| 3:1 | Peter and Iohn went vp together into the temple at the nynth houre of prayer. |
| 3:2 | And a certayne man that was halt from hys mothers wombe, was brought, whom they layde daylie at the gate of the temple (which is called bewtyfull) to aske almes of them that entred into the temple. |
| 3:3 | When he sawe Peter and Iohn, that they wolde into the temple, he desyred to receaue an almes. |
| 3:4 | And Peter fastened his eyes on him with Iohn, & sayd: loke on vs. |
| 3:5 | And he gaue hede vnto them, trustynge, to receaue some thynge of them. |
| 3:6 | Then sayde Peter: Syluer and golde haue I none such as I haue, geue I the. In the name of Iesus Chryst of Nazareth, ryse vp and walke. |
| 3:7 | And he toke hym by the ryght hand, and lyfte hym vp. And immediatly hys fete and anclebones receaued strength. |
| 3:8 | And he sprange, stode, and walked, and entred with them into the temple, walkynge, and leapynge, and praysynge God. |
| 3:9 | And all the people sawe hym walke and prayse God. |
| 3:10 | And they knewe hym, that it was he, which sate and begged at the beutyfull gate of the temple. And they wondred and were sore astonyed at that which had happened vnto hym. |
| 3:11 | And as the halt which was healed, helde Peter and Iohn, all the people ranne amased vnto them in the porche that is called Salomons. |
| 3:12 | When Peter sawe that, he answered vnto the people. Ye men of Isral, why maruayle ye at this, or why loke ye so on vs, as though by oure awne power or strength we had made thys man go? |
| 3:13 | The God of Abraham, and of Isaac and of Iacob, the God of oure fathers hath glorified hys sonne Iesus, whom ye delyuered, and denyed in the presence of Pylate, when he had iudged hym to be loosed. |
| 3:14 | But ye denyed the holy and iust, and desyred a mortherar to be geuen you, |
| 3:15 | and kylled the Lorde of lyfe, whom God hath raysed from deeth, of the which we are witnesses. |
| 3:16 | And hys name thorowe the fayth of his name, hath made this man sound, whom ye se and knowe. And the fayth which is by hym, hath geuen to hym thys health in the presence of you all. |
| 3:17 | And now brethren, I wote that thorow ignoraunce ye dyd it, as dyd also youre rulers. |
| 3:18 | But God (which before had shewed, by the mouth of all hys Prophetes, howe that Chryst shuld suffre) hath thus wyse fulfylled. |
| 3:19 | Let it repente you therfore, and conuerte, that youre synnes maye be done awaye when the tyme of refresshynge commeth, which we shall haue of the presence of the Lorde, |
| 3:20 | and when God shal sende him, which before was preached vnto you, that is to with Iesus Christ, |
| 3:21 | which must receaue heauen vntyll the tyme that all thynges, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all hys holy Prophetes sence the worlde began, be restored agayne. |
| 3:22 | Moses trulye sayde vnto the fathers: a Prophet shall the Lorde youre God rayse vp vnto you, euen of youre brethren lyke vnto me: him shall ye heare, in all thynges whatsoeuer he shall saye vnto you. |
| 3:23 | For the tyme wyll come, that euery soule which wyll not heare that same Prophet, shalbe destroyed from amonge the people. |
| 3:24 | All the Prophetes also from Samuel and thence forth (as many as haue spoken) haue in lyke wyse tolde of these dayes. |
| 3:25 | Ye are the chyldren of the Prophetes, and of the couenaunt, which God made vnto oure fathers, sayinge to Abraham: Euen in thy seede shal all the kynredes of the earth be blessed. |
| 3:26 | Fyrst whan God had raysed vp hys sonne Iesus vnto you, he sent him to blesse you, that euery one of you shulde turne from his wyckednes. |

| 3:4 | And Petre with Joon bihelde on hym, and seide, Biholde thou in to vs. |
| 3:5 | And he biheelde in to hem, and hopide, that he schulde take sumwhat of hem. |
| 3:6 | But Petre seide, Y haue nether siluer ne gold; but that that Y haue, Y yiue to thee. In the name of Jhesu Crist of Nazareth, rise thou vp, and go. |
| 3:7 | And he took hym bi the riythoond, and heuede hym vp; and anoon hise leggis and hise feet weren sowdid togidere; |
| 3:8 | and he lippide, and stood, and wandride. And he entride with hem in to the temple, and wandride, and lippide, and heriede God. |
| 3:9 | And al the puple sai hym walkinge, and heriynge God. |
| 3:10 | And thei knewen hym, that he it was that sat at almes at the feire yate of the temple. And thei weren fillid with wondryng, and stoniynge, in that thing that byfelde to hym. |
| 3:11 | But whanne thei sien Petre and Joon, al the puple ran to hem at the porche that was clepid of Salomon, and wondriden greetli. |
| 3:12 | And Petre siy, and answeride to the puple, Men of Israel, what wondren ye in this thing? ether what biholden ye vs, as by oure vertue ethir power we maden this man for to walke? |
| 3:13 | God of Abraham, and God of Ysaac, and God of Jacob, God of oure fadris, hath glorified his sone Jhesu, whom ye bitraieden, and denyeden bifor the face of Pilat, whanne he demede hym to be delyuered. |
| 3:14 | But ye denyeden the hooli and the riytful, and axiden a mansleer to be youun to you. |
| 3:15 | And ye slowen the maker of lijf, whom God reiside fro deth, of whom we ben witnessis. |
| 3:16 | And in the feith of his name he hath confermyd this man, whom ye seen and knowen; the name of hym, and the feith that is bi him, yaf to this man ful heelthe in the siyt of alle you. |
| 3:17 | And now, britheren, Y woot that bi vnwityng ye diden, as also youre princis. |
| 3:18 | But God that bifor telde bi the mouth of alle profetis, that his Crist schulde suffre, hath fillid so. |
| 3:19 | Therfor be ye repentaunt, and be ye conuertid, that youre synnes be don awei, |
| 3:20 | that whanne the tymes of refresching schulen come from the siyt of the Lord, and he schal sende thilke Jhesu Crist, |
| 3:21 | that is now prechid to you. Whom it bihoueth heuene to resseyue, in to the tymes of restitucioun of alle thingis, which the Lord spak bi the mouth of hise hooli prophetis fro the world. |
| 3:22 | For Moises seide, For the Lord youre God schal reise to you a profete, of youre britheren; as me, ye schulen here hym bi alle thingis, what euer he schal speke to you. |
| 3:23 | And it schal be, that euery man that schal not here the ilke profete, schal be distried fro the puple. |
| 3:24 | And alle prophetis fro Samuel and aftirward, that spaken, telden these daies. |
| 3:25 | But ye ben the sones of prophetis, and of the testament, that God ordeynede to oure fadris, and seide to Abraham, In thi seed alle the meynes of erthe schulen be blessid. |
| 3:26 | God reiside his sone first to you, and sente hym blessynge you, that ech man conuerte hym from his wickidnesse. |

| 3:16 | And thorow ye faith in his name, hath he confirmed his name vpon this man, whom ye se and knowe: and faith thorow him, hath geue this man this health before youre eyes. |
| 3:17 | Now deare brethre, I knowe that ye haue done it thorow ignoraunce, as dyd also youre rulers. |
| 3:18 | But God, which by the mouth of all his prophetes had shewed before, yt his Christ shulde suffre, hath so fulfilled it. |
| 3:19 | Do penaunce now therfore and turne you, that youre synnes maye be done awaye, whan the tyme of refreshinge shal come before the presence of the LORDE, |
| 3:20 | and whan he shal sende him, which now before is preached vnto you, euen Iesus Christ: |
| 3:21 | which must receaue heauen vntyll the tyme that all thinges, which God hath spoken by the mouth of his holy prophetes sence ye worlde beganne, be restored agayne. |
| 3:22 | For Moses sayde vnto ye fathers: A prophet shal the LORDE youre God rayse vp vnto you, euen from amoge youre brethren, like vnto me: him shal ye heare, in all that he shal saye vnto you. |
| 3:23 | And it shal come to passe, what soule soeuer shal not heare the same prophet, shal be destroyed from amonge the people. |
| 3:24 | And all the prophetes from Samuel and thence forth as many as haue spoken, haue likewyse tolde of these dayes. |
| 3:25 | Ye are the children of the prophetes and of the couenaunt, which God made vnto or fathers, whan he sayde vnto Abraha: Thorow yi sede shal all ye nacios of ye earth be blessed. |
| 3:26 | First vnto you hath God raysed vp his childe Iesus, & sent hi vnto you, to blesse you yt euery one shulde turne fro his wickednesse. |
