85:1	LORD, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
85:2	Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
85:3	Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.
85:4	Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.
85:5	Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?
85:6	Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?
85:7	Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.
85:8	I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.
85:9	Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
85:10	Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
85:11	Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
85:12	Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.
85:13	Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.


85:1	למנצח לבני קרח מזמור׃ (85:2) רצית יהוה ארצך שׁבת שׁבות יעקב׃
85:2	(85:3) נשׂאת עון עמך כסית כל חטאתם סלה׃
85:3	(85:4) אספת כל עברתך השׁיבות מחרון אפך׃
85:4	(85:5) שׁובנו אלהי ישׁענו והפר כעסך עמנו׃
85:5	(85:6) הלעולם תאנף בנו תמשׁך אפך לדר ודר׃
85:6	(85:7) הלא אתה תשׁוב תחינו ועמך ישׂמחו׃
85:7	(85:8) הראנו יהוה חסדך וישׁעך תתן׃
85:8	(85:9) אשׁמעה מה ידבר האל יהוה כי ידבר שׁלום אל עמו ואל חסידיו ואל ישׁובו לכסלה׃
85:9	(85:10) אך קרוב ליראיו ישׁעו לשׁכן כבוד בארצנו׃
85:10	(85:11) חסד ואמת נפגשׁו צדק ושׁלום נשׁקו׃
85:11	(85:12) אמת מארץ תצמח וצדק משׁמים נשׁקף׃
85:12	(85:13) גם יהוה יתן הטוב וארצנו תתן יבולה׃
85:13	(85:14) צדק לפניו יהלך וישׂם לדרך פעמיו׃


85:1	To the Overseer. -- By sons of Korah. A Psalm. Thou hast accepted, O Jehovah, Thy land, Thou hast turned `to' the captivity of Jacob.
85:2	Thou hast borne away the iniquity of Thy people, Thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
85:3	Thou hast gathered up all Thy wrath, Thou hast turned back from the fierceness of Thine anger.
85:4	Turn back `to' us, O God of our salvation, And make void Thine anger with us.
85:5	To the age art Thou angry against us? Dost Thou draw out Thine anger To generation and generation?
85:6	Dost Thou not turn back? Thou revivest us, And Thy people do rejoice in Thee.
85:7	Show us, O Jehovah, thy kindness, And Thy salvation Thou dost give to us.
85:8	I hear what God Jehovah speaketh, For He speaketh peace unto His people, And unto His saints, and they turn not back to folly.
85:9	Only, near to those fearing Him `is' His salvation, That honour may dwell in our land.
85:10	Kindness and truth have met, Righteousness and peace have kissed,
85:11	Truth from the earth springeth up, And righteousness from heaven looketh out,
85:12	Jehovah also giveth that which is good, And our land doth give its increase.
85:13	Righteousness before Him goeth, And maketh His footsteps for a way!
