Psalms - Chapter: 29

29:1[A Psalme of Dauid.] Giue vnto the Lord (O ye mighty) giue vnto the Lord glory and strength.
29:2Giue vnto the Lord the glory due vnto his Name; worship the Lord in the beautie of holinesse.
29:3The voice of the Lord is vpon the waters: the God of glory thundreth, the Lord is vpon many waters.
29:4The voice of the Lord is powerfull; the voyce of the Lord is full of Maiestie.
29:5The voyce of the Lord breaketh the Cedars: yea, the Lord breaketh the Cedars of Lebanon.
29:6He maketh them also to skip like a calfe: Lebanon, and Sirion like a yong Unicorne.
29:7The voyce of the Lord diuideth the flames of fire.
29:8The voyce of the Lord shaketh the wildernes: the Lord shaketh the wildernesse of Kadesh.
29:9The voice of the Lord maketh the hindes to calue, and discouereth the forrests: and in his Temple doeth euery one speake of his glory.
29:10The Lord sitteth vpon the flood: yea the Lord sitteth King for euer.
29:11The Lord will giue strength vnto his people; the Lord will blesse his people with peace.

 

29:1A Psalme of David. Give vnto the Lord, ye sonnes of the mightie: giue vnto the Lord glorie and strength.
29:2Giue vnto the Lord glorie due vnto his Name: worship the Lord in the glorious Sanctuarie.
29:3The voyce of the Lord is vpon the waters: the God of glorie maketh it to thunder: the Lord is vpon the great waters.
29:4The voyce of the Lord is mightie: the voyce of the Lord is glorious.
29:5The voyce of the Lord breaketh the cedars: yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.
29:6He maketh them also to leape like a calfe: Lebanon also and Shirion like a yong vnicorne.
29:7The voice of the Lord deuideth the flames of sire.
29:8The voice of the Lord maketh the wildernes to tremble: the Lord maketh the wildernes of Kadesh to tremble.
29:9The voice of the Lord maketh the hindes to calue, and discouereth the forests: therefore in his Temple doth euery man speake of his glory.
29:10The Lord sitteth vpon the flood, and the Lord doeth remaine King for euer.
29:11The Lord shall giue strength vnto his people: the Lord shall blesse his people with peace.

 

29:1A Psalme of Dauid Brynge vnto the Lorde (O ye myghtie) ascribe vnto the Lorde worshyppe & strengthe.
29:2Geue the Lorde the honoure due vnto his name: worshyppe the Lorde with holy worshippe.
29:3It is the Lorde that commaundeth the waters: It is the glorious God that maketh the thonder:
29:4it is the Lorde that ruleth the see.
29:5The voyce of the Lorde is myghtie in operacion, the voyce of the Lorde is a glorious voyce.
29:6The voyce of the Lorde breaketh the. Cedre trees: yee, the Lorde breaketh the Ceders of Libanus.
29:7He made them also so skyppe lyke a Calfe: Libanus also, and Syrion lyke a younge vnycorne.
29:8The voyce of the Lorde deuydeth the flames of fyre: the voyce of the Lorde, shaketh the wyldernesse, ye the Lorde shaketh the wildernesse of Cades.
29:9The voyce of the Lorde maketh the hyndes to brynge forth younge & discouereth the thicke bushes: in his temple doth euery man speake of his honoure.
29:10The Lorde sytteth aboue the water floude, & the Lorde remayneth a kynge for euer.
29:11The Lorde shall geue strength vnto his people, the Lorde shall geue his people the blessynge of peace.
