| 15:1 | I am the true vyne, and my father is on husband man. |
| 15:2 | Euery braunche that beareth not frute in me, he wyll take awaye. And euerye braunche that beareth frute, wil he pourge, that it maye bryng more frute. |
| 15:3 | Now are ye cleane thorowe the wordes which I haue spoken vnto you. |
| 15:4 | Byde in me, and let me byde in you. As the braunche can not beare frute of it selfe, except it byde in the vyne no more can ye except ye abyde in me. |
| 15:5 | I am the vyne, and ye are the braunches. He that abydeth in me, and I in him, the same bryngeth forth muche frute. For without me can ye do nothynge. |
| 15:6 | Yf a man byde not in me, he is cast forth as a braunche, and is wythered: and men gather it, and cast it into the fyre, and it burneth. |
| 15:7 | Yf ye hyd in me and my wordes also hyd in you: axe what ye wyll, and it shalbe done to you. |
| 15:8 | Here is my father glorifyed that ye beare muche fruyte, and be made my disciples. |
| 15:9 | As the father hath loued me, euen so haue I loued you. Continue in my loue. |
| 15:10 | Yf ye shal kepe my commaundementes, ye shall byde in my loue, euen as I haue kepte my fathers commaundementes, and abyde in hys loue. |
| 15:11 | These thynges haue I spoken vnto you, that my ioye myght remayne in you, and that youre ioye myght be full. |
| 15:12 | This is my commaundement, that ye loue together as I haue loued you. |
| 15:13 | Greater loue then thys hath no man, then that a man bestowe hys lyfe for hys frendes. |
| 15:14 | Ye are my frendes, yf ye do whatsoeuer I commaunde you. |
| 15:15 | Henceforth call I you not seruauntes: for the seruaunt knoweth not what hys lorde doth. But you haue I called frendes, for all thynges that I haue heard of my father, I haue opened vnto you. |
| 15:16 | Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you and ordeyned you, that ye go & bringe forth frute, and that your frute remayne, and that whatsoeuer ye shall axe of the father in my name, he shoulde geue it to you. |
| 15:17 | Thys commaunde I you, that ye loue together. |
| 15:18 | Yf the worlde hate you, ye knowe that it hated me before it hated you. |
| 15:19 | Yf ye were of the worlde, the worlde woulde loue his owne. Howe be it because ye are not of the worlde, but I haue chosen you out of the worlde, therfore hateth you the worlde. |
| 15:20 | Remember the saiyng that I sayde vnto you: the seruaunt is not greater then the lorde, yf they haue persecuted me, so wyll they persecute you: yf they haue kept my saiynges, so wyll they kepe yours. |
| 15:21 | But all these thinges wyll they do vnto you, for my names sake, because they haue not knowen him that sent me. |
| 15:22 | Yf I had not come, and spoken vnto them, they should not haue had synne: but now haue they nothynge to cloke theyr synne with all. |
| 15:23 | He that hateth me, hateth my father. |
| 15:24 | If I had not done workes among them which none other man dyd, they had not had synne. But now haue they sene, & yet haue hated both me & my father: |
| 15:25 | euen that the saiyng might be fulfilled that is writen in their lawe: they hated me without a cause. |
| 15:26 | But when the comforter is come, whome I will sende vnto you from the father, which is the spirite of truth, which proceadeth of the father, he shall testify of me. |
| 15:27 | And ye shall beare witnes, also because ye haue bene with me from the begynnynge. |
| 15:1 | I am the true vyne, and my father is the husbandman. |
| 15:2 | Euery braunche that beareth not frute in me, he will take awaye. And euery braunche that beareth frute, will he pourge, that it maye bring forth more frute. |
| 15:3 | Nowe are ye cleane thorow the wordes which I haue spoken vnto you. |
| 15:4 | Byde in me, and I in you. As the braunche cannot beare frute of it selfe, excepte it byde in the vyne: nomore can ye, except ye abyde in me. |
| 15:5 | I am the vyne, ye are the braunches. He that abydeth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth moche frute. For without me can ye do nothing. |
| 15:6 | If a man byde not in me, he is cast forth as a braunche, & is wythered: and men gather them: and cast them into the fyre, and they burne. |
| 15:7 | If ye byde in me, and my wordes abyde in you: aske what ye wyll, and it shalbe done for you. |
| 15:8 | Herin is my father glorifyed: that ye beare moch frute, and become my disciples. |
| 15:9 | As the father hath loued me, euen so haue I also loued you. Continue ye in my loue. |
| 15:10 | If ye kepe my commaundementes, ye shall byde in my loue, euen as I haue kepte my fathers commaundementes, & byde in hys loue. |
| 15:11 | These thynges haue I spoken vnto you, that my ioye myghte remayne vnto you, and that youre ioye myght be full. |
| 15:12 | Thys is my commaundement, that ye loue together, as I haue loued you. |
| 15:13 | Greater loue hath no man, then thys: that a man bestowe hys lyfe for his frendes. |
| 15:14 | Ye are my frendes, yf ye do whatsoeuer I commaunde you. |
| 15:15 | Hence forth call I you not seruauntes: for the seruaunt knoweth not what hys lorde doeth. But you haue I called frendes: for all thynges that I haue heard of my father, haue I opened to you. |
| 15:16 | Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you, and ordeyned you, to goo, and brynge forth frute, and that your frute shuld remayne, that whatsoeuer ye aske of the father in my name, he maye geue it you. |
| 15:17 | This commaunde I you, that ye loue together. |
| 15:18 | If the worlde hate you, ye knowe that it hated me before it hated you. |
| 15:19 | If ye were of the worlde, the worlde wolde loue his awne. Howbeit, because ye are not of the world. But I haue chosen you out of the world therfore the world hateth you. |
| 15:20 | Remember the worde that I sayd vnto you: the seruaunt is not greater then the lorde. If they haue persecuted me, they wyll also persecute you. If they haue kept my saying, they will kepe youres also. |
| 15:21 | But all these thinges wyll they do vnto you for my names sake, because they haue not knowen hym that sent me. |
| 15:22 | If I had not come and spoken vnto them, they shuld haue had no synne: but now haue they nothyng to cloke their synne withall. |
| 15:23 | He that hateth me, hateth my father also: |
| 15:24 | If I had not done amonge them the workes whych none other man dyd, they shuld haue had no synne. But now haue they both sene, & hated: not onely me but also my father. |
| 15:25 | But thys happeneth that the sayinge myght be fulfylled, that is writen in their lawe: they hated me without a cause. |
| 15:26 | But when the comforter is come, whom I will sende vnto you from the father (euen the sprete of treuth, which proceadeth of the father) he shall testifye of me. |
| 15:27 | And ye shall beare witnesse also, because ye haue bene with me from the begynning. |
| 15:1 | I Am that true vine, and my Father is that husband man. |
| 15:2 | Euery branch that beareth not fruite in me, he taketh away: and euery one that beareth fruite, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruite. |
| 15:3 | Nowe are ye cleane through the worde, which I haue spoken vnto you. |
| 15:4 | Abide in me, and I in you: as the branche cannot beare fruite of it selfe, except it abide in the vine, no more can ye, except ye abide in me. |
| 15:5 | I am that vine: ye are the branches: he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruite: for without me can ye doe nothing. |
| 15:6 | If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branche, and withereth: and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they burne. |
| 15:7 | If ye abide in me, and my wordes abide in you, aske what ye wil, and it shalbe done to you. |
| 15:8 | Herein is my Father glorified, that ye beare much fruite, and be made my disciples. |
| 15:9 | As the father hath loued me, so haue I loued you: continue in that my loue. |
| 15:10 | If ye shall keepe my commandements, ye shall abide in my loue, as I haue kept my Fathers commandements, and abide in his loue. |
| 15:11 | These things haue I spoken vnto you, that my ioy might remaine in you, and that your ioy might be full. |
| 15:12 | This is my commandement, that ye loue one another, as I haue loued you. |
| 15:13 | Greater loue then this hath no man, when any man bestoweth his life for his friendes. |
| 15:14 | Ye are my friendes, if ye doe whatsoeuer I commaund you. |
| 15:15 | Henceforth call I you not seruants: for the seruant knoweth not what his master doeth: but I haue called you friends: for all things that I haue heard of my Father, haue I made knowen to you. |
| 15:16 | Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you, and ordeined you, that ye goe and bring foorth fruite, and that your fruite remaine, that whatsoeuer ye shall aske of the Father in my Name, he may giue it you. |
| 15:17 | These things commaund I you, that ye loue one another. |
| 15:18 | If the worlde hate you, ye knowe that it hated me before you. |
| 15:19 | If ye were of the worlde, the world woulde loue his owne: but because ye are not of ye world, but I haue chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. |
| 15:20 | Remember the word that I said vnto you, The seruant is not greater then his master. If they haue persecuted me, they will persecute you also: if they haue kept my worde, they will also keepe yours. |
| 15:21 | But all these things will they doe vnto you for my Names sake, because they haue not knowen him that sent me. |
| 15:22 | If I had not come and spoken vnto them, they shoulde not haue had sinne: but nowe haue they no cloke for their sinne. |
| 15:23 | He that hateth me, hateth my Father also. |
| 15:24 | If I had not done workes among them which none other man did, they had not had sinne: but nowe haue they both seene, and haue hated both me, and my Father. |
| 15:25 | But it is that the worde might be fulfilled, that is written in their Lawe, They hated me without a cause. |
| 15:26 | But when that Comforter shall come, whom I will send vnto you from the Father, euen the Spirit of trueth, which proceedeth of the Father, he shall testifie of me. |
| 15:27 | And ye shall witnesse also, because ye haue bene with me from the beginning. |
