Psalms - Chapter: 61

>
61:1[To the chiefe Musician vpon Neginah. A Psalme of Dauid.] Heare my cry, O God, attend vnto my prayer.
61:2From the end of the earth wil I cry vnto thee, when my heart is ouerwhelmed: leade me to the rocke, that is higher then I.
61:3For thou hast bene a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
61:4I will abide in thy Tabernacle for euer: I will trust in the couert of thy wings. Selah.
61:5For thou, O God, hast heard my vowes: thou hast giuen me the heritage of those that feare thy name.
61:6Thou wilt prolong the kings life: and his yeeres as many generations.
61:7He shall abide before God for euer: O prepare mercy and trueth which may preserue him.
61:8So will I sing praise vnto thy name for euer, that I may daily performe my vowes.

 

61:1To him that excelleth on Neginoth. A Psalme of David. Heare my cry, O God: giue eare vnto my prayer.
61:2From the endes of the earth will I crye vnto thee: when mine heart is opprest, bring me vpon the rocke that is higher then I.
61:3For thou hast bene mine hope, and a strong tower against the enemie.
61:4I will dwell in thy Tabernacle for euer, and my trust shall be vnder the couering of thy wings. Selah.
61:5For thou, O God, hast heard my desires: thou hast giuen an heritage vnto those that feare thy Name.
61:6Thou shalt giue the King a long life: his yeeres shalbe as many ages.
61:7Hee shall dwell before God for euer: prepare mercie and faithfulnes that they may preserue him.
61:8So will I alway sing prayse vnto thy Name in performing dayly my vowes.

 

61:1To the chaunter in the melodies of Dauid. Heare my cryeng (O God) geue eare vnto my prayer.
61:2From the endes of the earth will I call vnto the, when my hert is in heuynes:
61:3Oh sett me vp vpon the rocke that is hyer then I. For thou hast bene my hope, and a strong tower for me against the enemye.
61:4I wyll dwell in thy tabernacle for euer, and my trust shalbe vnder the couering of thy wynges Sela.
61:5For thou, O Lord, hast herde my desyres, and hast geuen an heritage vnto those that feare thy name.
61:6Thou shalt graunt the kyng a longe lyfe, that hys yeares may endure thorow out all generacions.
61:7He shall dwell before God for euer: O prepare thy louynge mercy & faythfulnes that they may preserue him.
61:8So will I allwaye synge prayse vnto thy name, that I maye dayly perfourme my vowes.
