתנוסס מפני קשׁט סלה׃
60:5	(60:7) למען יחלצון ידידיך הושׁיעה ימינך ועננו׃
60:6	(60:8) אלהים דבר בקדשׁו אעלזה אחלקה שׁכם ועמק סכות אמדד׃
60:7	(60:9) לי גלעד ולי מנשׁה ואפרים מעוז ראשׁי יהודה מחקקי׃
60:8	(60:10) מואב סיר רחצי על אדום אשׁליך נעלי עלי פלשׁת התרעעי׃
60:9	(60:11) מי יבלני עיר מצור מי נחני עד אדום׃
60:10	(60:12) הלא אתה אלהים זנחתנו ולא תצא אלהים בצבאותינו׃
60:11	(60:13) הבה לנו עזרת מצר ושׁוא תשׁועת אדם׃
60:12	(60:14) באלהים נעשׂה חיל והוא יבוס צרינו׃


60:1	To the Overseer. -- `Concerning the Lily of Testimony,' a secret treasure of David, to teach, in his striving with Aram-Naharaim, and with Aram-Zobah, and Joab turneth back and smiteth Edom in the valley of Salt -- twelve thousand. O God, Thou hadst cast us off, Thou hadst broken us -- hadst been angry! -- Thou dost turn back to us.
60:2	Thou hast caused the land to tremble, Thou hast broken it, Heal its breaches, for it hath moved.
60:3	Thou hast shewn Thy people a hard thing, Thou hast caused us to drink wine of trembling.
60:4	Thou hast given to those fearing thee an ensign. To be lifted up as an ensign Because of truth. Selah.
60:5	That Thy beloved ones may be drawn out, Save `with' Thy right hand, and answer us.
60:6	God hath spoken in His holiness: I exult -- I apportion Shechem, And the valley of Succoth I measure,
60:7	Mine `is' Gilead, and mine `is' Manasseh, And Ephraim `is' the strength of my head, Judah `is' my lawgiver,
60:8	Moab `is' my pot for washing, over Edom I cast my shoe, Shout, concerning me, O Philistia.
60:9	Who doth bring me `to' a city of bulwarks? Who hath led me unto Edom?
60:10	Is it not Thou, O God? hast Thou cast us off? And dost Thou not go forth, O God, with our hosts!
60:11	Give to us help from adversity, And vain `is' the deliverance of man.
60:12	In God we do mightily, And He treadeth down our adversaries!
