70:1	[To the chiefe musician, a psalme of Dauid, to bring to remembrance.] Make haste, O God, to deliuer mee, make haste to helpe me, O Lord.
70:2	Let them be ashamed and confounded that seeke after my soule: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
70:3	Let them be turned backe for a reward of their shame, that say, Aha, aha.
70:4	Let all those that seeke thee, reioyce, and be glad in thee: and let such as loue thy saluation, say continually, Let God be magnified.
70:5	But I am poore and needy, make haste vnto me, O God: Thou art my helpe and my deliuerer, O Lord make no tarrying.


70:1	To him excelleth. A Psalme of David to put in remembrance. O God, haste thee to deliuer mee: make haste to helpe me, O Lord.
70:2	Let them be confounded and put to shame, that seeke my soule: let them bee turned backewarde and put to rebuke, that desire mine hurt.
70:3	Let them be turned backe for a rewarde of their shame, which said, Aha, aha.
70:4	But let all those that seeke thee, be ioyfull and glad in thee, and let all that loue thy saluation, say alwaies, God be praised.
70:5	Nowe I am poore and needie: O God, make haste to me: thou art mine helper, and my deliuerer: O Lord, make no tarying.

70:2	Let them be shamed and confounded that seke after my soule: let them be turned backwarde, & put to confusion, that wyshe me euyll.
70:3	Let them (for theyr rewarde) be soone brought to shame, that crye ouer me: there, there.
70:4	But let all those that seke the, be ioyfull and glad in the: and let all soch as delyte in thy saluacyon, saye alwaye: the Lorde be praysed.
70:5	As for me, I am poore and in misery, haste the vnto me (O God.) Thou art my helpe, and my redemer: O Lorde, make no longe taryenge.
