15:1	And Dauid made him houses in the citie of Dauid, and prepared a place for the Arke of God, and pitched for it a tent.
15:2	Then Dauid sayd, None ought to carie the Arke of God, but the Leuites: for them hath the Lord chosen to cary the Arke of God, and to minister vnto him for euer.
15:3	And Dauid gathered all Israel together to Ierusalem, to bring vp the Arke of the Lord vnto his place, which hee had prepared for it.
15:4	And Dauid assembled the children of Aaron, and the Leuites.
15:5	Of the sonnes of Kohath: Uriel the chiefe, and his brethren an hundred and twentie.
15:6	Of the sonnes of Merari: Asaiah the chiefe, and his brethren two hundred and twentie.
15:7	Of the sonnes of Gershom: Ioel the chiefe, and his brethren an hundred and thirtie.
15:8	Of the sonnes of Elizaphan: Shemaiah the chiefe, and his brethren two hundred.
15:9	Of the sonnes of Hebron: Eliel the chiefe, and his brethren fourescore.
15:10	Of the sonnes of Uzziel: Amminadab the chiefe, and his brethren an hundred and twelue.
15:11	And Dauid called for Zadok and Abiathar the Priests, and for the Leuites, for Uriel, Asaiah and Ioel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,
15:12	And said vnto them, Yee are the chiefe of the fathers of the Leuites: sanctifie your selues both yee and your brethren, that you may bring vp the Arke of the Lord God of Israel, vnto the place that I haue prepared for it.
15:13	For because ye did it not at the first, the Lord our God made a breach vpon vs, for that we sought him not after the due order.
15:14	So the Priestes and the Leuites sanctified themselues to bring vp the Arke of the Lord God of Israel.
15:15	And the children of the Leuites bare the Arke of God vpon their shoulders, with the staues thereon, as Moses commanded, according to the word of the Lord.
15:16	And Dauid spake to the chiefe of the Leuites, to appoint their brethren to be the singers with instruments of musicke, Psalteries, and Harpes, and Cymbales, sounding, by lifting vp the voice with ioy.
15:17	So the Leuites appointed Heman the sonne of Ioel: and of his brethren. Asaph the sonne of Berechiah: and of the sonnes of Merari their brethren, Ethan the sonne of Kushaiah.
15:18	And with them their brethren of the second degree, Zachariah, Ben, and Iaziel, & Shemiramoth, and Iehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maasiah, and Mattithiah, and Eliphaleh, and Mikniah, and Obed Edom, and Iehiel the Porters.
15:19	So the Singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, were appointed to sound with cymbales of brasse.
15:20	And Zachariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Iehiel, and Unni, and Eliab, and Maasiah, and Benaiah, with Psalteries on Alamoth.
15:21	And Mattithiah, and Eliphaleh, and Mikniah, and Obed Edom, and Ieiel, and Azzaziah, with harpes on the Sheminith to excell.
15:22	And Chenaniah chiefe of the Leuites was for song: he instructed about the song, because he was skilfull.
15:23	And Berechiah, and Elkanah were doore keepers for the Arke.
15:24	And Shebaniah, and Iehoshaphat, and Nathaneel, and Amasai, and Zachariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the Arke of God: and Obed Edom, and Iehiah were doore keepers for the Arke.
15:25	So Dauid and the Elders of Israel, and the captaines ouer thousands, went to bring vp the Arke of the couenant of the Lord, out of the house of Obed Edom with ioy.
15:26	And it came to passe when God helped the Leuites that bare the Arke of the couenant of the Lord, that they offered seuen bullocks, and seuen rammes.
15:27	And Dauid was clothed with a robe of fine linnen, and all the Leuites that bare the Arke, and the singers, and Chenaniah the master of the song, with the singers. Dauid also had vpon him, an Ephod of linnen.
15:28	Thus all Israel brought vp the Arke of the Couenant of the Lord with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harpes.
15:29	And it came to passe as the Arke of the couenant of the Lord came to the citie of Dauid, that Michal the daughter of Saul looking out at a window, saw King Dauid dauncing and playing: and shee despised him in her heart.

15:11	And Dauid called Zadok and Abiathar the Priestes, and of the Leuites, Vriel, Asaiah and Ioel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab:
15:12	And he saide vnto them, Ye are the chiefe fathers of the Leuites: sanctifie your selues, and your brethren, and bring vp the Arke of the Lord God of Israel vnto the place that I haue prepared for it.
15:13	For because ye were not there at the first, the Lord our God made a breach among vs: for we sought him not after due order.
15:14	So the Priestes and the Leuites sanctified them selues to bring vp the Arke of the Lord God of Israel.
15:15	And the sonnes of the Leuites bare the Arke of God vpon their shoulders with the barres, as Moses had commanded, according to the worde of the Lord.
15:16	And Dauid spake to the chiefe of the Leuites, that they should appoint certaine of their brethren to sing with instruments of musike, with violes and harpes, and cymbales, that they might make a sounde, and lift vp their voyce with ioye.
15:17	So the Leuites appointed Heman the sonne of Ioel, and of his brethren Asaph the sonne of Berechiah, and of the sonnes of Merari their brethren, Ethan the sonne of Kushaiah,
15:18	And with them their brethren in the seconde degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Iaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Iehiel, and Vnni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneah, and Obed Edom, and Ieiel the porters.
15:19	So Heman, Asaph and Ethan were fingers to make a sounde with cymbales of brasse,
15:20	And Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Iehiel, and Vnni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah, and Benaiah with violes on Alamoth,
15:21	And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneah, and Obed Edom, and Ieiel, and Azaziah, with harpes vpon Sheminith Ienazzeah.
15:22	But Chenaniah the chiefe of the Leuites had the charge, bearing ye burden in the charge, for he was able to instruct.
15:23	And Berechiah and Elkanah were porters for the Arke.
15:24	And Shecaniah and Iehoshaphat and Nethaneel and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer the Priestes did blowe with trumpets before the Arke of God, and Obed Edom and Ieiiah were porters for the Arke.
15:25	So Dauid and the Elders of Israel and the captaines of thousandes went to bring vp the Arke of the couenant of the Lord from the house of Obed Edom with ioye.
15:26	And because that God helped the Leuites that bare the Arke of the couenant of the Lord, they offered seuen bullockes and seuen rammes.
15:27	And Dauid had on him a linen garment, as all the Leuites that bare the Arke, and the singers and Chenaniah that had the chiefe charge of the singers: and vpon Dauid was a linnen Ephod.
15:28	Thus all Israel brought vp the Arke of the Lordes couenant with shouting and sounde of cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbales, making a sound with violes and with harpes.
15:29	And when the Arke of the couenant of the Lord came into the citie of Dauid, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out at a windowe, and sawe King Dauid dauncing and playing, and she despised him in her heart.


15:1	And Dauid made hym houses in the cytie of Dauid, and prepared a place for the arcke of God, pytched for it a tent.
15:2	Then Dauid sayde the arcke of God ought not to be caryed but of the Leuites. For them hath the Lord chosen to beare the arcke of the Lorde, and to minister vnto hym for euer.
15:3	And Dauid gathered all Israell together to Ierusalem, to fetche the arcke of the Lorde vnto hys place which he had ordeyned for it.
15:4	And Dauid brought togeather the chyldren of Aaron and the Leuites.
15:5	Of the sonnes of Cahath was Ariel the chefe, and of hys brethren there were an hundred and .xx.
15:6	Of the chyldren of Merari: Asaia the chefe, and of hys brethren two hundred and .xx.
15:7	Of the sonnes of Gersom: Ioel the chefe, and of hys brethren an hundred and thyrtye.
15:8	Of the chyldren of Elizapan: Semaia the chefe, and of hys brethren two hundred.
15:9	Of the sonnes of Hebron: Eliel the chefe, and of hys brethren .lxxx.
15:10	Of the sonnes of Uziel: Aminadab the chefe, and of hys brethren an hundred and twelue.
15:11	And Dauid called Zadock and Abiathar the preastes, and the Leuites, Uziel, Asaia Ioel, Semaia, Eliel and Aminadab:
15:12	& sayde vnto them: ye that are the princypall fathers of the Leuites, se that ye be holy with youre brethren, that ye maye bringe in the Arcke of the Lorde God of Israel, vnto the place that I haue prepared for it.
15:13	For because ye were not there at the fyrst, the Lord oure God made a rent amonge vs, for that we sought hym not as the fasshyon ought to be.
15:14	So the preastes and the Leuites sanctifyed them selues, to fett the Arcke of the Lord God of Israel.
15:15	And the children of the Leuites bare the Arcke of God, vpon theyr shulders with staues theron, as Moses commaunded accordynge to the worde of the Lorde.
15:16	And Dauid spake to the chefe heedes of the Leuites, that they shulde appoynte certayne of theyr brethren to synge with instrumentes of Musicke, psalteries, harpes and symbales that they might make a sounde, and to synge on hye with Ioyfulnesse:
15:17	And the Leuites appoynted Heman the sonne of Ioel: and (of his brethren) Asaph the sonne of Berechia. And of the sonnes of Merari and of theyr brethren Ethan the sonne of Cusaiahu.
15:18	And with them theyr brethren of the seconde degree: Zacharia, Ben, Iaaziel, Semiramoth, Iehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaiahu, Maasiah, Mathathiahu, Eliphalehu, Mikniahu, Obed Edom, & Iaiel, porters.
15:19	So Heman, Asaph & Ethan the syngers made a sounde with symbales of brasse
15:20	And Zacharia, Aziel, Semiramoth, Iehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maasaiahu and Banaiahu played with psalteries on an Alamoth.
15:21	Mathatiahu, Eliphalehu, Mikniahu, Obed Edom, Ieiel, and Azaziah played vpon harpes an eyght aboue, with courage.
15:22	And Chenaniahu the chefe of the Leuites, was master of the songe, for he taught other to synge, because he was a man of vnderstandynge.
15:23	Berecia and Elcana kepte the dore of the Arcke.
15:24	And Secamahu, Iehosaphat, Nethanael, Amasai, Zachariahu, Banaiahu & Eliezeer the preastes dyd blowe with trompettes before the Arcke of God. And Obed Edom and Iehia were kepers of the dore of the arcke.
15:25	And Dauid and the elders of Israel and the capitaynes ouer thousandes, went to fet the Arcke of the appoyntment of the Lorde out of the house of ObedEdom with gladnes.
15:26	And when God helped the leuites, that bare the Arcke of the appoyntement of the Lorde, they offered seuen oxen, and seuen rammes.
15:27	And Dauid had on hym a lynnen garment, lyke as had also all the Leuites that bare the Arcke, and so had the syngers, and Chenania the ruler of the songe, with the syngers. And Dauid had vpon hym an Ephod of lynen.
15:28	And all they of Israel brought the Arcke of the Lordes couenaunt with showtynge, and blowyng of the shawme and trompettes: makynge a noyse with symbales, psalteryes, and harpes.
15:29	And as the Arcke of the appoyntment of the Lorde came into the cytie of Dauid, Michol the daughter of Saul, lokynge out at a wyndowe, sawe kyng Dauid daunsyng and playinge, and she despysed hym in her herte.
