2 Corinthians - Chapter: 9

>
9:1Of the ministrynge to the saynctes, it is but superfluous for me to wryte vnto you:
9:2for I knowe your redynes of mynde whereof I boste my selfe vnto them of Macedonia, and saye that Achaia was prepared a yeare a go, and youre feruentnes hath prouoked manye.
9:3Neuerthelesse yet haue I sent these brethren, lest oure reioysynge ouer you shoulde be in vayne in thys behalfe, and that ye (as I haue sayed) prepare your selues,
9:4lest parauenture yf they of Macedonia come with me, and fynde you vnprepared, the bost that I made in thys matter, shoulde be a shame to vs. I saye not vnto you.
9:5Wherfore I thought it necessarye to exhorte the brethren, to come before hande vnto you, for to prepare your good blessyng promysed afore, that it myght be redye, so that it be a blessynge, and not a defraudynge.
9:6Thys yet remember, howe that he whiche soweth lyttell, shal reape lyttell, & he that soweth plentuously, shall reape plentuously.
9:7And let euery man do accordyng as he hath purposed in hys hert, not groundgingly, or of necessitie. For God loueth a chearefull geuer.
9:8God is able to make you ryche in al grace that ye in al thynges hauyng suffycyent vnto the vttermoste, maye be ryche vnto all maner good workes,
9:9as it is wrytten. He that sparsed abroade, and hath geuen to the pore, hys ryghtuousnes, remayneth for euer.
9:10He that fyndeth the sower seed, shall minister breade for fode, and shall multyplye your seede and increace the frutes of youre ryghtuousnes that on all partyes,
9:11ye maye be made riche in all synglenes, whiche causeth thorowe vs, thankes geuynge vnto God.
9:12For the offyce of thys ministracyon, not onelye supplyeth the neede of the saynctes: but also is aboundaunte herein, that for thys laudable mynystrynge, thankes myghte be geuen to God of many,
9:13whiche prayse God for the obedience of youre professyng the Gospell of Christe, and for youre synglenes in distrybutynge to them and to all men,
9:14and in theyr prayers to God for you, long after you, for the aboundaunce grace of God geuen vnto you.
9:15Thankes be vnto God for hys vnspakeable gyfte.

9:1Of the ministrynge to the saynctes, it is but superfluous for me to wryte vnto you:
9:2for I knowe the redynes of your mynde, wherof I boast my selfe vnto them of Macedonia, that Achaia was prepared a yeare ago: and your ensample hath prouoked many.
9:3Neuerthelesse, yet haue I sent these brethren, lest our boasting which I make of you shulde be in vayne, in thys behalfe, that ye (as I haue sayde) maye prepare your selues:
9:4lest parauenture yf they of Macedonia come with me, and finde you vnprepared, we (I wyll not saye ye) shulde be ashamed in thys matter of boastynge.
9:5Wherfore, I thought it necessarye to exhorte the brethren, to come before hande vnto you, and to prepare youre good blessynge promysed afore, that it myght be ready, so that it be a blessynge, and not a defraudynge.
9:6This yet I saye: he which soweth lytell, shal reape lytell: & he that soweth (in geuyng) largelye and frelye, shall reape plenteouslye:
9:7And let euery man do, accordinge as he hath purposed in hys herte, not groudgyngly, or of necessyte. For God loueth a chearfull geuer.
9:8God is able to make you riche in all grace that ye in all thynges hauynge sufficyent vnto the vtmost, maye be riche vnto all maner of good workes,
9:9as it is wrytten: He hath sparsed abroade, and hath geuen to the poore, hys ryghtewesnesse remayneth for euer.
9:10He that minystreth seed vnto the sower, minystre breed also for fode: and multyplye youre seede, and increase the frutes of youre ryghtewesnesse,
9:11that on all partes, ye maye be made ryche into all synglenes, which causeth thorowe vs, that thankes are geuen vnto God.
9:12For the offyce of thys minystracion, not onely supplyeth the nede of the saynctes: but also is aboundaunt herin, that for thys laudable minystringe, thankes might be geuen to God of many,
9:13which prayse God for the obedience of youre consentynge to the Gospell of Christ, and for youre synglenesse in distrybutyng to them, and to all men,
9:14and in theyr prayers for you, which longe after you, for the aboundaunt grace of God in you.
9:15Thankes be vnto God, for hys vnspeakeable gyfte.

9:1For as touching the ministring to the Saints, it is superfluous for me to write vnto you.
9:2For I knowe your readinesse of minde, whereof I boast my selfe of you vnto them of Macedonia, and say, that Achaia was prepared a yeere agoe, and your zeale hath prouoked many.
9:3Nowe haue I sent the brethren, lest our reioycing ouer you shoulde bee in vaine in this behalfe, that yee (as I haue sayde) be readie:
9:4Lest if they of Macedonia come with me, and finde you vnprepared, we (that wee may not say, you) should be ashamed in this my constant boasting.
9:5Wherefore, I thought it necessarie to exhort the brethren to come before vnto you, and to finish your beneuolence appointed afore, that it might be readie, and come as of beneuolence, and not as of niggardlinesse.
9:6This yet remember, that he which soweth sparingly, shall reape also sparingly, and hee that soweth liberally, shall reape also liberally.
9:7As euery man wisheth in his heart, so let him giue, not grudgingly, or of necessitie: for God loueth a cheerefull giuer.
9:8And God is able to make all grace to abound towarde you, that yee alwayes hauing all sufficiencie in all thinges, may abounde in euery good worke,
9:9(As it is written, He hath sparsed abroad and hath giuen to the poore: his beneuolence remayneth for euer.
9:10Also hee that findeth seede to the sower, will minister likewise bread for foode, and multiplie your seede, and increase the fruites of your beneuolence,)
9:11That on all partes yee may bee made rich vnto all liberalitie, which causeth through vs thankesgiuing vnto God.
9:12For the ministration of this seruice not onely supplieth the necessities of the Saintes, but also aboundantly causeth many to giue thankes to God,
9:13(Which by the experiment of this ministration praise God for your voluntarie submission to the Gospell of Christ, and for your liberall distribution to them, and to all men)
9:14And in their praier for you, to log after you greatly, for the aboundant grace of God in you.
9:15Thankes therefore bee vnto God for his vnspeakeable gift.
