| 3:1 | And he shewed me Ioshua the high Priest, standing before the Angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. |
| 3:2 | And the Lord said vnto Satan; The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, euen the Lord that hath chosen Ierusalem rebuke thee. Is not this a brand pluckt out of the fire? |
| 3:3 | Now Ioshua was clothed with filthie garments, and stood before the Angel. |
| 3:4 | And he answered, and spake vnto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthie garments from him. And vnto him he said, Behold, I haue caused thine iniquity to passe from thee, and I wil clothe thee with change of raiment. |
| 3:5 | And I said, Let them set a faire mitre vpon his head. So they set a faire mitre vpon his head, and clothed him with garments, and the Angel of the Lord stood by. |
| 3:6 | And the Angel of the Lord protested vnto Ioshua, saying; |
| 3:7 | Thus sayth the Lord of hosts, If thou wilt walke in my wayes, and if thou wilt keepe my charge, then thou shalt also iudge my House, and shalt also keepe my Courts, and I will giue thee places to walke among these that stand by. |
| 3:8 | Heare now, O Ioshua the high Priest, thou and thy fellowes that sit before thee: for they are men wondred at: for behold, I will bring foorth my seruant the Branch. |
| 3:9 | For behold the stone that I haue layd before Ioshua: vpon one stone shall be seuen eyes, behold, I will engraue the grauing thereof, saith the Lord of hostes, and I will remoue the iniquitie of that land in one day. |
| 3:10 | In that day, saith the Lord of hostes, shal ye call euery man his neighbour vnder the vine and vnder the figge tree. |

| 3:5 | And I saide, Let them set a faire diademe vpon his head. So they set a faire diademe vpon his head, and clothed him with garments, and the Angel of the Lord stoode by. |
| 3:6 | And the Angel of the Lord testified vnto Iehoshua, saying, |
| 3:7 | Thus saith the Lord of hostes, If thou wilt walke in my wayes, and keepe my watch, thou shalt also iudge mine House, and shalt also keepe my courtes, and I will giue thee place among these that stand by. |
| 3:8 | Heare now, O Iehoshua the hie Priest, thou and thy fellowes that sit before thee: for they are monstruous persons: but behold, I wil bring forth the Branche my seruant. |
| 3:9 | For loe, the stone that I haue layd before Iehoshua: vpon one stone shalbe seuen eyes: beholde, I will cut out the grauing thereof, saith the Lord of hostes, and I will take away the iniquitie of this land in one day. |
| 3:10 | In that day, saith the Lord of hostes, shall ye call euery man his neighbour vnder the vine, and vnder the figge tree. |

| 3:4 | whych answered and sayde vnto those that stode before hym, take awaye the foule clothes from hym. And vnto him he sayde. Beholde, I haue taken awaye thy synne from the and wyl decke the wyth chaung of rayment. |
| 3:5 | He sayde moreouer, sett a fayre myter vpon hys heade. So they set a fayre myter vpon hys heade, & put on clothes vpon hym, and the angel of the Lord stode there. |
| 3:6 | Then the angel of the Lord testifyed vnto Iesua, and spak |
| 3:7 | thus sayeth the Lord of hostes. If thou wilt walke in my wayes, & kepe my watch: thou shalte rule my house, & kepe my courtes, & I wyll geue the place amonge these that stande here. |
| 3:8 | Heare (O Iesua) thou hye preste, thou and thy frends that dwell before the, for they are wonderous people. Behold, I wyl bring forth the braunches of my seruaunt: |
| 3:9 | for lo, the stone that I haue layed before Iesua: vpon one stone shalbe .vii. eyes. Beholde I wyl hewe hym out (sayeth the Lorde of hoostes) & take awaye the synne of the lande in one day. |
| 3:10 | Then shal euery man cal for his neyghbour vnder the vyne and vnder the fyggtre, sayth the Lorde of hoostes: |
